I bought a SIM card from another company online before leaving Taiwan, but I couldn't connect to it, so I rushed to this store. It cost me 500 yuan for 5 days, and I had no problems with the communication speed during the trip, so I was able to enjoy my trip. Before replacing the SIM, I accidentally converted it from Japanese to an unknown language, which made me very nervous, but the woman in charge was very helpful and helpful.thank you~!

一開始只是來了解及詢價
回去沒多久還是決定來辦理
整個過程很舒服

回來使用兩週了 目前都很滿意！

10/28（五）晚上詢問攜碼的內容，可惜時間太晚無法辦理，高詩韻小姐表示星期六沒班，希望我星期一先去解約再去找她辦理業務，尷尬的是要辦理的方案沒貨了⋯
就聽她的建議先辦理單門號的方案，跟我說會再通知我可以來換約，不管有沒有貨！都會通知，卻等了個寂寞。
我再次到門市找她，她說因為客人太多忘記聯絡，叫我再等她通知⋯
是在等春天？
到今天11/12還是沒消沒息，跟本沒心要處理！為了做妳的業績，我等星期一再辦，卻是這樣的情形，妳說等妳電話，卻連一通電話都沒打！

Decided to switch carriers and so far very happy with my choice. From the moment I entered the store I felt welcomed. My questions were quickly answered. I was not pushed into a plan I didn't need which I greatly appreciate.

Best of all, when I asked for a specific color of the phone I wanted, Mr. 蔡 told me a nearby branch had it. He quickly went and got me the specific model and color I wanted. Very kind of him to do that.

Everything was quickly transferred between my old and new phone. Additionally the transition from old to new carrier was seamless.

服務很好，雖然店面不是很大，但服務員態度很熱忱，尤其是高詩韻服務員特別的認真。

遠傳門市許小姐服務超好.
我會介紹親友也來這裡續約繳費.

服務太慢，抽了號碼牌，永遠等不到就閃人，慢到很誇張
