#2 Burger 美式道地漢堡 / 諾比饗美式小館

店家的燈光說實話滿特別的。
我點的是10oz最大跟最貴的漢堡，說實話這是個好吃的漢堡，但漢堡肉應該是除了調味料，沒有添加其他的食物材料一起拌，所以會導致它的味道略單一跟柴，肉也容易散開，胡椒跟鹽也不太均勻，在配麵包的時候有時會吃到太鹹的味道，這讓我覺得味道似乎沒有跟上價格⋯ 還是沒點到招牌？
還有點一個點心綜合大拼盤（忘記菜名），必須要說單吃還好，但是配啤酒應該還不錯。

8oz的培根起司堡的味道真的帶我短暫回到美國吃漢堡的感覺了，整個大滿足！
最後還有闆娘厲害的甜點，起士蛋糕，讚讚讚！老闆非常熱情健談，還有店員貼心的服務，真是太棒了，下次一定再去！一定是要給大拇指！

Pick anything on the menu and you will not be disappointed. Hard to find a restaurant of this calibre in Kaohsiung pumping out five star meals. Lovely family running the place as well.

因為擔心漢神巨蛋人潮太多，又臨時想在附近找家好吃好聊的店和家人好好聚餐，意外Google 找到了這家外觀看似不太美式，但內部從主廚、餐點、氛圍都非常道地的美式餐廳，用餐經驗美好到差點成為最後離開的客人！

今晚我們點的餐點分別是藍起司培根牛肉堡、雙倍起司牛肉堡、培根蛋義大利麵、附餐沙拉、動物薯條、米布丁和起司蛋糕。

原本還有加點一份紐約水牛辣醬雞翅，出餐前卻被告知主廚覺得今天的雞翅炸完後的模樣沒有達平日水準，決定取消不出，希望我們見諒時，雖然感覺有些遺憾，卻也欣慰從中感受到對餐點品質的堅持，後續所上的餐點果然令人驚豔！

從用料和風味都豐富的附餐沙拉，到主廚自製、外皮烤的微酥（不會因為吸附醬汁而變軟）的漢堡麵包、牛肉熟度剛好、大份量且一口咬下即流出肉汁的漢堡，和培根蛋義式（絕非台式）作法、培根份量大方的義大利麵，以及炒洋蔥+起司搭配起來意外美味的動物薯條，加上最後看似簡單吃起來卻溫暖可口的米布丁和號稱不加水的濃郁起司蛋糕，處處都能吃到主廚對餐點的用心。

由於餐廳人手不足，只有美國人的主廚老闆、台灣人的主廚太太和偶爾會幫忙收拾陪聊的可愛小女兒3人一起經營，所以等待餐點的時間稍微久了些，然而主廚和太太在期間都會非常熱情的互動聊天、關心招呼客人的需求、分享美國和台灣的生活和照片，所以全程並不會因遲上餐點而感到無聊或被冷落，尤其主廚簡直就像是認識已久的朋友般幽默又尬聊，無論英文好不好，一定都能感到充滿樂趣的用餐氣氛

還沒走出餐廳我和家人就毫無疑問一定會再回訪，也推薦給不趕時間、喜歡體驗道地美式料理和美式熱情的朋友們來此聚聚！

Animal Farm Fries
If you’ve been to In-and-out. This dish does not disappoint. Fries are nicely fried. Onions flavor the top, and the SAUCE was freaking amazing.

Tomato Soup
Don’t let the size fool you. Every spoonful was light and delectable. Imagine with me - a tomato soup water-slide. Fun to taste, and you can’t wait ‘til it hits your belly.

Bacon Cheeseburger
Dare if you can eat! Eat on a hungry stomach! An 8oz.burger for athletes, foodies, and hungry humans.

Cheesecake
Even sprinkle of cherries and a splash of honey. If you like the Cheesecake Factory, you will LOVE this invention.

老闆很熱情，會逐桌聊天。
巧克力培根我覺得是今天的第一名，脆脆的培根配濃濃的巧克力醬，一上桌就被我們秒殺吃光，沒拍到照片。
動物薯條熱量感覺非常罪惡但是非常爽。
湯看起來很不起眼但是很好喝！沒有喝過這種用各種香料調製的玉米濃湯。
我不吃牛可是朋友說漢堡很好吃，牛肉可以選擇熟度，我看他一咬下去整個肉汁都撒滿盤子，非常juicy。
蔓越莓雞肉義大利麵也是很特別，蠻好吃的，跟ikea的果醬加肉丸有種異曲同工之妙，肉也給的很多！

下次想來嘗試甜點！

位在小巷子內的一間美式餐廳，雖然不算平價，但吃得到主廚在食材與香料使用上的能力與用心，這次嚐鮮點了酸辣餃，義大利麵跟漢堡，酸辣餃很明顯的吃得出檸檬的酸與辣椒的辣兩種口味的區別，辣度大概有中辣的程度，還提供藍起司當沾醬，義大利麵的香氣非常的足，尤其是薑味很濃郁，麵體比較粗一點，醬汁吸收非常飽滿，有點像麵體在帕瑪森起司裡炒，吃完很有飽足感，漢堡有附薯條份量很大，薯條表面咬下去是脆的非常少見，漢堡沒烤到全熟，切開開很多汁，從切面可以看出食材是新鮮的沒有久放

I don’t often write reviews, but this is the best hamburger I’ve had in my 18 years here in Taiwan. The soup and salad were also good, and the Whiskey Sour complimented it all really well. We’ll be back for sure.

今天的隱藏版甜點是肉桂捲鬆餅（pancake) 口感很豐富，口味層次如下肉桂香＞砂糖脆脆口感＞奶油＞鬆餅本身脆脆香味，全部一層一層堆疊，最後肉桂香會留在嘴巴跟鼻腔內
很值得推薦～老闆人很好唷！

A truly craft burger from a cook who loves food. That's what we found when we went searching for a new burger place. It's not just a delightful and flavorful sandwich that we found - we sampled soup and "ugly noodles" that brought about a state fair nostalgia for fried dough and funnel cakes. Be prepared for great food and a catchy playlist that includes everything from mid-90s hip-hop to 70's funk. Wash it down with a cold Coca-Cola and roll yourself out when you're full. Enjoy!

一開始就說明等等有其他約牛排要等30分鐘，我們改點漢堡。兩組客人等了50分鐘才出餐，說5分熟的漢堡肉做成全熟。說這樣是正常！

低調的餐廳，並非處於大街，一不留神就會錯過。

我去過這餐廳兩次，每次也有新驚喜。餐廳提供各種美式食品，食物質素非常高。大廚和妻子十分友善，經常和我們談天。

第二次光顧時，一行三人試了 Philly CheeseSteak, Animal Farm Fries, 8oz漢堡（我們當天是豬漢堡；餐廳有提供牛漢堡）、Carbonara意大利面、煙肉配巧克力醬。食物份量不少，不過通通給我們吃下了。Philly CheeseSteak尤其好吃。

非常推薦這間餐廳。適合幾個朋友一起分享美食。

Having been to every foreign owned restaurant in town, this has the best flavor, hands down. Each dish is executed to perfection.

If you're looking for a decadent meal in wonderful atmosphere, then this is your place.

With each meal they offer a complimentary bacon and chocolate appetizer that surprises your tastes buds and supercharges your appetite.

The main course was rich and filling with layers of subtle texture and flavor.

有時候他們會附上驚喜的前菜（巧克力培根），這個組合真的給你的味蕾前所未有的感受，刺激你的胃口讓你想吃夠多！

主菜是最濃厚最有飽足感的—多層次的口感、及非常細膩的用心的味道。

Terrific burgers, pasta, and usually great off-menu items too. Their special Christmas dinner included one of the best pot roasts I have ever eaten. Excellent value for money.

In an ocean of bubble milk tea this is a black Pearl. Not only authentically owned and operated but not by an English teacher who fancies himself a good home cook. This establishment was born from seasoned talent. Decades of restaurant experience in one of the earth's culinary competitive epicenters, New York city. Kaohsiung does not deserve a restaurant of this quality. Take advantage of it. Expect familiar dish names with quality ingredients, subtle flavors and to be delightfully surprised with creative culinary innovation.

Yummy… Grabbed it to go and could only take a photo after a bite. They’re renovating and only serving takeout for now, but it doesn’t affect the quality. This is real American burger! The owner and his wife are both friendly, will definitely visit again when they reopen!

Excellent and delicious western food, they prepare everything, from the bread, to every sauce you are tasting (you should probably ask for the blue cheese sauce in your burger). The owners are very friendly, that's why I always go back every time I visit Kaohsiung, and the service is very good.
They know so much about tasty food.
The experience there makes you feel at home. You must to ask about the desserts

Excellent blue cheese hamburger and fries. Salt pepper chicken wings super good. Bolognese sauce with ugly noodles a little bit poor with meat otherwise the taste is excellent. Quick delivery.
