最近3次的青茶跟以前喝起來明顯走味. 沒有以前那樣好喝回甘？多一股不會形容的水味？. 是水的問題還是冰塊的問題？還是茶葉？煮的問題？希望能像以前一樣穩定好喝

To be honest, I’ve never have such poor experience other than this branch. The bald clerk definitely need to work harder on customer service. Other than that, two other customers BEHIND ME got their drink before me? AREN’T YOU SUPPOSED TO MAKE DRINK IN ORDER? Don’t give me excuse like your drink take longer time bla bla bla, THERE IS ONLY ONE CLERK MAKING THE DRINKS! If I get my drink later than others, that mean he make my drink later, and hell yeah I’m sure I’m before those two who got their drink before me cuz I watched them ordered!
Overall, drink is at a average quality for the chain, but they really need to work hard on the service and the way they treat customers. Wouldn’t recommend this store if you have spare time to got to other branch.
過年加班真的很辛苦
