24Swanky place for a drink. Its a little pricey and out of the city, but provides a nice view of the river and harbor. Outdoor seating is rare in Taiwan, but not that comfortable if you're not a smoker.
To coffee, Love the eclectic style and outdoor seating is always appreciated. Classy deco, with a stunning view that most places wont even dream of having! Not forgetting the lovely waiters that keeps a permanent smile on their face, and now I know their customer service is just as good. Its an invitation for treat!
Great spot to appreciate the breathtaking view of Shiziwan Bay while sipping on coffee during the afternoon, or to have chill drinks among friends in the evening. This little gem has one of the best cocktails concoction in Kaohsiung, def a must go!
Nice place if you wanna have drink with the view on the river, not best option for dinner, menu has only hot dogs basically
