餐點很好吃，很驚艷在動物園裡面可以吃到這麼美味的食物 ，戶外座席區的感覺也很讚

店員服務不錯
但飲料真的～ 我覺得買水會更好
氣泡飲和熊貓奶茶買了有點不知道在喝什麼，最重要的是我和我朋朋差點被猴子搶，下一個大跳

We told the store the child has allergies, and the only food we can order for the kid at this store is French fries. The store refused to sell the chips for us although it was on the menu.

Later we saw some other people got the chips and we asked why, then the staff said they only sell chips for whoever order the big special meal. And this was after we already paid a lot for other food.

They literally told me to walk out the zoo and walk down the mountain to find food for my child.

Unbelievable awful service.

1. Your staff suggested me to order "shrimp cakes, " and that was the one coated with bread crumbs, not french fries.
2. We did ask if we can order chips, and your staff said "no. " Your staff at that point didn't tell us we can order a specific meal which come with fries.
3. It's only after we saw other customers got chips that we realised you did provide chips.

My point is, we had needs and we bought total three sets of burgers from you. Your staff can simply point out that we could get chip if we order your special set.

Your response is not at all what actually happened. Maybe you can seriously consider to improve your employee training instead of excusing that your customer did not tell the truth?

For your information, I just checked my map reviews, last time (and the only other time), I left a one star review was 5 years ago. I generally left 5 stars positive reviews to praise stores and restaurants I visited.

原本來這種觀光區沒抱什麼期待 能填飽肚子就很好了 結果一吃燕麥拿鐵跟迷你綜合漢堡組合卻出乎意料嚇到的那種好吃耶
