Big place with everything neat and easy to find. Great place to shop in. ️Sells some cute gifts as well.

Great selection of books. Books aren't that cheap. The place though large is clean and tidy. Books are categorised properly, finding a particular book isn't difficult. Can always approach any staff for help if needed, they are generally friendly and familiar with prices, books' titles and stuff.

當下我很無言，沒遇過這種情形，難道客人會知道你們用什麼袋子裝嗎⋯⋯當下告訴你造成你的困擾了？
還是你心情不好？有需要這樣對待來消費的客人嗎？
不是花錢最大，而是你服務的態度非常有問題

Excellent book shop! Surprised to find out that their cafe served high quality western food, we ordered hot dog, chicken sandwiches, spaghetti bolognese and some mango drinks. Pricey but worthed. Just a little bit let down by their limited selection of tea.

百逛不膩的好地方。扣兩顆星是因為店員服務態度懶散，到服務台請他們幫忙找書，要我等一下，我等了超過十分鐘，只好再問一次，他們才去拿出書本。根本是耍客人。結帳櫃檯的店員都撲克牌臉，至少最近半年遇到的都這樣，讓人懷疑要不要續誠品的會員卡。

This is easily one of the best bookstores in southern Taiwan. The mood and atmosphere is not only inviting but addicting for book lovers. The ingenious interior design not only provides more than enough areas to sit, but also creates a magical space that calms people's hearts. Be aware if you are not into books or reading, it may change your mind!

主要是個挑高兩層樓的建築構成。中央是以大型階梯以及平面地板所組成的講堂，有時還會有人在此演講。環繞著他的二樓是眾多書籍典藏的地方，而且為開放式空間，可以一邊找書一邊聆聽一樓的演講，而木質地板及無障礙坡道都製造出許多空間可以當作座位使用，是個相當舒適適合靜謐在書中的地方。

Huge book store, wide collections, beautiful interior and construction, what's not to love about this place. It's been here for quite some time now, pay a visit even if you're not into books, it'll be worth the while.

Great bookstore, but they also sell vinyl records, a small selection of gourmet foods, games, and lots of other trinkets. Customer service is always excellent.

空間寬廣，環境很整潔，是個很棒的閱讀空間。
最讓我高興的是店員的服務態度，今天請店員找一本書，雖然有庫存，但找了很久依然沒找到，有很多人幫忙，雖然已經佔用他們很多時間了，他們仍然面帶笑容。最後是買了另一本書，雖然沒找到，但是真的很感謝你們，下次有機會會再回去逛逛的（覺得老闆應該給他們加薪）
