FOGGY Shisha & Bistro

You have to take a card and come back next day for hookah. They claim it's by law but other places just let us in. Very weird place. +2 stars for being kinda cool looking and the awesome name

Stopped by a Saturday during COVD-19. All tables had acrylic divider to prevent infection. There was also live music, the house was loaded, Shisha's got about 10 flavours to choose from.

Deep fried squid was a little soggy. I can live with it.
Two of us shared a shisha, along with 2 platters, Balventine 12y highball and a bottle of 1664, checked out around NT$2600. FYR.

問了本月活動 店員自己都不清楚不記得 客人很少但餐點也等了快一小時 結帳時我要求看明細 才發現多算了500多元. 服務需加強

店員很親切！酒好喝 茶類調酒很多 愛茶的人很推 水煙番石榴跟柑橘去混很香 超推

水煙品質真的有待加強，應該煙具沒有正確方法清洗。抽起來的味道非常差！調酒倒是不錯，但整體非常失望！再來水煙價格再高雄算是偏高。

Shisha 不好了！No sense for business, very sad. I am not sure how this place can even make until the next month. Nevertheless the bartender was quite friendly, but definitely no professional. They pretended to have a party but actually they were only drinking their own alcohol. They wanted to charge us a minimum fee of 3200 NTD, so actually they wanted us to go because we didn’t agree to that condition - even more funny though we were the only customers in the bar. Then we decided to directly sit at the bar and smoke our awful Shisha. So we had to force them to make some money. LOL! But anyway, thanks a lot for the service. And enjoy your party, which still had not a single guest when we left. LOL!
