Medaranian tavern. One of the best restaurants in the city hands down. More of an experience than a dinner. Expect to spend minimum 3 hrs there.

Excellent! It’s better to reserve, and really suit for people who truly enjoy good food with wine.

Fantastic food. Best Mediterranean food in Kaohsiung. You have to wait a little while for the food to arrive, but when it does - it's worth it.

Laid-back and casual, yet excellent food, really feels like some Greek or Italian mama is cooking for her family. Also very meticulous in the choice of wines, beers and cheese!

The food - especially the moussaka we ordered - was delicious!:) Nice collection of beers from all over the world, highly recommend!

跟朋友臨時找餐廳吃飯，意外查到這間，隨意點了一個波菜派和北非小米燉菜，雖然等了一些時間，但都非常好吃，令人驚艷！
不過菜單是有前菜、沙拉、主菜. 那種的，中文敘述可能會說某某餐點是大份量，也許你怕吃不完，點了中份，才發現這一道是前菜，前菜的中份量，可能只是主食小份量，這邊可能要注意一下。
菜單有一份沒有中文翻譯，不過我覺得這家店應該地雷不多，大家可以挑戰看看有什麼驚喜。
當天點飲料汽水類的只剩薑汁汽水。

主廚是用英文溝通，人親切有善。

Katsicafe is where we go for date night. Or with friends. Or for a family meal. The menu here is ever changing and adaptive enough to enjoy with just about anyone. Your French host will delight your palette with rich, savory dishes unlike the surrounding fair. The unassuming setting will have you feeling like you're in a Mediterranean cafe - or, if you were lucky enough to grow up in southern Europe, right at home.

I make sure to order a Greek salad every time I visit. Add some chicken breast for a treat. Then go heavy on the main course - maybe a lasagna bolognaise or a plate of smoked sausages.

This is a unique Mediterranean restaurant in Taiwan! Delicious high quality food homemade handmade with different Mediterranean countries original products/ingredients! Owner is French, a real cook! Place is very cosy, very nice atmosphere/music, AC on second floor if needed! Everyone should try Katsicafé! And I promise that once you've tried, you will want to come back again for sure! Just go for it!

A hidden gem, perfect for locals, Europeans or other Westerners to enjoy Mediterranean food. They do food from all over, but our group mostly ate Greek food and it was excellent - gave me flashbacks to when I used to live in Greece! 100% recommend taking a detour from wherever you are in the city for this place!

土耳其披得的麵包鬆軟香氣四溢，香煎牛肉搭配紅酒醬汁，入口即化，麵包與薯條沾醬汁吃也超搭的，火腿起士盤口味較重，可以搭配啤酒。
每道餐點都是現做，要耐心等候。

Mediterranean food is great to find, and it did taste good. But it wasn't busy there and still took over one hour. My friend's meal was wrong. Beer on tap wasn't on tap. Menu seemed constantly being redone. And the fork was quite dirty.

Just go. I dropped some cash and tried everything he was willing to cook. Amazing. A true treat to have this place in Kaohsiung.

Every dish is unique to the city and stands on its own with individual flavor.

Do you like fresh food made from scratch when you put your order in? No additives or preservatives? Fresh grown vegetables and spices? A great selection of craft beer, and French, Italian and Greek wines? Then look no further than Katsicafe. The owner, Pierre, has spent many years perfecting his culinary skills. A mix of Mediterranean and French cuisine, all freshly made, and made when you order it. It's not fast food. It's slow made like your grandmother used to do it. There are different specials every day. Whatever you choose, you won't be disappointed. I enjoyed a fresh, Greek salad as a starter. I followed it with a fresh made ratatouille. It also came with some freshly sliced bread. I feel like I ate heaven on a plate. Your next meal should be here.

Really good place with really good Mediterranean food. The owner is passionated about Mediterranean cuisine and you can feel it in your dishes. As a Mediterranean myself i can tell you the meals are authentics. Warm and friendly welcoming from the couple of owners. And also good wines. I highly advice this place if you miss Mediterranean food or you want to discover it.

Don’t come expecting a quick meal, as everything is cooked on the spot by the French chef and owner. Give yourself a couple of hours, and enjoy a few dishes over a nice conversation and a glass of wine - you’ll leave feeling full, healthy, and happy!

Delicious Mediterranean food! I recommend the beef borek (beef wrapped in phyllo pastry) and the toulouse sausage on garlic-y mashed potatoes. Sausages sourced from a French guy! Cool drink selection. Pomegranate lavender gin and tonic is refreshing

Make no mistake. Yes is delicious, yes is cozy, stuff super friendly, prices rather low for its quality. But is something more. This is a statement, a true experience the kind of place which creates a narrative that could last for a life. It cannot be copied probably cannot be repeated, discover it now that is still there.

Amazing food, people, atmosphere, variety and prices. Definitely a must if one is looking for a great quality meal provided by loving hosts. Cater for all dietary requirements.
