The owner of the bar is French and he speaks Chinese very well. His welcome and his ability to put you at ease is so easy for him that you will surely have a great time alone or with friends.

To my knowledge, this is the only rum store in the south of Taiwan. It is possible to taste all kinds of locally produced rums, Jamaican, French, etc. It is possible to taste them neat or in a ti'punch. Of course, rum-based cocktails are also offered. It is possible to eat with small snacks. The bartender is friendly and will be able to advise you in French, English or Chinese. I advise you to go there as a group to share your rum discoveries.
