從我大學開始吃的餐廳，雖然不是素食者但還是很喜歡來這邊吃，健康清爽菜色蠻多樣，用料實在，最喜歡吃麻婆豆腐飯
這次嘗試不同的餐點～

20230912，搭捷運淡水旅遊，第一次來到「丘山雨林」，素葷共食的餐廳，淡江大學附近，從淡水捷運站步行到此，要走一大段路，先從捷運站過馬路後沿著英專路往前走，直到走上斜坡。

斜坡走一段路後，左方看到好漢梯，沿著階梯往上走，氣喘吁吁時會到達淡江大學門口的學府路，因為左方學府路狹窄又車輛多，行人難走，可穿過大門警衛，往左沿著校園球場旁的路往前走，走到盡頭，也是學府路，店家很多，往右轉走到學府路180號，就是「丘山雨林」。

菜單有素食有葷食，名稱有寫到「白醬」、「起司」者，有含牛奶，有寫到「蛋」字，有含雞蛋，有些寫到「豬」、「牛」、「干貝」、「蝦」等動物、海產名稱，就是葷食。

座位舒適，乾淨整齊，空間寬敞氣氛好，用餐非常放鬆。

今天享用素食如下，恰到好處的天然食材自然原味，不過度加料與烹調，真的非常好吃：

香椿豆腐飯
原味現炒高麗菜
桑椹氣泡水

第一次光臨 外帶照燒臭豆腐飯和麻婆豆腐飯 好吃而且份量飽足 從外面透光玻璃看進去 用餐環境整體感舒適潔淨
依循google路線圖光臨店家 需要注意一下門面 雖然在路邊 但不小心也會錯過~

This is a vegetarian eatery (serving egg too) that has a separate vegan menu, with items including maps tofu and noodles. It’s cash only - you order at a till, sit down and the food will be brought to you.

I thought the flavours were fine, cleaner than I expected on the mapo tofu with a lack of spice and not much flavouring, so the fact that they provide chilli oil was helpful to me. The noodle soup we ordered (guessing on the Chinese-only menu) came with glass noodles which we thought didn’t go as well as wider or udon style with the type of soup and accompaniments.

It is a bit of guesswork because the staff doesn’t speak English, but they were still very nice! So it could be that we made the wrong choices. It’s also really affordable, with large portions for $100.
