I've been to 3 遠傳 stores so far, and overall, they have professional staff helping customers. The 豐原站 branch is pretty awesome - particularly Ms. Jiang who is incredibly patient and will take the time to help you, even if you don't speak Chinese well. Truly appreciate it.
