家庭式的加盟牛肉麵店，感覺開店多年了，現場很忙碌，出餐速度卻不慢；今日餐點為原汁牛肉麵（小）加上10個綜合水餃（高麗菜和韭菜），麵體是小拉麵（比粗麵細但又比細麵粗），滑順有嚼勁，蠻有口感的，牛肉份量適中，有另外製作，香氣味道跟湯頭不同，一樣是紅燒口味，但是味道更香，單吃也好吃，肉本身也軟，稍稍用筷子撥弄一下可以弄開，湯頭是牛肉湯，鮮甜不膩；整碗湯不算多，麵湯比大概5: 5，麵吃完湯也剩不多，總體都滿中規中矩的，比期待值多一點，但沒有特別驚豔，看一下價錢，覺得cp高；
韭菜水餃：內餡滿滿韭菜，有點像吃韭菜盒搭水餃皮，水餃皮薄好吃。
高麗菜水餃：豬肉配高麗菜，肉多菜少，沒有像韭菜那麼飽滿，但多了肉味。
水餃皮有像手工包的好吃，但內餡像冷凍水餃的口味。

牛腱肉一咬即碎，又帶點Q滑。
果然有下功夫，自中工二路已歇業的王大千之後，終於吃到這個口感的牛肉麵了。
很棒的初體驗，看別人分享內用的照片，感覺外帶份量似乎少一點。

推薦韭菜水餃。牛肉麵部分真的還好。

環境: 5分，位子很大有保持間距。醬料區部分也乾淨。
牛肉麵: 100 (小) 110 (大) ，點大碗的應該麵比較多。
牛肉: 口感普通偏中下，沒到好吃
麵: 口感上還行，算好吃
湯: 普通
除了價格便宜外沒有優勢，建議品質升級價格+30-50都不是問題。

這個是我覺得令我驚訝的，水餃意外的好吃。
從外觀看就能看到很飽滿。吃起來味道鮮甜。推薦韭菜水餃。

吃到變常客了～麵條很有嚼勁，老公有美食家的舌頭，也讚不絕口～水餃也好吃，Q彈餡多，還可以買冷凍的回家煮，很方便。推薦滷菜，很入味很好吃

麵、湯、肉都沒什麼味道

不然就是這邊的人沒吃過好吃的牛肉麵

大滷麵料很多，
美中不足是調味可能不合大眾。

要不是一定要給星，不然連半顆都不想給
湯裡面有螞蟻，跟店家反應湯裡面有很多隻螞蟻，結果店家回覆：一兩隻我相信，很多隻我不太相信

哈囉，現在是有螞蟻，不是隻數的問題好嗎⋯⋯
雖然最後是退錢，但是店家處理的態度很差，也不會再次消費
