三佳早點（中區民權店）

Highlights of my Taichung trip.
Was raining cats and dog turned out to be blessing as it so suitable with colder weather.
The highlight was the salty soya; unique combo soya+fermented salted vege surprisingly works.

外地人好不容易有機會重溫只有週間營業的早餐店，蔥肉餅內餡好空虛，鹹豆漿外帶不像印象中內用的好吃，而且只是15分鐘的車程，鹹豆漿邊吃邊漏，原來碗都被水份浸透了…

給4顆星是因爲回憶裡的鹹豆漿很美好，這次的感受不太行…

燒餅很酥脆，豆漿很濃郁好喝，
每天都是限量供應，老客人很多
9：00就差不多賣完了。
阿姨們很幽默熱情的招呼讓客人都好像在自己家吃早餐一樣，
很有人情味又好吃實惠的好店家。

好吃。但…
空燒餅的價格有嚇到 (NTD. 25)
幾乎比台北所有的燒餅貴上NTD. 9到NTD. 10。
燒餅夾蛋就更驚人了 (NTD. 45)
一顆蛋要價NTD. 20比麥當勞貴 (笑）

不錯，這間早餐店生意很好你美星期期只賣1到5天，只有補假才會多賣一天，去到那邊看你要什麼跟老闆娘講，她會説多少錢，如果拿100元比如東西只有55元，那你自己找45元，有時要的東西還要等，所以知道習慣就好。

Little hole in the wall breakfast place, service is fast and you better know ahead of time what you want because the aunties working here are super efficient and go through orders super quickly! Be sure to get the scallion meat bread, it's really good! If you're eating there, find your own seat and then pay after your meal with the woman at the egg station.

上午九點來就賣光了，sad，第二次撲空。

八點到，點了蛋餅、蔥肉餅跟豆漿，蛋餅份量大，皮煎的酥脆，還不錯；蔥肉餅真的蔥量很大，外皮有一點像胡椒餅的多層與脆，內餡很多新鮮的蔥，的確很好吃。
但店內點餐的動線很特別，觀察了一下才知道怎麼點跟付錢，對非初次來的顧客有點困擾。

They only open until 10am so you have to hurry. They make everything on the spot so you will have to queue up as everyone is waiting for everything to come out straight from the oven. I bought the meat and scallion buns. They are good at 20ntd each. They are light and not too filling. More scallion then meat but it is good for the price.

看到一群客人願意在店門口等燒餅出爐， 就知道東西不簡單。 吃到嘴後， 才知道是薄皮多層次的餅皮， 今天點了夾蛋的燒餅， 酥酥的餅皮配上充滿了蔥香的煎蛋， 不需要用力咀嚼， 就能在舌尖崩解， 真是老幼皆宜。

為了蔥肉餅而來，明明檯面上還有但歐巴桑不賣（說是已經有人訂），叫我改別的因為蔥肉餅要等，我說沒關係，結果居然回我「要等到明天喔。」所有排隊的人都黑人問號，後來一一被勸退，店家態度很奇怪，直接說沒有了就好（明明就在烤蔥肉餅）。改訂鹹豆漿也是沒人理，點餐非常的亂，不斷有人插隊。
鹹豆漿好喝，但服務就⋯要去這間店吃要有心理準備。
