Chun Shui Tang Shizheng Shop / 春水堂 台中市政店

今天點了一杯熱珍奶，溫度確實有熱，但提供一支可回收吸管，一放進去，馬上捲縮，珍奶應該是他們的專業，怎麼會有這種情況發生呢？不是事先就要考慮好，請敎服務人員，竟説，一般客人都會等冷一點才開始使用，這麼說，我們一開始就不需點熱珍奶是嗎？

最愛的品項還是功夫麵和御品牛肉麵，想點別的還是忍不住劃下，雖然都不是在同樣中式餐點裡最頂尖好吃的，不過整體的用餐環境和穩定的餐點品質跟快速的出餐速度，價格剛好也沒有收莫名其妙的服務費，想在擁擠的百貨或鬧區有一個對話的空間，春水堂仍然是非常好的選擇

They now accept credit card, with the exception of American Express. Ordered the tieguanyin milk tea. It was alright, had a more subtle and not very deep flavor. The hot pearl/bubble milk tea came in a teapot with tapioca balls at the bottom of the teapot that was hard to pour out and left a bunch of pearls after the drink had already been finished, a real waste and flaw in design. Also ordered the kimchi cheese thin crust bun (?), a twist on the traditional Japanese red bean bun, which was surprisingly good. The crust, though thin, was full of flavor and the kimchi paired well with cheese for a reminiscent blend of classic subtle Korean cuisine. Noodles were distinctly lacking. Ordered the most expensive tomato charsiu noodle bowl, but soup was something like watered down Campbell's and the charsiu was sliced thinly and had a rough texture I would not associate with charsiu. The outside had beautiful modern architecture that made me wish the restaurant had hired a better chef.

新光三越的春水堂每次點品質都一樣穩定。

春水堂這麼大間連個6人的桌子都沒有，還要客人併桌，桌子已經很小了是要怎麼點東西來吃，也不給移桌併桌，帶位的服務態度也很差，不知道是欠她多少錢，明明說6位 才到5個人就排到4人桌硬加2張桌子，6個人坐4人桌是要怎麼吃？

已先告知是六位，還安排一個5人座，硬塞6人？要求換走到比較大的位子，並拉出一點點，方形桌四邊都做人就可以坐6人，還不懂得變通，走到也還是很大，就是不給換也不給移動桌子.
餐點這麼貴，態度還那麼差！
真的很不懂的隨機應變.

從小吃到大的春水堂，以前都是去朝富店，近期最喜歡去市政店️每位服務人員都掛著笑容，充滿活力！
大家應該都是點功夫麵，我最喜歡他們的家傳細麵，古早味十足又能吃飽，不但是親友相聚的好地方，更是美好的回憶！

今天帶家人一起來吃晚餐，沒想到五個人擠在一桌已經很糟糕了，服務生還硬要拿走一張椅子，換成沒有靠背的板凳。一樣消費的客人，為什麼一定要有一個去坐板凳? 春水堂這麼大的連鎖企業，難道從沒遇到五位客人必須坐一桌的情形? 太差勁了！以後再也不會來這裡消費了！

THE go-to place in Taichung (the brand as a whole, not necessarily this outlet) as it serves local delicacies with their famous bubble milk tea (which they claim was invented by them but nobody really cares). Service was great and food was nice enough. Not the cheapest options though, considering the food they serve can be gotten at local street side stores for a fraction of the price. But it's always nice to dine in their traditional tea house-esque decor. Cash is the only payment option as of March 2019, so take note

很有用餐的氣氛，紅谷米燒子排套餐搭配碳焙烏龍茶。套餐的肉燉得軟，肉質偏乾，適合沾滿醬汁配白飯。
半筋半肉蕃茄牛肉麵加點中杯珍珠奶茶，牛肉麵的筋軟嫩入口即化，肉軟質材，半筋半肉則是很有嚼勁會彈牙，湯頭偏酸。
用餐過程果蠅一直飛來飛去，殺死一隻還有兩三隻在飛。

Good place for gathering with friends, really good taste of the milk tea, and the size was large enough for chilling a day. It was good if there have more type of fried rice or stir-fly dishes to go with rice

I probably come here at least once a week.that’s how much I love this place. Anyone from Taichung probably grew up with it. Amazing atmosphere, food, and drink! Their carrot cake and beef noodle are amazing! They also have outdoor seating which is really nice when the weather is nice!

A good Taiwanese style, and Taichung featured, restaurant offers good bubble tea and Kong fu noodle. A good place for friends hangout with some signature snack dishes and variously tea/ drinks choices. The decor is modern oriental style and the location environment is nice to walk around, but limited parking space. Overall, it is the best place to try your very first local bubble milk tea and experience Taichung eating culture.

又一間不能刷卡的春水堂，地方稍嫌擁擠，餐飲及服務維持春水堂一貫的水準。

三天前帶著美國來的朋友到市政店，回家後（在彰化溪湖）才發現皮夾掉了，也不知道何時掉的，先將信用卡停止，今天抱著姑且一試的心態去問問看，櫃檯的服務人員（很漂亮）忘了問她的名字，很客氣的把皮夾和裏面的現金、証件還給我，非常感謝，也希望貴店能夠表揚，我會用力推廣貴店，再度謝謝！

This restaurant has a unique shape, special door, and a cool garden. Even though this restaurant is famous for their"pearl milk tea", I personally think they added too much water. The food was pretty fast and I enjoyed coming here very much.

Tea House / Restaurant: this chain is well known for making the "bubble tea" popular. This location is nicely designed and comfortable, albeit a bit small. The beef noodles were well made, but the ice tea was watered down.
