Evergreen Laurel Hotel / 長榮桂冠酒店（台中）

今天來到台中的長榮桂冠酒店享用午餐，但以台中吃到飽的一級戰區來說，長榮真的是一點競爭性都沒有，價格偏高，東西偏少，CP值真的偏低，和不遠處的饗食天堂比起來，真的是慘敗，極限只能給三顆星。。

訂房中心服務態度真的很傲慢！
3次不同時段致電詢問不同資訊，都讓人感受不舒服，（各位打電話進去就能親自體驗）
這樣的五星級飯店，服務態度顯得格外不入流。

一樣都是長榮桂冠品牌，旗下臺南長榮桂冠態度就好許多，還真是沒比較沒傷害。

High quality hotel in good location with good service. The bar serves good drinks, wide breakfast buffet selection, delicious chocolate shop. They also offer soft mattresses if you request it. For those complaining about no usb next to the bed there are two on the phone by the bed. Just tricky to see.

真心不推薦，住過各地的長榮，台中長榮的服務態度真的給人感受很差。

給三顆星的優點是 因為工作行程影響，到飯店check in已經是晚上十二點半，詢問飯店後回覆可以十二點退房，感謝有多給這一小時休息時間

11／12退房時，告知昨晚較晚入住，可以去酒吧換一杯昨天沒換的迎賓飲品，退房時櫃檯只有說「車子直接開出去就可以了」，等我們喝完要離開是兩點，停車直接開出去顯示未繳費用，我們只好在車道上很危險的倒退下去，去繳費機按了之後顯示「300元」，當場也有兩組客人有同樣疑問在問說怎麼還要收費、怎麼不能按

再次上樓詢問櫃檯，櫃檯穿着綠色制服的服務人員態度真的不太好，告知住客超過下午一點一樣要付費，我說我們十二點退房，如果從一點開始計算，一小時停車費是$300元嗎？櫃檯人員才問我車牌號碼，點進去看後就用態度不佳的口氣說「已經設定好了喔」，我再次確認直接出去就可以了嗎？她才回覆我「對」

如果在櫃檯服務是對於這份工作沒有熱忱的或是工作疲乏，事實上不太適合站櫃檯。

對於住宿品質覺得可以，但服務分數真的無法給。

I stayed here 3 nights for work. Our work conference also took place in the hotel.

The positives: most of the staff speak good English, which is surprisingly rare in Taiwan. The breakfast buffet is solid. The rooms are a decent size and there is a desk. The bath was large and the soap and shampoo were stocked daily. The conference rooms were quite good and the staff were helpful.

Unfortunately, they did not provide real coffee for our 3 day event. They provide instant coffee powder in a bowl, which looked like ashes. The rooms had poor soundproofing. I did not know this until the last night, when a family with a young child checked in beside my room. The mattress was also very hard. I write this as someone who actually likes a firm bed, but these were rock hard. There is a decent sized gym, but the equipment is quite old. The carpeting in the rooms was also quite old.

In short, this hotel is past its prime, but the staff made the experience better.

This hotel especially the gym and bakery the staff is horribly trained as I went to the bakery the lady was so inattentive that I had to call her to pay my bill for the stuff I bought and down at the gym the staff is usually busy using the gym equipment themselves and are loud talking to each other hardly anyone speaks English outdated stuff and amateur service especially the food at the bar is horrible not recommended not going again unless some improvements are met!

Its two beds room is good, large bed and large bathroom. Its bathtub is long enough for a 175cm height body to lay down and sink into hot water.

The transportation is very convenient too. We took bus and train to vist Taichung World Flora Exposition and Yi-Chubg Bazaar without any problem.

Its breakfast was not good enough to me though. Yes, there were different style of choice supported, but the food was so so.

是比較90年代的飯店風格，設備雖然不新穎，但設施還是蠻多可以玩的（三溫暖、SPA、壁球、桌球、棒球九宮格、switch、兒童遊戲室），兒童遊戲室也算完備，家中孩子玩的很開心。
房間部分白天採光不錯，但台中市容就. 看出去很多鐵皮屋. ; 另外若覺得床太硬可加軟床墊，挺貼心的；親子家庭房佈置溫馨，準備有很多孩子可以玩的遊戲：跳跳馬、小帳篷、海米積木、類似樂高的組合火車.
食物部分就是中規中矩的一般飯店早餐
而在服務方面，飯店各服務人員的態度都蠻好的，讓人感覺舒服：）
整體來說，這次的住宿體驗蠻好的，若有機會再訪台中，會考慮再入住這裡～

依照經歷順序描述一遍這次的住宿經驗。下午抵達停車場的小姐笑容可掬第一印象不錯；而到了櫃檯，的確都有協助處理我的需求，不過櫃檯服務人員似乎是沒有笑容的；台灣已經多年飯店禁菸，到了房間好像還殘留點無法完全去除的煙味，但不至於太糟，而床頭沒有中控的開關，睡前要一盞一盞去關燈；冷氣是中央空調，溫度無法自己設定；由於是老飯店，所以沒有usb孔，可以詢問是否有轉接頭以供手機充電；洗髮精是2 in 1，沒有分開潤絲精，所以需要多一點時間沖洗；電視可以看到中日台的節目，不過畫質不佳而且沒有節目表，不是數位頻道。隔天早餐期待太高，結果挺失望的，食材不佳還是手藝不佳都快分不出來，看起來應該要好吃的食物全部都失望了，魚片、火腿、雞腿肉全部不行，法國吐司也不好吃，口感差，唯有白粥水準正常。最後終於在checkout時才又看到有笑容的小姐；下樓開車離開結束這次住宿體驗。一晚台幣四千三左右的房價，此住宿費約一萬六千日幣，在日本是可以訂到high class等級的飯店，因此覺得不值得。

服務人員都非常親切；耐心回覆顧客問題；從辦理check in 就覺得很輕鬆；早餐在一樓使用；菜色齊全；中西式素食皆有；我本身早餐不喜歡吃太多；覺得菜色足夠；餐檯並不是太大；座位數不多，建議早點下來用餐；較優閒；也有三溫暖及健身房及兒童遊戲室；但此次沒有使用；下次還是會想來住宿

Clean and decently large sized room. Breakfast provided was decent. Included facilities such as the gym was one of the best I have seen with great equipment and included towels and complimentary drinks provided.

Good:

1. Restaurant: Because we decided to have the dinner in the hotel for a short notice so we had the dinner there before one and half hour on their closing time. They reminded the time which closed to their closing time politely and helped us to clean the table immediately. For the dishes, it was a buffet style and they also provided the pasta which you could choose the ingredients you like and they will run it to you. For the breakfast, they also provided the pancake with honey, it was really delicious. The atmosphere there was very good and the seat didn’t too tight to walk which made me feel comfortable. In addition, the service there was very good.
2. Room: We lived in the deluxe room with two double beds and one single bed. The room was very big and clean. However, I thought a little pity that the pillow was too soft to sleep. By the way, they also provided some fruit and cookies for us to eat.

Bad:
1. Fix outside of the wall: They fixed their outside wall of the hotel and the swimming was under renovation at that time (August, 2018). Therefore, it was so pity that couldn’t see the beautiful view, enjoy the sunshine in the morning and swimming there.

Overall:
My family and I had been to Evergreen Hotel twice. I think maybe next time I will visit there if they replace the pillow. For the restaurant, if there is a chance, I will invite my friends to have a dinner there.

整體而言 物有所值的五星飯店 推薦
優：乾淨舒適的房間，有迎賓水果 早報，服務人員親切 有溫度 感覺還是五星飯店中比較溫暖的，有地下停車場 且明亮乾凈，早餐豐盛品質優 (晚餐更豐盛 建議可考慮一泊二食方案)
缺：淋浴無乾溼分離隔間
其它： 枕頭只配1個

I have paid and subscribed to 10 visits to the gym. When I subscribed, the lady informed us I was able to use the gym for as long as I required and parking will be provided. However after my third visit, I was informed that I can only use the gym for two hours and parking is only upto this limit. I was misrepresented about how long I was able to stay at the gym. Since then, the lady has refused for me to stay longer - Terrible service and would not recommend to anyone to use this hotel

床硬枕頭軟，以為所有星級飯店都會帶軟硬枕，而不是像此五星飯店只有單一軟枕。
吃早餐在熱咖啡區的咖啡杯有一隻被壓扁的死蚊子黏在上面，顧客在用熱咖啡機時服務員沒有優先等待顧客使用完畢就喊借過放餐具。早餐通心麵超級硬還味道淡。
房間有嚴重的霉味，雙人床各一枕無硬枕。
如果此服務此價位我寧可去別家，整體來說像是付了昂貴的地點價而已。

The hotel has won the reputation in Taichung in old times, however my family (11 people) lunch here today at 2F restaurant really disappointed us. In the beginning we asked about the flower exhibition project, the waitress said no we could not so no 20% off and this project could not be used for holidays. But the website only said not applicable during Chinese New Year.
Starting from ordering, the waitress did not even know how to make recommendations for restaurant specialties and looked like in a bad mood. When we asked how many dishes we order, she just named every dish we ordered without a summary. Like simply we expect them to say, in total you have ordered 5 dishes, 2 snacks and no soup. Would you like to order soup?

The foods are with good and acceptable quality considering the price. When we are about to pay the bill, the waitress asked us to go to the counter and check the bill and pay it by ourselves as if this is a self-service restaurant.
In a five-star hotel like this, we really expect them to have a better service.

Except Indian Veg food.everything is ok.if pure Indian vegetables rice smabaar also serve in hotel it will be better.

Great service, but a rather dated room and some amenities aren't quite what you would expect from a five star hotel. The room was probably excellent when the building was new 20 or 30 years ago, and the TV has been updated, but there are probably better and newer hotels in the area for a similar price in terms of just room quality. The service is impeccable though, and the hotel has free Wi-Fi and some bookings come with a free breakfast buffet. Another thing to note is that the exterior is undergoing construction work, so the room windows were boarded up and will be until the end of 2018.

第一次住這裡，是很豪華，但感覺美中不足處是，沒有開飲機設備。要熱開水要自己煮，有點不方便。
沒有簡單的點心可以吃，什麼都要錢，真實感受，真的是有錢人在住的地方。停車場容易客滿，旁邊有特約停車場，但是只有免費到check-in的當天晚上12點，隔天之後直到check out即需自付停車費。
這都是自己問才知道，沒有條文會說明。
服務很親切，門口有很多服務生，很辛苦的搬行李及泊車，給小費當然是理所應當。
客房外的地毯，有些已老舊，如果能留意更新，就真的是五星級飯店了。。。
