服務親切快速、到位，服務人員充足也很有眼力見， 對於顧客的反映能夠及時做解或給予解答。 早餐樣式多、有質感， 服務人員很勤快。房務人員專業、有效率。這裡離蔦屋書店步行兩個路口就到，距離歌劇院、市政府都近，沒有都市的喧鬧，倒有幾分住宅區的寧靜。

The hotel itself is nice and clean. For the price of this hotel, the service can drastically improve. For some reason, all the females were the ones I had issues with. All the guys from the valet to the Porter were all very nice. The females all came across very cold and not friendly. Management definitely needs to retrain their employees (or at least the Females) on mannerism and quality of service. A simple smile can go far or at least speak in a friendly tone.

I have stayed here 5 separate times now and each time has been great. I highly recommend this hotel. Also try the tenderloin steak, it is amazing.

Nice hotel with friendly people, rooms are nice and location is central to many activities and restaurants. If your going to exchange currency, make sure to bring crisp Bills with no imperfections or they will not take them.

Good in hardware, decent decoration but not user friendly, such as small and short in single bed. In addition, breakfast time till 10am on weekend and 10: 30am on weekend is too early, guest has to wake early in order to enjoy the breakfast.

Very nice hotel with excellent service. Was there for five nights participating in Art Taichung, and the experience was more than satisfactory. Decent breakfast spread, but could do with a bit more day to day variation. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay if you're visiting Taichung

週邊的生活機能不錯 前方就是 新光三越&大遠百 。晚上附近2點以還可以吃飽 (可問服務人員) ， 服務態度ok等級以上，來台中一定要來住個二三晚 (健身房 游泳池 三溫暖一定要使用) 。
