7詢問物品或是價格相關問題，人員卻一問三不知道，總是以不確定或是可能來回答，並不會派出知道答案的人員來解答，光是詢問就浪費很多時間，最後還是草草的結束沒有結果，建議需要多培訓才不會給客人造成困擾。
以前常去，現在不去了
之前買分裝麵粉，似乎高筋低筋貼錯標籤
（做餅乾跟做麵包差很多）
打電話過去詢問，店家的回應是: 我都沒客人這樣反應，你要不要再試做看看
同樣的麵包配方方法，天冷天熱的狀態都遇過
還重複做了3次同批次買的麵粉、就是起不了筋
氣到我直接去訂整袋同品牌非分裝的麵粉來試…
結果就正常了…（買分裝只是懶的自己分裝）
很想說，打電話過去反應不是要退貨，是要提醒是不是有出錯，畢竟我買分裝的沒有損失太多，但店員第一個反應都是質疑顧客，讓人感覺很不好
多一顆星是因為老老闆娘人很好
Interestingly enough this place also sells the basics for cocktails. Kahlua, Bols, some tequila, and other essentials. I got a bottle of Jack Daniels. I must say it all looks and tastes legit. I bought a bottle of Jack at RT Mart and will never go back there again. But this bottle of JDs is singing my name. Thank you. And the rest of the products here are abundant and reasonably priced as well.
BTW, I went in to the store without a face mask and without using the store provided alcohol. So I’m not sure why other reviewers got a hard time about it
