Anping Chou's Delicacy / 安平周氏豆花綠豆湯

以前來台南都吃同記或茂記，上次偶爾經過這家覺得好吃，昨天再吃依然覺得好吃，粉角必點。

來了好幾次，都吃招牌（黑）豆花。
粉角好吃，北部朋友稱它脆圓，但是南部的的脆圓是片狀的，而且有顏色。

傳統好滋味️非常綿密好吃，豆花本身糖水不是太甜，料是用糖水煮的，整體搭配很清爽，服務很好喔。好吃好吃每次來安平都要吃

粉角是台南的特色，一定要吃吃看，白色有點透明，QQ好吃，非常喜歡

在貴店吃了十幾年的豆花，那天去了突然傻眼，為什麼現在改叫號取餐，內用需要自己到結帳區端餐點，貴店室內桌椅原本擺設間距已經很擁擠，萬一剛好有客人突然站起來是不是就撞倒了，再者你們端豆花的地方旁邊就二個階梯，如端餐盤途中在階梯絆倒或滑倒又要算誰的，還有你們的門並不是自動門，店家只求自身方便沒有考量這些問題就用這種方式，實在太考驗客人的端餐盤能力了。

早期都來這 外帶買 紅豆白豆花，回去吃。
剛才就內用 吃了: 黑豆花＋珍珠。仙草冰。
芋圓白豆花。手工杏仁豆腐。
每一樣 都好好吃唷。
薏仁綠豆湯＋料 粉角，也是好吃唷。

憑良心必須說！這輩子沒吃過這麼好吃的豆花！沒吃過這間不要說吃過豆花！尤其是黑豆花，吃進嘴裡瞬間化掉！有夠綿密還以為在吃棉花糖 (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵) 好想把它帶回台北啊啊啊 (T ^ T)

大熱天吃起來非常快樂，座位也算多所以輪轉也算快，雪花冰好吃，招牌配料的豆花組合也很棒，但朋友喜歡的芋圓還是湯圓，可能因為是組合所以只各給一點，有特別想吃什麼的話還是得看一下菜單研究一下，推推推

1、等待時間過久，去詢問時態度非常不耐煩，口氣極為不悅，似乎消費者欠了他不少錢。
2、薑汁豆花很普通，雖稱不上難吃，但是豆花明顯是一般工廠製造出的豆花，並不是手工豆花。手工製造出擁有豆香的綿密細緻口感，餡料也沒有仔細熬煮。
3、承前，品質與名氣落差太大，價位還真是敢賣，一碗綜合豆花還敢賣$60。

It was starting to get warm as the day progressed and I have been walking around the Anping district for a bit and in need of a rest stop. This dessert shop was a saviour.

The shop's signature tofu dessert was amazing. Not ice cold, but just nicely chilled enough for you to still enjoy the flavors of the ingredients that had gone into the dessert. I especially loved the clear jelly liked things in there.

可能暑假人潮多 天氣熱
給的豆花多糖水少
幸福感~沒啦
雖然可以 免費續加糖水
就少了那麼一點~~~~~幸福的味道

The desserts here are really good and the lady boss is incredibly sweet to her guests! If i could give her 6 stars, I would!

不好意思，下方這位 陳宛伶小姐，妳給的評論是給錯家的了，妳吃的是「府城3q杏仁豆腐冰」的【杏仁招牌豆腐甜湯】，但卻在【周氏豆花】評論上給一顆星，麻煩妳幫忙改成他家或是刪除這則評論，下次若妳有來周氏豆花可以來吃吃看我們家的【招牌杏仁豆腐冰】哦！

豆花吃起來跟一般市面販售的不大相同，口感較為綿密天然；杏仁豆花真的很好吃，在文字下的認知還以為是杏仁味豆花（豆腐），結果端來的是杏仁茶加上豆花～杏仁茶中喝的到杏仁顆粒，這種搭配完勝啊！親切的老闆娘還想幫我加紅豆可惜不是很喜歡吃紅豆只能婉拒老闆娘的好意，下回再遊台南一定再光顧。

If you like soy pudding this place is great! Definitely come here for the soy pudding. I also got the shaved ice with almond pudding and mix fruits. That was just ok for me.
