Big King 東南亞百貨進口批發超市 台南店

4/11買東西的時候，有位台灣的店員，請她幫忙找東西，態度有夠差而且直接用瞪的，完全不知道到是怎樣，可以請店長處理一下嗎？

經過了解才知道原來這位店員已經很多次了
買東西莫名其妙被兇被瞪，很誇張

Prices are fair and cheap enough if compare to other shops. However, the staffs (cashiers) are really not friendly and bad at customer services. Only cash is accepting in here card payments are not available.

P. S.better improve c.s and train them how to deal with customers more friendly.

為了東南亞超市的便利性跟價格我可以給五星。

但拜託台灣人素質不要這麼差勁好嗎？

某個台灣籍店員態度也太差了吧，反而是外籍的店員態度好，身為台灣人你他媽沒有什麼好了不起的，反而是外籍人士兢兢業業的在做這份工作。

我可以體諒妳補貨忙所以會有點嚴肅，但不耐煩跟嚴肅是兩回事，妳那超級明顯就是不耐煩，已經目睹連續兩組客人包括我這組被妳臭臉跟白眼，美紅幹不要去上班回家當少奶奶，妳不缺工作還有別人缺，真的是傻眼到爆。

I visit here because it have product from my country, the products in here is low or medium or no name brand actually.

I only gave four stars for this place. One of their staff is not approacheable and I hate it knowing that she is from my country. She is rudE.

If you need any products from south east asian countries, I suggest you to come to Big King. They sell any products from raw food until the instant one.

There are so many products from South East Asia dominantly and a bit east asia, relatively cheap when compared to other Taiwan's store. Recommended.

1. 在最繁忙的路段，還好有停車場，很方便。
2. 超市的概念，分區很清楚，要找東西很好找。
3. 各類東南亞的食材應有盡有，但是新鮮食材賣完的速度很快。有時候有特定購買目標，可以先打電話問看看，避免白跑一趟。
4. 店內一隅有手機 SIM卡的販售，很方便。

It's good cheap and friendly but the quality of some of their brand items (like cream cheese) leaves somthing to be desired

Awesome import market with packaged foods from all over Asia. The prices are very reasonable, especially on the imported alochol.

走進異國百貨既陌生又好奇'各國的標示、除英文、中文、價$清凊楚、分類分區、日用品、食品、零食、糖果、餅乾、調味料、又有一次食用的調味方便煑食價$平價、服務台有翻譯人員很方便喔有机會、去逛逛有意外的收獲喔

This location is better than Kaohsiung for the following reasons: it has a single large open floor. There seem to be more products to choose from. And there is at least one very nice lady there who speaks English very well.

This shop is mostly for Indonesian, Vietnamese and Filipinos. They imported lots of goods from the latter 3 countries. They have a lot of things to offer.

They also have remittance center which is "Western Union", prepaid load, internet load and even some Taiwanese brands.

I would have give them 5 stars if the staffs here are friendly or atleast have some customer relation. But what to expect? It's a shop owned by Taiwanese. Their customers are foreigners. Racism is really obvious.

平常逛慣了我們這裡的一些賣場、超市 其實賣的東西都是大同小異 逛久了也會膩 所以偶爾逛點不一樣的 其實也蠻新鮮的 而且也能欣賞到一些不同文化的飲食習慣 我覺得也蠻好玩的 再說他賣的東西 也不是單價很高的東西 所以相信大家都可以來嘗試看看

Most south east asian products are available here, there are price for the goods you missed from your hometown

It is a nice market with most of the Asian countries product available in the bug space. The same product prices vary in different country sections. So you may get the same product cheaper in different corner of the same store. Plus a variety of noodles and spices are available from. Thailand Vietnam I can identify them so I know u can find them there no idea about other countries product

貨品種類繁多，生鮮產品、加工食品、日用品都有，價格便宜，且大部分都有做中文說明，一般散客、餐廳業者都很適合來採購

近年來也上架不少日本、韓國、台灣本土產品，售價有些比市面上便宜，可以來挖寶

環境乾淨，空間寬敞

Small shopping mall, but full with spices, cookies and much more from some countries such as Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia etc. Best place to buy spices for Thai, and Indonesian people.
