袋子需要加購，大家記得帶環保袋唷！

買個羅宋麵包請您幫忙切成四塊（我記得有這個服務），若你不高興切，可以直接拒絕。不要切個交代了事，底部完全沒切開，這樣切成四塊有意義嗎？整塊麵包歪七扭八的。
1030晚上11點站櫃檯的男性服務人員，可以認真一點嗎？

I love the variety of bread they have. The breads are so soft and Delicious. Also the pastries are very creative and something that i had never seen before. The best things about Donuts is that they mention all the ingredients information of each food item they have. It helps me decide what to buy from such a long menu. Another amazing thing is their dining space, they have dining outside which makes it so much convenient to sit and have a good conversation with friends. One of the finest places to hang out.

我多年來都蠻喜歡這東寧店的。店的整體規劃上其飲食乘坐的部分，分別設計為店內飲食區與戶外走廊飲食區，個人是體驗過店內飲食區的服務，蠻不錯的適合聊天討論的一個好場所。戶外區倒是晚上看到蠻多人在那邊喝飲料打傳說的。

服務的部分都沒有遇到什麼問題過，舉最近一次消費經驗分享，我舉2022/07/09早上消費的經驗，其早班的負責結帳麵包的小姐很是可愛、有朝氣，服務的過程相當細心幫忙結算商品，會告知我買了多少餐點與幾杯飲品。除此之外，還貼心地告知買四杯飲料有相關促銷活動喔! 就這樣我被說服了，開開心心買了四杯飲料與美味好吃的麵包回家。

最後，這裡的消費我個人最開心的是有很多行動支付的選項，讓我早上運動不用攜帶錢錢，就可以來這裡消費把美味給帶回家享用。

給錯餐想拿去櫃台更換，結果空櫃，找不到人！取餐都沒在確認的，最後點錯餐點的員工還來理直氣壯的要客人買單？觀感超級不好！
還說因為你只點一杯，拿錯的那一杯幫你處理掉，還是再拿進去換包裝再給正確的客人？
這樣的教育訓練令人大開眼界
這種店根本不可能再去第二次！

Good place for hang out with your friends! They sell a lot of kind of bread and beverages!

門市外觀看起來不錯，但是內部感覺比較像85度c。 裡面外面都可以坐，糕點麵包味道都不錯。 嘗試了西西里檸檬咖啡，味道喝起來還是不太習慣，可能檸檬不是真正的榨出來的，喝起來味道就是不太習慣。 整體對店的感覺不知為何感覺上就是少了什麼元素，不好形容。

前幾天帶孫女去東寧店用餐，因急送孫女去上課，走時不慎遺留一頂黑色north face帽子。今天去店家問有沒有收到，店家說有收到但將帽子放在拉圾櫃上，被別人拿走了。很詫異！別家店收到客人遺失物，都會幫客人保管等客人來領，貴家店盡放拉圾櫃上任人拿走，服務太差了。

Do yourself a favor, and visit this lovely bakery come mini Cafe place which is famous for business meets and students discussion center lol

I was a little disappointed because it's not like the other Donutes Cafe, with many varieties, as their waffles and donuts are really good.
But in here, there was not much of varieties and almost all of the stacks were empty.
I actually wanted to sit there and eat, but due to less stock and no donuts filled with meat, I took out with a chicken salad with thousand island sauce, garlic bread and a muffin
The salad was so fresh and healthy, the best refreshing meal post workouts.

I hope the management take necessary actions on the stocks, or else they are going to have serious business issues hehe. (I went there only by 10 am in the morning)

I ordered a milk tea and I specifically told and reminded the staff (I wouldn't even call them bartenders given the unprofessional attitude and service) not once but twice to NOT ADD ANY FRESH MILK - creamer only - since they offered both options.

On top of the fact that Donuts' service has always been pretty slow for apparently no reason in my opinion, I waited 5-10 minutes and finally asked them if they started preparing my beverage.

Immediately they said "oh yeah we're gonna start now" (I literally had no idea what they were doing all this time because I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER the entire time) Yet, the most unprofessional and disappointed part was that the first thing they did was picking up a carton of fresh milk and just before they added the milk into the shaker, I Stopped them right then right there! Luckily, I still remembered what I ordered 10 minutes ago! They just couldn't care less. And it was definitely an awful experience worsened by bad service. Taiwan's actually pretty famous for outstanding service attitude.

致今天下午站崗麵包店的店員，我明明點拿鐵，自作主張幫我改成小農拿鐵就算了，大小杯搞錯也就算了，事後拿咖啡時跟您說明此事，您一副不想處理的萎糜樣真的讓人不與置評，不會再有下一次光顧了。

服務態度有待加強^ ^

但~熱咖啡不封膜？我買了那麼久的咖啡~今晚最狼狽! 7杯沒封膜的熱咖啡回到家真的長一袋咖啡! ~~~剩半杯!
請店長……注意一下

麻煩店員請注意，非常危險!

請店員不要把咖啡封膜了，又撕開，客人不知道
最後導致杯口變形，
由於杯子有杯蓋蓋住因此看不到變形
一拿起來整杯咖啡因此翻倒

還好當時咖啡溫度還能忍受，不然就燙傷了! !

A big division on Dongning Road without second floor. The seats inside is cozy and quiet for study, filled with the fragrance from the bakery beside. Their cake is delicious and diverse in pattern and flavor. The coffee and tea taste good and is not too expensive. Nice place to linger and buy some dessert!

Nice place with reasonable price, I have tried milk tea and chocolate au lait from here and both were tasty. And they also have english menu.

蛋糕櫃上的草莓都很紅很漂亮才選這款，結果挑了一個這個給我，還是回家才發現
當時店員臉很臭，想說是太忙所以不要太麻煩人家，就買了就離開，結果回家看到是這樣的蛋糕，覺得整體服務感受很糟

Excellent place to spend quality time with friends and family. They have good coffee and baked items. Their cakes are super good.
