打電話過去 說網路斷掉也不會致電給客戶
網路斷掉請問怎麼現場幫客人點餐？？？

今天點的冰奶茶糖都沒有攪拌均勻，積在底部，店員也沒有主動提供攪拌棒或提醒要攪拌，回到家後，喝到後面才發現底部太甜。
冰奶茶的糖要攪拌是麥當勞的SOP吧，可以在混一點。送你米其林一星的高級評價，不用謝我喔！

整體來說還不錯
但是有店員（經理），來填問券
我問他，為什麼沒有自動點餐機
他說這東西只有沒這麼多人的店會有

聽了頭很痛，算了算了

銷售的價格與外帶的服務品質-不成比例。例: 該店為節省“杯架”，雖飲料&玉米濃湯都有2杯2杯的用紙袋分裝，排置在我當場買的塑膠袋內。我是安置在車座位上……但6人份的餐點，因為濃湯的杯蓋被擠開數杯，使得全部的餐點底部都泡在糊糊的湯中，雖然上層的餐還可食用，但同事都已胃口&期待的享用皆全消失……。

感覺很自在溫馨. 難得在成市中有可以小小停留窩一下的地方（不管在什麼城市中）。廁所也很方便. 感謝！ 麥當勞一直連鎖先驅！
建議如果打掃的sop在下班前. 這樣才不會一早就濕濕黏黏的這方便改進一下更好！

I had order for several times
some staff are good
but there were staff who are not approachable enough they get your order too fast like they understand it
though i had requested for the menu so i can point it out which can make it easier
but she would not look at it at all
so there goes my wrong order coming
im so dissapointed
kind of pissing me off that other people has to handle her mistake because of her not so approachable attitude.

FOODPANDA上玩文字遊戲，點了好幾次原味麥脆雞腿，點好幾次都大腿，電話上又跟你說不能選部位，怎麼不備註你們麥當勞選甚麼顧客就得吃甚麼? 專門挑賣相差的賣給外送的顧客，拜託別把顧客都當白痴，要賣也備註一下，+49原味麥脆雞腿 (隨機大小腿) ，這樣做很難? 還是你們就是想騙一些餐點到了也自認倒霉的顧客，吃你們賣不出去的大腿?

雖然同樣都是麥當勞，但是整個用餐環境真的比別家舒服，餐點真的比較好吃，炸雞比較脆，服務人員態度也比較誠懇，就連一位清潔人員對待一位沒有消費卻坐在裡面的老人，他沒有趕走他，還幫他整理桌面，完全沒有歧視他的意思，還有協助抱小孩的客人，將餐點端至座位，這裡可以看的出整家店的教育氛圍，真的是用心關心客人，值得其他店來學習一下。

There are high tables here, it's very important having high table available in a cafe or coffee bar or restaurant though.

Amazing food and place is very Clean, staff is very friendly and near to National Cheng Kung University.

Sizable interior. Was unable to connect to WiFi on our corner seating. Fried chicken was mediocre at $110 NTD.

A big place to sit and eat, they are open 24 hours which is realltly great, the menu in the morning is little expensive, but for the night it's super cool actually

After 10pm I had difficulty finding a place open to have a coffee with some friends. McDonald's was our saviour staying open late. Coffee was good and it was popular with a diverse crowd of people even up till midnight. Recomended!

根本不值一顆星 經理用話術騙顧客 一杯奶茶多了40幾塊 這樣就算了 吸管要插下去還插不進去 到底為什麼呢？因為裡面滿滿都是冰塊 滿到抵到蓋子 真的是買冰塊送鮮奶茶呢 好棒棒 啊給我那麼多冰塊當料還不給我粗一點的吸管 是要怎麼吸啊 爛

Quite messy, but they work 24/7, so that is to be expected. It is as clean as it can get. You will always see a person cleaning the floor or the tables. They have a menu in English.

這店從開幕至今，吾還常去，這店很有特色，在學區，國小，'國中，高中職，到成大博士，統統有，可研究學生那個是混蛋，茶葉蛋，王
八蛋，滚蛋，尤其是成大學生，我一定要成功

I like the present promotion, 1+1=50, because I am a student. Also, I think this is very reasonable for the prices and the quantity.

點餐速度快，服務態度好，面帶微笑有耐心。

唯一小插曲，有客人翻倒薯條 (那位客人翻倒裝沒事，也實在沒什麼公德心) ，向櫃臺反應了，回座位把漢堡跟冰旋風吃完薯條們還在地上。後來又在櫃臺拿給同一個服務人員看，幸好5分鐘內就有店員協助處理了。

希望店裡面有簡易的清潔組合。
