This is a quiet corner coffee shop owned by a husband and wife. This lovely couple were very friendly. We are from out of town and happened to pass by this cute coffee shop and decided to check it out. It has a very homie atmosphere. We ordered two ice coffees, one carmel and hazelnut flavor. You can taste the homemade roasted premium coffee which they make in house. Perfect balance in every sip. Great for the hot summer afternoon. If you happened to be in the neighborhood, please stop by, you won't regret it!

很Cozy 的咖啡店，原是美商睞記洋行位址。老闆夫妻倆很和善，十多年前回到老家經營咖啡店。三十年前來古堡附近都還沒有開發，如今整理得還不錯。

逛累了安平古堡以及週邊吵雜的攤販，在此Stay 喝杯鼎上黃金曼特寧、搭配手工餅乾，喝的是咖啡的濃醇香，吃著手作餅乾的樸實無華，對疲憊的旅人來說很舒適。值得再訪。

逛完老街後想坐著休息一下，意外走進stay coffee, 店內撲鼻而來的咖啡香氣搭配自在舒服的音樂，真的讓人有心曠神怡的感覺，點了101種口味的拿鐵與檸檬塔，檸檬塔的塔皮好吃，同行的小屁孩一口接一口，拿鐵的層次感一層一層堆疊，喝到最後咖啡的回甘感在口齒間留香，對於一個曾經在台南生活的異鄉遊子而言，是很棒的休息站：）

咖啡出色，店內用心佈置，老闆熱情接待，就在安平古堡與樹屋間必經之地，幾乎挑不出缺點的好店。

走進座位區先看到兩台烘豆機十分顯眼，顯露對咖啡的專業度。個人非專業咖啡評論，只能說喝到的耶加雪菲完全是期待中的口味，價位也很實在，若開在家附近肯定時常拜訪。

Marvelous little hole-in-the-wall cafe in historic building! Excellent iced latte, nice lemon cheesecake, comfortable and airy space to escape from the heat. Big variety of coffees, proprietress very warm and attentive. Interior could use a bit of cleaning and painting, though.

Stay Coffee is a great little coffee shop with friendly staff. They have a good variety of coffee and tea to choose from for either dine-in or take-away.

對咖啡粉的研磨粗細一定也很在意
甚至對於鮮奶的醇度與奶香氣都會斟酌
一杯拿鐵才賣我70元
卻給了我非常感動的咖啡體驗

一喝就在這個地方從2014年大學時期看到網路上部落客的文章一路喝到2021，已經有7年的緣分，這裡已經成為歸屬感的地方，從視覺、嗅覺、味覺到感覺面面俱到，一間從咖啡香到人情味都很濃厚的店家，希望這緣分能繼續下去⋯⋯

Found a treasure place for coffee lovers, made with passion and great warm service. Accompanied by home made cookies and a toast.

老闆雖然年輕, 手沖咖啡技巧非常好, 原本擔心中重烘的豆子手沖會苦味過多, 水量及流速控制得好, 濃淡控制得宜, 完全釋放出豆子的香氣, 即使涼了也依舊很好入口. 可惜沒時間可以再試冰咖啡.

Fantastic coffee in a comfy environment. The owners were exceptionally kind and even called me a taxi when it was raining.

Lovely cafe near the Anping fort. They have a wide selection of coffee beans. We order three different pour overs and all were delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating of my broken Chinese.

Small coffee shop with espresso drinks, single roast drops, a/c, and very friendly staff. Great coffee fix right beside the warehouse with the trees growing through.

A great small little coffee shop in Anping. If you’re around the area and you just want to chill for a bit it’s well worth a visit. Good coffee at a very fair price, and the staff is very friendly.
