I received a nostalgic melon cream sodaI came here thinking that I would like to try some home-roasted coffee, but there was a melon cream soda on the menu, so I gave in to the temptation of this, which is hard to find in Taiwan. The taste of the nostalgic coffee shop was recreated. My Taiwanese friend was a bit reluctant to drink food that contained coloring agents, saying that it was repellent and he didn't want to drink it.
Mini-sized bread was available for pre-order, and it was also very close to the Japanese taste and texture. It looks like they are paying close attention to the ingredients used when making their products.
We have also started serving meals and desserts.
Neapolitan, curry rice, hayashi rice, etc. *The menu changes irregularly. All of them have the taste of a Japanese coffee shop and are satisfying.
Coffee jelly has recently been upgraded and is even more delicious. There is also cake. Of course, the coffee was delicious, and they even had my favorite single-origin honey process coffee.

咖啡及麵包的品質與風味完全對的起滿分五星評論，克里母螺旋麵包跟抹茶巴斯克非常推薦。
摩卡甜度適中帶有濃郁可可香氣簡直極品。
現場座位稀少，麵包數量有限，可以當天先預約點餐才不會遇到麵包售完的狀況。
店內另有販售單一及調配咖啡豆可供挑選。
前往之前先查好營業時間。
現場無法開車進入。

咖啡好喝值得來，招牌咖啡讓我想起了日本某些咖啡店的配方豆喝不膩的感覺。根據你喜歡的苦酸感可以選擇豆子，甜點的磅蛋糕口感是很鬆軟不紮實，料很多味道作為，很合我的口味。
位子稍微少一些大概7個左右，有一個是單人座，坐滿就只能選擇外帶了，麵包需要提早來才買得到自己要的。
交通：位於小巷子內，機車比較方便，開車就只能在附近找車位再過去

初訪

座落在巷子內的小小店面，
推開門玄關左側擺放著一台烘豆機。
直火的，看了就覺得很日式。
位子不多，剛好夠裝下喜歡咖啡的你和我。
旁邊剛好有群日籍客人歡快地聊天，
很喜歡這種小小的，溫暖的氛圍。
日式烘焙的咖啡，BODY跟喉韻都讓人很有印象。
帶了配方豆回家，豆都來不及養就迫不及待的沖了。
悶蒸鼓脹起來的包就跟老闆做的菠蘿胖一樣，
新，鮮。
期待下次再訪。

小巷內的自家烘焙咖啡，單品選擇多，風味描述精要，方便挑選個人喜好的口味，店內有販售日式melonpan ，內用烘烤過後外香脆內彈軟，簡單可口。整體訂價好親人。

#宏都拉斯
台灣比較少見的選豆，香氣不突出，入口有類似香蕉百香果調中尾韻是溫柔的黑巧力包覆感。

酥脆甜包裹彈軟麵包，糖香較含蓄。

第一次見面是八幡的攤位！自己本身很喜歡單品咖啡，當時還買了淺培的濾掛！
有了店面後今天終於有時間來支持
是很舒服的空間，在巷子內建議停好車散步進來～
平常都喝手沖單品，但因為IG漂浮冰咖啡的照片看起來太美了，今天忍不住點了哈哈哈哈
他們家的中深培也超好喝！平常嗜好淺培，但他們家的中深培香氣十足，也不會苦，還再次怒買了濾掛

老闆跟闆娘都很親切可愛！下次再來補貨濾掛

第一次去到如此小巷子裡的美味咖啡廳、由一對台日夫妻經營、咖啡是由有日本烘煎咖啡證照的日本老闆娘操刀、麵包由帥氣老闆製作。真的做出日本口味的咖啡跟麵包、而且非常好吃美味！真心推薦給大家！而且一週只賣三天（週日到週二）、其它時間都在烘培咖啡豆、所以網路聲量不錯喔！轉而開店也才短短不到三個月！好店更要讓更多人知道
