About 10 minutes walk from Nakayama Station. Convenience stores, Mac stores, drug stores, etc.are nearby. There is no bathtub, but the shower has sufficient water quantity and temperature. The bath towels were also luxurious and nice.

Dirty room, I could find some hairs on the bed.
The shower head is not functioning at all, luckily it is just one night stay for me.
This hotel is a bit old. Not recommended if you want to stay longer.

一千多的房間品質比預想中更好!還有附上不老松的優惠券還不錯
透明的玻璃浴室可以邊看球賽邊洗澡但晚上要記得拉窗簾不然早上會被亮醒
一開始電視沒有聲音,到櫃檯換了一個遙控器就好了
希望櫃檯可以在入住時順便提醒冰箱需要自己手動啟動,退房時冰塊融化才發現冰箱上有貼一個小小小的紙條說要啟動

櫃台服務態度很好,雖然一開始進去房間有很濃的菸味(就很像你去唱Kyiv 一進去包廂那種味道),因為本身非常討厭菸味,所以馬上打電話請業者幫忙換房間

但當下因為客滿沒有房間可以換,本來想說那就去緊急訂一間別的地方住宿(因為菸味我真的不行),但業者過5分鐘後打上來說可以幫我們用臭氧機除味道看看,並且讓我們到大廳等20分鐘(因為臭氧機運作時人不能在裡面),回到房間後菸味就完全消失了!變成有一點點游泳池味(臭氧機用完都會有的味道,但完全沒關係,菸味完全消失真的讚)

飯店的處理房間菸味的部分給四顆星,非常感謝!但因為房間一開始真的是有很濃的菸味所以真的無法給五星。除菸味外,房間打掃得很乾淨!

拜託各位旅客,想抽菸到外面好嗎…不要在房間裡面,尤其如果還有小孩要入住的話真的空氣會很差,請旅客有良心一點!(飯店到處都貼禁菸標誌,那些在房間抽菸的人眼睛還好嗎)

四人房是玻璃頂再加上鐵皮屋頂,白天太陽升起溫度直接飆上來,房裡的中央空調完全沒有幫助到的作用,早上直接被熱醒!
昨晚詢問櫃台人員,若屋頂不是水泥的,而是鐵皮屋早上會很熱,我們是否能換房型?但櫃檯人員再三確定是水泥的屋頂,不是鐵皮屋!我就想請問一下水泥的屋頂會透陽光進來嗎?再次請櫃檯人員上來看也只得到道歉的回覆。欺騙消費者的感覺,我們可以自費換房型啊,為什麼要害我們早上被熱醒…

2022/4/2 早上8: 30入住 以先付2200現金11: 30打電話來吵說沒12小時制 啊之前住的時候就沒這個問題 然後說每多一個小時多500
早上入住時為什麼不講
就已經難睡了 快睡著打來吵是怎樣
被吵起床在跟我解釋一堆
有用嗎 下一樓直接找主管 跟我說今天一樣讓我到明天(我就問妳 那妳一開始打來吵什麼意思? 妳覺得我現在睡得著?)
以前覺得這間很好!
現在只覺得爛爆了!
我會在來住一次 我他媽狗

房間裝潢不錯,不會很老舊,床不會塌陷
櫃檯比較簡陋
附近很多小吃…很熱鬧
比較可惜的是雖然有很多停車場,但是晚上9: 30以後就關門了⋯⋯非常不方便
有一間長春停車場要走比較遠,價錢好像沒有比較便宜

櫃檯服務人員態度很差呢!
中山區不是只有你們這間旅館
態度比晶華酒店差太多了
訂房馬上就給我刷卡,打電話去說可能不適合我,
還堅持不給我退費!
再來櫃檯人員女的
居然跟我嗆聲,
我這幾年住過的所有五星級飯店,
還有所有旅館
還第一次被櫃檯人員嗆聲
態度差到真的讓我很傻眼
可見生意有多差
以後絕對不會再來
服務態度超級差的爛旅館!

There is nothing “royal” about this hotel. Pictures look so much more better on the internet with the filters.check-in was such a hassle

the check in counter woman is bad at providing helpful info until the issue is raised
Went out to explore the area… upon coming back in my phone was out of battery so I asked to sign in. She was like “oh we don’t offer that. ” It was ONLY until I told her my phone was out of battery did she say “Ohhh it’s okay the other member of your party can scan for the both of you. ”

booked through agoda, paid on premises… agoda booking was cancelled by hotel so they don’t have to pay a fee to agoda.initially gave us an ugly pink room on 2nd floor
card key was not responsive/ did not work— turns out the rose needs to face the sensor? Even the cleaning staff had trouble opening the door for us
once opened there was a weird smell in the room like cigarettes
we went back to the lobby to inform the woman at the counter the card keys don’t work well and of the smell
the counter woman went to the second floor herself to check and to rebut our issues with the room:
“electronic key does work but rose needs to face the sensor on the lock
room does have a smell but it is leaking from another room but AC will help mitigate it. ”
Other hotels would have already changed our room for us instead of wasting all that time.
Can we just have a different room?
Finally the counter woman gives us a room on the 4th floor, that is a little bit better than the second floor
My god, the attitude just makes it feel like a hassle to ask for simple basic stuff, and it’s also a poor reflection of the management.
Drinks and snacks in the room are free.
Asked for additional 4 bottles of water… there is a limit and can only ask for 2 bottles at a time, if want more have to go to the lobby area full of free snacks and water fountain… the counter woman never let us know that existed lol.
In addition, the cleanliness really needs to be improved.stingy
dirty bed sheet, pillows had some unknown strand of hair

bathroom:

strand of hair on bathroom floor… shower floor felt a bit greasy like it wasn’t cleaned well
wood floor does not feel cleaned/wiped. Made sure to walk around in slippers.

So annoying. Hotel? More like a boutique motel. The only positive was the location. The malls are a few blocks away with plenty of food areas.

第一次入住新生店印象很好所以這次去一樣住他們家,但想說換換別分店看看,結果我從頭到尾告知三次我要再加一件被子,晚上進房還是沒加,打電話去櫃檯一個男生接的告知我的需求,他一副口氣很為難樣子然後說妳自己下來拿我先幫你備,口氣就不能好一點說你不方便離開位置可以麻煩你下來拿之類的嗎⋯⋯我要拿寄放行李的東西,叫客人直接去後面自己拿也不加個請字,相較早班的女生。夜班男的態度真的有損形象,我不會再去這分店

在Axxda網訂精品雙人房,到了現場卻變成比較低價的房型,櫃檯表示不是他們的錯,是A網跟經銷商的問題,有點甩鍋的感覺。事後也是請客人自己和A網協調,又櫃檯說已經沒有精品雙人房了,只好入住較低等的房型。
房間尚可,但有點煙味。

1. 櫃檯蠻親切,服務速度也快。
2. 整體空間明亮,禁菸。
3. 房間使用磁卡片感應。
4. 隔音不錯,至少我住的那晚是寧靜的。
5. 對於房間色系感到匪夷所思,可能想裝潢貴氣,但是綠色這樣我個人感受怪怪的。
6. 浴室廁所寬敞,蓮蓬頭水力夠,但熱水那管似乎多過於冷水,所以在洗要一直將水往冷水那邊大調整。
7. 廁所是免治馬桶。
8. 會建議房務人員是否將浴缸水管進行毛髮清理,因為放水速度急慢,淋浴都會積水,
9. 床很舒服,枕頭也很好躺。
10.wifi訊號非常不穩定,很微弱。

整體來說,我個人是可以接受的,希望小小的建議可以有所改善。

早晚班交班不清楚,上早接近五點住宿(還特別問說現在住宿可以到幾點價錢是多少?)晚班說到下午2點前不會另外收費,2點後因為他們要做打掃,所以超過兩點會在收一天住宿費900,好啦~睡到中午了,早班中午打來了,卻說到兩點要在跟我收900,爭執之後說到兩點收500,都已經被吵醒了還需要到兩點嗎?貴公司員工早晚班交班都沒說清楚,連價錢也都亂都亂七八糟,之後不會在住了

住的是特價房+旅遊補助助=500元房價!
然後沒熱水. 不知道是不是因為這樣所以沒熱水?
麻煩以後若有這方面(特價房=沒熱水)要先告知一聲!這樣我就不會去住了!
據櫃檯說法是鍋爐來不及燒水太多人用了!
然後我就早上8點去使用
結果水還是只有微溫而已.
所以大家都開始早上洗澡了?
一個連鎖旅店有這種事?
我還真的是第一次遇到!

地點位置很優勢,離台北車站只要900公尺,用步行的蠻快的,離西門町搭公交也只要一站,樓下就有便利商店與餐飲店,晚上可以到附近的夜市與西門町逛街吃吃小吃,房間很有風格是歐式的,設計感與燈光都很漂亮,浴缸也算大了,浴室也挺漂亮的,馬桶是電動的很方便哦!床很柔軟舒適,值得一住,個人非常喜歡這間的裝潢,櫃檯小姐也很親切,服務態度佳,又客氣,強推
