信遠齋滷味

我最愛的滷味店，老闆娘跟老闆娘兒子都是好人。應該算是山東或是北京道地滷味。照理說客家人應該不會這味，或許是老北京傳下。醬肘子不油不膩入口即化，稱得上一句酥爛。燻雞 燻魚 牛舌 豬舌 豬頭皮 雞翅 雞爪通通都好吃！一點都不誇張。

I think what I like most about this little deli is that my relatives used to come here during the 1950s. They still remember the tea eggs and the smoked meats. I like that a place has that kind of longevity. Plus there is a thick soy sauce here that has a particular flavor that is uncommon and very tasty. We have purchased many bottles of this to take back to the United States. You really should come by and have a look but don’t come too late because they don’t stay open late.

Very tasty - must try their master stock (滷水) chicken legs, pig ears 豬耳, etc

素雞口感多層次 但味道較淡
海帶表現還行 但不到極為出色
雞胗表現一般 只是刀工較細
豬耳朵顏色感覺就很入味
的確是裡面最鹹 單吃有點負擔

價格不算太平價
這一盒約莫114台幣
應該再訪概率低

每一種都好吃，看想吃什麼，就買的。個人愛素雞，燻雞腿，豬肝，海帶，滷蛋；唯一能挑剔的應該只有價錢吧～偏貴，但還是很划得來，因為東西好吃，還算值得。因為地點隱密＜沒什麼觀光客知道去買，但本地人的生意就可以忙到爆，尤其在過農曆年間，懶人的好年菜。

我在這家店消費了四十幾年，是具有北方特色的滷味菜樣，過年過節時，在餐桌上添加幾樣滷味菜 (蹄膀，熏雞，熏魚，豆干，.) ，真是一大享受！說真的，在台灣地區別無分號，也只有在這裡才能買得到的喔！特此推薦。

This small shop has an history for over 60 years and have been moved to this new location for more than a decade. All foods sold are tasty.

I would actually give them a 4.5, it's way too hard to buy anything. Sell out before 10am sometimes.
