不論印得張數多還少店員態度都很好! 只印了一面，想把兩面併在一頁a4，不確定設定方式時，店員主動幫忙，也降低其他人等待的時間，列印價格也算實惠! 以前大學附近的影印店態度很差，張數少得話還會態度差，所以格外有感!

去了幾次店員都很耐心處理大量影印的事，後來這次換了一個店員，說我的檔案太多一個一個點太麻煩，要我回去等他幫我處理，結果超過兩小時都還沒好，那早知道我自己點就好了啊，我自己點至少15分鐘內能點完，為什麼要這樣騙我走讓別人插隊，真心不懂

沒錢找客人沒辦法取件
還要我們自己去樓下餐廳換錢
學生餐廳根本不想給我們換錢
後來想想也很奇怪
店家為何不派一個人去換錢
之後其他客人遇到一樣的問題也要他們自己想辦法嗎
女店員說沒錢找的態度還很理直氣壯

艾薇是我的同班同學，
她一直都是非常親切的人。
今天她去吾印影印的時候，
被一位戴眼鏡的女店員冷漠的對待。
以下是我幫助她把剛才的評論做翻譯：

“我是一位外籍同學，我只有一些基本的中文能力。在今天，我去影印我的作業。

我沒辦法辨認按鈕上的文字，因為電腦上都是中文的。於是我請一位戴著眼鏡的女店員幫助我，她卻冷冷地瞥了我一眼，用中文問我：妳要幹嘛？
我只是想請她過來電腦這邊幫忙，但我卻被像個傻瓜一樣冷落在一旁。我一再的重複請求她，也一再的被無視。
於是我走到收銀機前，試著用很基本的中文告訴她：我需要協助。
然後她開始在其他學生面前對我大吼大叫，還有惱怒的敲打著桌子。
我用中文問：為什麼妳這麼生氣？是因為我的中文不好嗎？
我已經盡全力把中文說好，但她仍舊不給我機會。
我一直認為學校內的每個人都是友善的，但我錯了。
請北科大管理好校內的服務品質，如果你們想要有好的評價的話。
這位戴眼鏡的小姐讓我感到非常的不舒服，還讓我感到非常的不安。感謝她，讓我覺得我不該再繼續試著說中文了。
如果你們真的在乎學生的話，請關注一下影印店相關的服務事宜。”

昨日我也有到吾印去影印，的確現在的店員比起過往的，態度真的差很多。
我只是要簡單的複印，卻被冷落在一旁2、3分鐘，現場有兩位空閒的店員。班上的同學也有反應類似的狀況。
請相關的管理人員看見這些評論，能審慎檢視現在的服務人員的態度，否則以往建立的名譽真的會被搞砸了。

I am a international student, so my Chinese is very basic. Today I was about to print my assignment, I couldn’t recognise the printing button because the computer was all in Chinese so I asked the lady with glasses to help me, but instead she gave me a really mean glare while saying “what do u want? ” In Chinese. I was trying to ask her help to come over the computer area but she didn’t want to help me and stayed at the Cashier area. So I stood there like an idiot, again asking her help to come over, and she didn’t want too. So then i went to her, in front of the cashier and asked her help again, trying my best to speak Chinese to her about what I want. Then she started to scream at me and banging the table Filled with annoyed in front of other students. So then I replied her, “why are u angry” in Chinese.
Is it my fault that I have a very low standard Chinese? I have tried my best speaking in Chinese to her but she wouldn’t give me a chance too.
I entered with school with a thought that everyone was nice, but then again I was wrong.
NTUT, please manage your service in this school if you want to have a good university rating. With people like this lady, this would very make the students feel VERY uncomfortable and also make them feel insecure about themselves.
Thanks to this glasses lady, she made me feel like I shouldn’t even try to speak Chinese anymore even if I try too.

Please do something about the service in the printing place for the sake of the students.
