吉他琴頸歪掉了，但是台北別家吉他店報價太貴（將近台幣1000），所以一直沒有拿去修。今天黃石樂器的Nick老師指出吉他聲音有點怪後，立馬前往黃石樂器問老闆，老闆很爽快的給折扣且快速修好，價格很甜！！！（可刷卡）
另外，問老闆問題他都會清楚又仔細的講解，超有耐心的哈哈～

Guitars are left tuned to standard, unlike some other stores in Taipei, which leave them detuned or half-step down.

後來店家直接電話聯絡說明原因，非常願意處理後續音箱訂購事宜，改為5顆星。

1111在黃石蝦皮賣場趁優惠買音箱，結果13號才說現在沒貨，連詢問能不能等待調貨都沒有，單方面直接取消訂單（已付清），一開始就沒打算賣的東西放架上消耗別人的優惠很開心嗎？

門市環境舒適。
網路詢問某款樂器說有貨，但隔不到幾天要去現場前再私訊卻說沒有。到現場後再詢問某款樂器還有沒有庫存，說還有貨可以跟廠商調，隔個三天左右會再回消息，然後隔了兩個禮拜完全沒任何回覆。覺得有貨就說有，沒有就說沒有，給人不太實在的感受。

後續有收到訊息說明因廠商遲給，加上業務忙碌疏忽通知，感到抱歉。也回覆已另行購買，了解原因，謝謝～
可能剛好此次一直買不到想要的那款所以覺得體驗不佳，相信直接去逛門市選購現場有的樂器應該還是不錯的。

Super great service. All the clerks and the shop owner have been patient, and friendly to me all the time, including the times when I just went about and tried with a dozen of guitars without buying anything. They are professional as well, offering you experienced advice. I can tell that they have true passion in what they're doing.
Eventually I bought an electro travel guitar there, and the after sales service has been more than satisfying. When asking them about humidity control, they gave me genuine advice and did not intend to sell me anything that I didn't need.
All in all, I highly recommend this place, and as a music lover, I hope you will enjoy your visit there.
