在這裡預購筆電，5月中說5月底交貨，5月底說6月中交貨，6月中說6月底，6月底再詢問變成9月才有貨，聽完直接辦理退貨，去買其他牌的筆電。不確定就不要說日期，讓消費者像傻子一樣等。一間大公司做成這樣也是厲害了。

店員跩到不行，我不知道這間店開的意義在哪裡，完全讓我對華碩大大的扣分，首先鍵盤和滑鼠的陳放很隨便，消費者很難去區分哪個型號是哪個，再來男店員翹腳在櫃檯講電話，我想詢問產品相關資訊卻對我比手畫腳要我離開？真是對不起，打擾到大爺講電話了，小的我誤闖大爺的地盤了！沒那麼氣過，再說你們華碩客服也爛，打過去也是外包到大陸客服完全不能解決我的問題，虧我還是華碩鑽石會員，真想罵髒話

空間感覺不差，但最新機種 (zenfone 5) 只有單一顏色可做體驗，其中有支新機 (zenfone 5) 沒電好一段時間，會讓人誤以為故障、新機不耐用，希望能夠華碩能夠加強新機的品牌形象，讓「體驗」更名符其實，加油！希望未來可以在手機市場佔有一席之地！
