影片裡的肋排多汁酥脆，
1/30 13：00左右，與朋友共兩位內用，
點了肋排半份，光看外觀有點疑惑，
一咬下去，偏乾柴，可能是只點半份，
所以是加熱的方式出餐。
其他的肉類口感都很不錯，如：牛胸、羊肩、香腸與抓飯都不錯，薯條有牛油香氣，唯獨肋排有難免失望。

7/22（六）晚餐6：00 來到藏在中山區巷內不顯眼的小店，結果生意超好！！店內座位蠻多，動線也ok！服務人員很專業品質優良
因為即將遷店，厚牛肉跟雞肉、地瓜條目前缺貨不供應，好可惜 (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)
我們點了兩份豬肉加臘腸（三主食+三配料），好好吃～豬絲軟嫩，調味偏重也是美式特色，配菜選玉米、通心麵和布朗尼～
沒有雷到，布朗尼的口感也是很特別！

I honestly only want to give a 3.5 star. I ordered a big plate of beef brisket and lamb shoulder with a side of brownie and pumpkin pie. I also shared a large fries with friends.

Pros:
-Lamb shoulder was moist and flavorful. -Brownie was great and sweet enough for my American tooth.
-The breaded fries were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The ketchup portion is very small for the large fries, and I had to ask the server many times to get more ketchup.

Cons:
-I’m used to beef brisket from the US being lean, but their brisket was very fatty (see the attached photo, this was taken after I already ate half of it). I would not order it again.
-Pumpkin pie was meh. The dough is buttery but the pumpkin filling has a very underwhelming pumpkin taste and is not sweet enough.

Neutral: Rice Pilaf was flavorful but mine tasted hard and undercooked.

Overall: I spent about $700 on everything and I’d prob only come back for the brownies and fries.

Recommendation:
I tried my friends pull pork and it was smokey and moist, so just go for pull pork with two sides.

Excellent bbq. We also love the turkey, stuffing, and pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving and Christmas season. Very good service and patient and caring to solve any issues with ordering or payment. We love the play area in the b1 space for kids. It’s open again now that the COVID restrictions are lower. Recommend to call early to make reservations for dine-in or pre order for takeout. Can also pay online with a link they can give you if you write them on messenger. The receipt in the picture was for feeding 9 adults and 3 little kids. Though we had more women than men. It was more than enough food.

Really enjoyed the smoked turkey and dressing. We wished we had bought more. Our one year old really enjoyed it too which is always a plus. The brisket was really soft which is good.

1、17：30第一位抵達，在沒有明確的排隊路線，開門後被瘋狂插隊最後一個才進店
2、點餐時店員告知需等待20分鐘，最後等到30分鐘
3、前一位外帶客人有說明並核對餐點，到我就“不主動”核對餐點，不明白為什麼差別對待
綜合以上三點，這麼優秀的店不會再去了，個人感覺非常生氣且失望

前面插隊的第一位就是外帶的，建議各位如果要外帶不需早點抵達，只要17：59抵達再插隊就可以馬上點餐，省時省力。

一份680三種肉三樣配菜手抓飯 看網路上的照片跟評論滿心期待 但看到食物本體真的很震驚 也太小份了吧…. 完全吃不飽…. 第一次體會到當盤子是什麼感覺…不知道是不是吃完會變大盤子所以才取名叫美國大盤（？

在 Ubereat 上花了250 叫了火雞餐，只來了這樣？？跟方案照片完全不同，根本在坑人，午餐就這樣沒了。

I spent TWD250 on Ubereat and get the meal totally different from the photo on Ubereat.

跟餐廳反應後，得到的回應讓人感受更差。第一時間，餐廳希望我能去店面或官網消費，然後抱怨Ubereat 系統難用、抽成高，但這些都不是我的問題，如果餐廳對Ubereat 不滿意，就不該使用這個平台。使用了卻又在上面放了與實物不符的照片、並且告訴消費者，你不該在這個平台買我們的商品、你點錯東西了，這樣對嗎？都是消費者的錯嗎？

雖然確實有提出補償方案，但我因還在考慮，並無拒絕也無接受，單純只是覺得我拿這樣的補償真的能解決我在這次外送遇到的問題嗎？餐廳是否只是想花錢封口了事？

最後，在我反覆強調照片和敘述問題後，餐廳才改變態度，調整了Ubereat 平台的顯示文字（標註非套餐），並承諾要更新圖片，只是餐廳粉專也封鎖了我（在我忙碌來不及回覆訊息的時候），心裡五味雜陳。

這樣的結果，叫人要如何相信他們的服務（如果網上的消費者都這樣對待，現場會好嗎）急著抱怨和花錢封口的處理方式，真的能夠好好處理解決問題嗎？

只希望未來不要有其他人遇到跟我一樣的情況，且餐廳能好好改善服務應對。

The restaurant owner didn’t say the truth.
I didn’t “refuse” his proposal, I just think it’s not to way the resolve the problem. Also, I was busy on my works, so I didn’t respond immediately. But when I’m going to reply, the restaurant FB BLOCKED me. I couldn’t speak with them anymore. I was so frustrated in this communication process.

When I feedback my issues, the restaurant didn’t try to resolve my issue. Instead, it used some excuses to explain why they didn’t treat customers well, like how difficult to use Ubereat system, how high the permissions Ubereat charge. However, none of them was my issues. If the restaurant doesn’t satisfied with Ubereat system, it should not use it, but not treat customers on Ubereat so unfriendly.

Also, I think the the photos on Ubereat product should match what customers actually received, so customers would receive a meal they expect. The restaurant should not put a photo of a set but delivered a single item. Or at least, it should marked it on the page that real meal is different from the photo. Or put an “update” option in the product, so customers would know they need to update to get the whole set. After I complained again and again to the restaurant about this, it finally promised to adjust, I hope it will really make an adjustment.

Honestly, I could just leave the review without complaining with the restaurant directly. I went to them because I hope it could make a change. I didn’t expect I would be more frustrated after chatting with the restaurant on FB. I couldn’t expect how they would treat customers on-site especially when they meet some issues, would the restaurant try to resolve it?

Second visit, pulled pork and brisket burger. Very satisfied.

Tried the ribs and it was good but did not mention about the wait time when ordering, chicken salad was great. Will try the pulled pork next time. Great service and love that they serve beers!

大部分用餐多數為外國人，不枉費自稱為台灣唯一道地美式bbq烤肉，上菜速度快，份量足，肉嫩不老，價位尚可，餐廳熱鬧，美中不足是冷凍花椰菜，口感不佳，食物簡單暴力，店員可愛客氣，是值得再訪的美式烤肉店∼
二訪時只剩地下室，原本以為跟一樓一樣，沒想到下來令人大開眼界，乾淨、寬敞、舒服，是個可以容納80人的空間，還有投影幕跟投影機，應該是可以承租的活動場地~

It’s… pretty average. Bit pricey for rather small portions of meat. The sides are just okay. I’m glad I gave it a shot and they’re doing their best, but there are better places to get American-style BBQ in Taipei.

I think they could improve by focusing more on improving the meats that they do offer and less on trying to offer way too much. They have like 8+ choices of all different meats.

Also, having more sauces and letting the customer choose how much they want! They only had one BBQ sauce for the brisket and they put it on themselves.

As a fellow 爸爸 named Kevin I really like the name, and the food is even better! We had the big platter with the pulled pork, brisket, mac and cheese, and creamy coleslaw. The meat was wonderfully juicy and tender (which can't be said about a lot of places brisket), and the sides were great as well. I used to work in Texas so I like to think I know good BBQ, and I would put 爸爸 Kevin's near the top of the list of places I've had. My only wish is that I could order the ribs by the rib instead of by the rack so I could've tried them as well.

Amazing bbq! I can’t believe how cheap the price is for the quality of food. What a great deal. I will be back. A LOT!

配菜們都很喜歡，味道和在國外吃的相仿，牛的煙燻味也很舒服，原味比沾醬更香更吃得出來特色；豬肋排味道應該還可以再下重一點，稍嫌不夠入味，尾韻吃得出冷凍的味道⋯⋯，不幸地是我們兩個吃完後都半夜鬧胃疼，我是一直反胃噁心和脹氣，今早還小拉了個肚子，不曉得是不是豬肋排的問題…冰箱還有半份不太敢再冒險嘗試。

爸爸Kevin美食BBQ的菜單非常簡單，就兩頁！主要有美式烤肉飯盤、田園沙拉、道地美式肋排、漢堡（三明治）的選擇，依照點的份量分別可以選擇1-3種不同風味的美式烤肉，以及2-3種美式配菜，漢堡三明治類則是固定可選擇兩種美式配菜！

因為誤信同事說這間份量不多的謠言，這次我們兩個人總共點了一份田園小沙拉 (搭配一份肉及兩份配菜) 、Meatoaf美式煙燻厚肉餅漢堡、Pastrami東岸燻牛堡、以及一份加了起司醬的大份薯條跟兩杯飲品，最後飽到撐死，完全沒吃完還外帶回家。（溫馨提醒，真的不要點太多）

最後兩個人亂點了一堆才一千出頭，整體來說是一間高CP值的餐廳

We have ordered a all American plate and a pasteami burger for 2 adults and 1 kid. I would say the beef is fine but cannot compare to what I had in Texas.

好吃，但出餐超級慢，店員對餐點的份量不甚瞭解。
我跟朋友兩人去的，店員推薦我們的餐點份量很少，看起來像是個人餐，想要續點但又怕等很久，所以有點失望。
另外建議花椰菜要去皮，口感才會好

點小盤的（$280，無服務費）也可以吃飽，飯蠻硬的但搭配調味蠻不錯，配菜通心麵和地瓜泥（有肉桂味）對我來說還行，主餐的豬肉（菜單上第二個）很不錯！醬汁帶有一點酸，肉不會太柴或太膩。下次想選沙拉。
