-no elevator
-no separation between shower and toilet so water gets everywhere. Shower area is very very small and the water does not drain quite right; caution if you fall easily.
-no flushing toilet paper, must throw away toilet paper in the trash
-bed is very short; over 5’8”/174cm your feet and head will both touch the wall. Firm mattress that squeaks a bit when you move (bunk beds).
-staff was nice and helped us after check in hours
-room wifi is bad
-curtain to close off bunkbed works well to block light and sounds
-only shampoo, soap, hair dryer, and safe provided; no towel, toothbrush, refrigerator, TV
-a little far from the main station, but not terrible to walk to or take a bus to
-air conditioner worked well and was very strong
-super strong detergent smell

優點：價格便宜，飲水機的水還可以，房內沒有煙味，有附洗髮精沐浴乳。附近有711。
房間隔音差，車聲、雨聲和施工都聽得挺清楚的。稍微可以聽到樓梯間的聲音
組合床架老舊，翻身都有床板支支呀呀的聲音，下鋪睡覺總會聽到上鋪翻身床板發出的各種聲響。
浴室除濕差，晚上洗澡，到了隔天地上還是微濕。淋浴在馬桶旁，洗澡馬桶一定噴濕，輪到下一個人只能讓他們忍受溼答答的浴室。
房間內沒有桌子、收納櫃、層架或者掛鉤，只有床和地板可以整理行李。

Great hostel that's centrally located. In a little side alley so you don't get any noise from the main area. Extremely clean and staff were very friendly. (My towel went missing from my bunk, I'm assuming another guest must have taken it but staff gave me a complimentary towel). Free drinking water and a very nice common area.

Dorms are cramped but I was fine with it, especially for the very reasonable price in such a densely populated location where space is expensive.

Dorm sometimes smelled damp otherwise this would have been a 5 star rating.

在這裡隔離待了14天，員工非常非常的熱心&熱情幫了很多忙，餐點每餐都不一樣而且很好吃，浴室的淋浴，水壓很強，洗起來很棒！我的那間剛好有窗戶可以打開透氣！房間還算大，我可以放兩個大行李箱，還有空間可以簡單運動，CP值高，很推薦給大家！
Even it’s a backpacker hostel, the service from the staffs are 6 stars. They are super helpful and super friendly. The food was very tasty and each meal is different. There’s no TV or fridge in the room, but it didn’t bother me anyway. I would really recommend this hostel to everyone!

女兒12月在這裡隔離住了15晚，非常感謝老闆和員工真心照顧。我帶東西過去麻煩他們交給女兒，無論是換洗衣物及錢包（為了付防疫計程車和PCR檢驗），還是女兒嘴饞想喝珍珠奶茶吃雞排，每個員工都無怨言。每次我有疑問，老闆都在Line 儘快解答。每餐都儘量不要重複（煎餃，便當，沙拉，比薩，蚵仔煎），女兒對某些水果過敏，我一提醒，他們馬上就注意。房內設備都不錯，淋浴很好。女兒在裡面待得很滿意甚至不太想出來。盥洗用品咖啡茶水都提供, 女兒也可以在浴室洗衣晾衣。謝謝芒果老闆和他的團隊！旅店位置很好：在西門誠品側門斜對面巷子裡（康定路25巷也是昆明街116號旁邊巷子）。
My daughter spent her 15-night quarantine here after returning from London. The boss, Mango, and his team took great care of her. I took down some fresh clothes and food for my daughter almost every day, and the staff were willing to help. A different selection of local food was offered (bento box, dumplings, PizzaHut, salad poke etc). They took notice and complied immediately when I mentioned my daughter was allergic to certain fruit. Three meals were provided around 8: 30am, 12: 30pm and 6: 30pm, and rubbish was cleared around 8pm. The shower/bathroom facilities were good. Shampoo, towels, bin bags and tea/coffee-making facilities were available inside the room; clothes can be washed, hung dry inside the bathroom. Mango regularly updated me with all the information, including the date for her PCR test and checkout time. For my daughter, it was a pleasant experience staying at Backpackers Hostel, even if she was stuck there for 14 days. The location is super convenient: Very close to Eslite Ximen branch (Lane 25 Kangding Street is also the alley next to No. 116 Kunming Street).

I stayed here for 14days quarantine. It is cheaper than other quarantine hotel, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The place is quite small, but it is expected given the price. Overall, I recommend it if you don't want to spend too much in quarantine.

BTW, they do provide quite decent food for the quarantine.

Only a male receptionist at night shift was friendly and helpful, bad experiences with another male and female receptionists at daytime. No towel.

Very clean.the staff very friendly and accomodating.advance booking needed as it is always booked. Highly recommended!

Good location, great price, friendly&helpful staffs.
But I was not able to sleep at night because of noise.
I felt so tired during my stay.
And you have to buy a towel, a slipper, and other amenities. There is even no slippers in the toilet.

Good hostel, reasonable price and close to Ximending and Taipie Main Station (around 15 minutes by walk). Staff is very nice, speaks decent English, they even helped me to find my lost umbrella. However, the bathroom wasn't so clean.

一直聽到其他戶小孩的喧鬧及跑樓梯上下的聲音，
606廁所一直有臭味，開冷氣也一樣，
房間沒有電視，
沒有電梯，孕婦爬到606超無言.
發票開錯，晚上11點多敲房客的門，老婆都睡了，很扯。

地點很好，附近寧靜又近西門商圈。
有很多餐廳、便利商店和商店在附近。

接待處員工親切，服務挺好。
住的時間比較短，B1交誼廳沒有下去使用 。
旅店的壁畫挺漂亮。

旅店有行李寄存，
其實就直接放在櫃檯附近而已。
不會給你甚麼號碼牌或者記號。
放的時侯櫃檯是員工A，
拿的時侯櫃檯是員工B，
說我自己來拿行李就直接拿，
是不是真的旅客也不會核對一下，
雖然台灣感覺很安全，
但多一個確認行為也會安心點啊。

旅店沒有升降機，要走樓梯的。
樓梯也不好走，窄小。
分到頂層房間，有大型行李會崩潰。

訂的是2人房間，床是上下鋪加一個獨立浴室。
房間空間好少，打開一個行李就沒地方。
照明還算不錯，隔音和通風不太好。
WIFI速度挺好。

上鋪的梯子踩上去有點痛不舒服。
床邊有簾子可以拉上，增加一點點私隱度。
床尾一個很小很小的保險箱。
床頭有一個燈，一個小小的置物架，兩個插頭。
床墊還行，只有一個枕頭和一張被子，簡簡單單。
睡的時侯轉身床會發出聲音，好難聽。
而且天花有小東西掉下來，
像是剝落的油漆或者是水泥。

浴室的部份，門後有兩個掛鈎
掛了毛巾就掛不了衣服。
地上有一條毛巾，吸水用
提供衛生紙、洗髮精跟淋浴露。
還有一個不給力的小小吹風機。
玩的很晚回去洗澡跟吹頭會怕吵到別人。
感覺會有所限制，用的不舒暢。
加上通風十分的不好，有沒有上廁所都有味道。
而且洗澡用熱水的蒸氣不散，不能洗太久。

整個房間只有浴室有一個小小的垃圾桶。
要自己找袋子裝其他垃圾。

房間不是每天都有清潔服務，
而是有需要的話去告訴櫃台員工。
清潔的內容只有清掃浴室和清垃圾。
感覺就只是換了地上的毛巾和清垃圾。

地點不錯，價錢不貴，服務中規中矩。
設備有進步的空間。
總體來說，這個價錢還算好了。

一兩天要求不多，只想有地方休息是挺推薦。
如果是長時間的住宿，就不太推薦。

We stayed for 2 nights. We booked 2 bunk beds, the room is quite small and it's very humid. The hostel provides hairdryer but it's auto off after every 2 mins. Bathroom is quite small as well and very hard to control the shower. The place has no lift, this not recommended for elderly. Location wise is good as it is near to ximen mrt station. Staff are helpful. Bed is comfortable too!

We stayed for 5 nights. And booked private room for 2. Good location, small room but clean. Bathroom also clean. We arrive after 11 pm, so we need to pay late check in fee NT 100.

雖然是背包客旅店.
但什麼東西都要錢.
還有.
房間不能吃東西.
這. 還要走到前面的大廳或是交誼廳.
對於現在我來說 真不方便.
連電信訊號也沒有.
真糟糕.

5. 衛浴在房內 所以有人使用時 不但味道會彌漫房間 連一舉一動發出聲音也會與人共享
此種衛浴設於房內的通鋪房型設計
在使用上會令人隨時擔心干擾室友
所以住得不是很easy

訂房前網站完全未事先告知沒有附毛巾牙刷結果入住後櫃檯才告知要自備，訂房時網站上顯示明明就是有浴缸的房型結果入住後只是一個非常簡單的浴室根本沒有浴缸房間沒有窗戶也未事先告知而且房間打掃非常不確實地板跟床上有頭髮不說浴室還有上一個房客留下來的毛巾，房間所在位子也不在旅店內而是在後面防火巷內的某棟民宅安全有沒有問題根本沒有人知道，更別提不是普通的差的隔音了.

I love the location love the set up. Staff are friendly and they allowed me to cancel my next day stay. Unfortunately the reason I cancelled my stay is due to bedbugs on my bunk bed in room 202! As the hostel is full, they are unable to move me to another place so I just have to leave. It’s still damn itchy after 2 days: (
