7 The older lady clerks attitude is weird. I was re adjusting the buckle and she got mad at me saying that the shoes are supposed to be a little loose. Sure but mind your own business?
If I’m trying the shoes on, I probably know better about what fits me and what doesn’t. I ended up buying the shoes and i asked the other clerk to help me (younger lady)
She was very nice and polite.
Lovely interior design, had almost complete catalog of birkenstock model. It sells Red Wing as well
Birkenstock store with good stock and more reasonable prices compared to those in neighbouring countries.
Seller was nice and speaks good English but Birkenstocks sizing is too big. Seller told me it's good sizing when I asked her if it's good or not, looking at my feet inside the sandals, but after trying them for a while turned out that they are indeed too big and my foot slips inside the sandal when walking.
Couldn't return or change to a smaller size after use. Also the seller told me if I go a size down to 40 there's only the narrow width which wouldn't fit. (As you can see in the picture the strap is way too loose and there's plenty of room to go a size down)
It just makes me wonder if they sold me this size just because they didn't have the smaller one, or they genuinely thought it was good sizing.
Very friendly and helpful staff! Tried several shoes before deciding. Easy to pay with card!
Don't expect any discounts however.
Loads of selection at the Ximending store! The salesgirls are very helpful and attentive too.
