Location is quite distance from the main area. 10min walking for subway green line.
Turn right from the hotel front and go straight and will see the subway)
Songsan station (Taiwan main train line, can go to Taipei Main Station and transfer to Taoyuan airport MRT)

It is located between Songshan Station and Nanjing Sanmin Station. You can take a taxi from Matsuyama Airport for about 150 yuan.
It's only 7-8 minutes from either station, so I used different stations depending on my purpose.

The room we stayed in was in the basement.
I was worried at first, but everything was fine.

What I found especially wonderful was the friendliness of the front staff.
This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Taiwan.
All inquiries and requests were answered politely and with a smile.

On days when a specific person seemed to be in charge of cleaning the room, there were some places where the replenishment of amenities and tidying up were sloppy.

Still, I thought it was a comfortable hotel to stay in.
I want to use it again.

10-minute walk to the subway
Most places cost less than 200 won by Uber, so I took a taxi a lot. There's Raohe Street Night Market right nearby, it's close to Xinyi District, close to the airport, and the location is good.
It's a shame that I paid over 100,000 won to stay in a windowless room. It's pretty clean. I plan to stay again next time
There is nothing, but it was okay during my stay. The desk ladies were all very kind, and the cleaning ladies were so sweet I was able to stay without any inconvenience.

Awesome customer service, very polite, respectful. My room was spacious, comfortable with a L-shape sofa. I absolutely love my stay. I will definitely be booking this hotel again.

We arrived at the hotel at 9 am after a 14 hour flight from Vancouver. We understood that the check-in time was 3 pm and since we were exhausted, I was planning to pay for an extra day so we can check-in early when Judy politely informed that they were fully booked and an early check-in was not possible. However, she went above and beyond to have a room available for us to check-in at 11 am! She even confirmed the bed options with me while we were waiting at the lobby. Her professionalism, eagerness to help and positive attitude are greatly appreciated. Room is spacious, clean and the twin beds are super comfortable. I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to my friends who are planning to visit Taipei.

這次選了豪華雙人房，在6樓，房間樓底很高，空間蠻大，洗手間空間也很足夠，整體乾淨不錯。唯獨是洗澡時水時冷時熱，而且是很熱會燙手的那種。冷氣很涼還很乾，長時間在房間內喉嚨會有點乾燥。還有隔音真的有點差，有時會聽到外面走廊的人經過聊天的聲音。還有一樣問題就是電視搖控開關感應，開機盒沒問題，是開關電視方面經常感應不到，不知是電池還是真的接收問題。

另外交通上我覺得還OK，因為我選擇這間酒店時都已經知道地理位置，如到市政府/饒河夜市其實走路就可以，去西門町/台北車站其實都很方便，乘搭捷運幾個站也可以了～所以我都覺得交通上問題不大的。

總括來說，這次體驗都不錯，服務員態度也很好，下次都會打算再入住。

整夜沒睡，隔音真的差到不行，整夜都是別間房間開關門的聲音，附近的說話聲音在房間一清二楚，跟櫃檯反應完全沒用！廁所整夜也都有敲擊的聲音！吵到完全沒辦法睡！真的傻眼！超後悔來住！早餐的東西都是冷的⋯⋯

硬體設施很好，交通便利，安靜
但是工作人員態度隨便，2位人員同時在前台時，自顧聊天，連最基本的樓層都可以標錯，讓人走了好幾趟
早餐櫃檯沒有人，只有遠處一位工作人員大喊，幾號房？？所有的餐食都是涼的，雞塊也沒熟，有待加強！

著已經是我第四次，入住

以外下午班的女生櫃檯人員，人很好幫我
熊貓 送上來讓我 真的是”服務到位”
值得嘉獎 而且他們的房型算是都是調高風格的～cp值高

(但美中不足的地方是第一次遇到
有房間的空調 好像不知道有沒有清潔
有意味散發出來，但過段時間就沒有了。）

我們是在當天中午在Agoda訂房的
因為有打折 兩張單人小床/一晚1500$
（沒有附早餐）

進到旅館後
櫃檯人員非常親切的幫我們辦理好了入住手續
房間內空間比我想像中大
有浴缸、也有落地窗
整體的設施都蠻新的，使用起來很舒適
再來空調很安靜，比較好睡

大廳看起來裝潢也很明亮
整體很不錯

房間不錯，住了第二天早上還在睡覺的時候，居然有房務員開門說以為沒有人要消毒作業，但是我明明開了勿擾的燈也反鎖了啊⋯⋯隔天我也告知早班的櫃檯人員，只是覺得回應得沒什麼專業性處理方式，草草帶過。

服務態度熱忱、但住宿體驗不太好

1.17: 00入住 同樓層還在整理、整個走廊都是清潔車以及還在整理的房間、一路走到房間是漂白水味道、雜亂的走廊、雜亂的開著房門還沒整理房間 17: 00入住應該不會太早。

但清潔人員很有禮貌

房間插座少、床邊沒有
整潔度尚可、但整體有年代感
拍照是頗美的 看各位客官需求了
CP值尚可囉 但應該不會是我在選擇的名單內

非常不開心…
周日住宿、周一上班…
提前訂房後，於電話中與現場chech in時，再三確認隔日是否有素食早餐，你們說6：30告知服務人員後即可用餐（另外準備的套餐），結果呢？現場服務人員說，有預定嗎？（傻眼）6：30到了現場，廚房的才開始要準備…你們這樣對嗎？周一上班日怎麼可能還等你們準備…時間上來不及等，我就先去上班，另一個伙伴留在現場用餐，說要幫我外帶，還不行…之後是不是要六點左右下去跟廚房吩咐呢？（那是我的早餐，她不能帶來給我嗎？是你們擔誤了我用餐時間…）

今天的住宿舍有非常安心的感覺
除了舒適的雙人床、潔淨的衛浴設備、安靜的住宿品質、貼心的服務人員等等
另外還提供靜思語
在紛紛擾擾的社會裡，唯有安靜沈思定心的地方
五顆星評價

因為工作關系上台北住一晚, 大概一個禮拜前從訂房網預定，不到1500包早餐，以品質和性價比在台北來說很超值

優點:
1. 窗戶類似氣密窗, 也有電動窗簾, 即便位在大馬路和交流道旁也非常安靜，採光也很好房內有閱讀檯燈, 也有自動調整房間燈光模式的自動設計。
2. 早餐品質優, 雖然都是中式，菜色多樣有咖哩雞, 炒豬肉和蔬菜等, 可也搭配炒米粉和稀飯吃。

缺點:
1. 入住和退房採自動機器服務制, 當天辦完事後約9點check in, 可能晚班人手有點不足, 沒有櫃檯人人員, 稍微晃了一下才有人協助, 我想第一次用這套系統會稍微不習慣 (後面同位房客也是), 但整體可以感覺飯店設備經營自動化的決心

2. 本來想給5顆星, 但因為房間淋浴熱水真的怎麼調都會越來越加熱, 熱到有點發燙那種，不知道是不是中央加熱鍋爐水壓或熱度太強, 只能勉強沖戰鬥澡, 空調好像也有類似問題，溫度都在20度。

房號811 主管套房
雖然在高速公路旁邊，但窗戶有兩層
超級安靜
而且是在角落房間，所以其實隔音也不錯
但衛生有待加強⋯
床單上有污漬，新的肥皂有黏頭髮
牆壁也有污漬感覺年久失修
如果飯店稍微整理一下會更好
不適合小孩來～ 沒有嬰兒備品
電視台竟然跳過22-25台
以1700一晚在台北市已經很好了
主管房晚上可以看到有點夜景 很美
也很舒適

I spend one night in the corner suite during the public holiday. Well agoda offer the best rate among others and am interested to try explore this hotel, it just spent around 2K.

Then the lobby atmosphere was good; am expect all the room will be the same view at least just like this lobby.

When i came enter the room, at first am looking at the tile on the room, seems old and there are many scratches or broken paint? And yeah seems old for this type of room.

Worst part is like when i open the refrigerator, there is a leftover food there, immediately i cal the staff and they are say sorry for this happen and just it the cleaning lady come and just take and left and say sorry (in a quick, without try and calm and explain to us on why this could happened?)

I never been dissatisfied with the service of the hotel just like this part.

I wish everyone not get the same bad experience as we did.

Modern room design, Bed is comfortable, Great shower with decent water pressure. Location really close to Raohe Night Market. Could be crowded with tour group sometimes.

跟服務人員要罐裝水，說一天只能拿兩瓶！實在不夠！
房間的插頭只有餐桌跟大門後，非常不方便。
房間還有一些插頭的線外露 上面也都是灰塵。
真的要住的話不要有太多期待

這邊好像變成很多八大來開房間的商旅了
這間房內的設計也是絕
原本照片因為矮牆只是隔擋而已
結果房間居然是個開放式廁所跟浴室
所以住這間最好不要在房內拉屎絕對臭死你另一半～
然後不確定是不是免治馬桶不定時還會自動清潔啥的
也因為開放式廁所關係
半夜吵得要命
可能疫情期間這間價位不高吧
平心而論如果1000元上下這樣ok啦
但可以確定這間如果訂到2000以上那真的是吃大虧
有更多更好的選擇

看到有人防疫旅館訂了60000多
先為這位客人默哀

那個浴缸邊邊溝溝發霉
洗一洗可能可以吃個海帶湯
