Click Hotel - Taipei Main Station Branch

The moment that I arrived I was shocked! There was no entrance! It was just a corridor with 2 elevators and the hotel was just a floor in the 5th floor of a building.
No windows in the room and also no daily room service! As they mentioned for the "environment's" sake!
No break fast hall and they gave me coupons to eat in the local diners which they all are closed on Sundays! Also the amount that they pay for is sufficient just for the cheapest item in the menu.the towels in my room were torn apart as you can see in the picture.
The staff are nice and polite but they rarely know any English and today I woke up with a very loud noice from the speakers and when I asked they said they're checking the speakers! Without any warnings! It was very scary I thought the building is on fire! They could at least communicate this.the internet is not very stable.there are bunch of other things but never mind. Just DON'T come to this "hotel".

Great lacation, Big room, big toilet. There is a sitting area, there is a water dispenser. There is always a snack placed to pick up, there is a package of instant tea to pick up. There is a box of snacks and tea. The first day of stay placed in the room. You can deposit your bags. I would like to give 5 stars, but would like to deduct 1 star about the room door not soundproofing when people walk by. Or talk in front of the room to hear all the time.

Location is just diagonally opposite Taipei Main Station, if you have big luggages, you can use Z4 exit to go to main station.
The hotel is at Level 5, surprisingly room is quite spacious and the lobby is also very big. You can make your own Coffee near the reception counter, or even refill your water.

這次入住的服務人員都很有禮貌，處理動作也很迅速。提供的行李寄放服務，對我來說很重要。
隔音問題確實很差，路過、隔壁講話大聲點，都是聽的見。
但住宿所在位置非常方便，以這樣的價格來說，符合我的需求。

隔音真的真的真的非常的差，隔壁開個門我還以為有人要開我的門，結果是隔壁的開門，然後晚上連隔壁房在做房事都聽得到. 隔音真的很爛，睡覺都能聽到男女連結的聲音，然後其他設備都還不錯，就是隔音真的可以待加強. 吵到沒辦法睡覺XDD

如果你只是需要在台北車站附近找到可以洗澡睡覺的住宿，這裡還算價格公道。孩子有公共遊戲區和遊戲帳篷、跳跳馬可在房內。但是~~請注意，這裡隔音效果非常差，淺眠的人肯定無法接受，更離譜的是，可能是老舊大樓改造吧，居然在房內看到老鼠從柱子爬上樑，簡直快嚇死人了！簡單來說衛生無法及格。

透過Klook預定12小時休息票卷，業者完全沒跟飯店套好預留房間給訂票客戶。
事先打電話預約說不行線上預約，要我直接現場候位，到了現場後又說沒房，還說不滿可以免費跟Klook退票。爛死了臨時叫我去住哪裡啊？
如果你們跟Klook合作配套措施沒做好就乾脆不要賣了，一副別人家買票不干我們家旅館的事那種態度真的讓人很火大，以後也完全不會想去住了！

房間有股臭水溝的味道，就像睡在臭水溝旁邊。床頭的開關燈顯示非常亮，也讓人睡不著。隔音差，走廊腳步聲及隔壁開門聲都很明顯。根本整晚無法睡時，半夜還有人誤觸火警警鈴，接著還聽到疑似老鼠在天花板跑過去的聲音。

真是很糟糕的住宿經驗

櫃檯是24小時有人在，可以借放行李，房間乾淨，提供早餐，可以選擇在門外貼上清潔或請勿打擾的磁鐵，插座及燈的開關在床邊，房間內的浴室沒找到可以上鎖的，我是不介意但也許有人介意，提供給大家參考。

地點&服務
鄰近台北車站，附近也有很多商店、餐廳，就位置上來說是蠻不錯的休息選擇。目前一樓只開放一個門出入。服務人員態度都很親切有禮。

環境&房間
從大廳望出去的風景很不錯，大廳也有提供用餐空間，此外還有給小孩的大型玩具車。
房內乾淨且燈光明亮，坪數也算大，衛浴空間也讓人覺得舒適，唯獨隔音不太好，希望可以改進。

旅館就在台北車站出口旁，交通很方便！大樓外觀看起來很舊但旅館裝潢滿新的，房間也乾淨。
缺點是隔音很差！在房內可以很清楚聽到走廊和隔壁房間的聲音⋯⋯
光是隔音的問題我就不會想再來住了

洗衣機10: 00～21: 00開放使用，每天九點上班10點多回到旅館，是要什麼時候才能洗衣服，附近的洗衣店又有夠遠，建議要住三天以上的不要來
我就真的不懂洗衣機放的地方離房間那麼遠，是會吵到誰，吵到櫃檯人員？
真要怕吵，要不要規定個21: 00以後嚴禁在房間內喧嘩

我住的是環保專案，以這價位來說，算是還可以了，還有附兩份早餐，我的房間在櫃台旁邊第二間，隔音蠻差的，走廊聲音跟隔壁房間說話都會傳進來，然後管線有水經過的話，聲音也蠻大聲的，浴室可能使用較多年，膠條發霉。
本次住宿比較觀感差的部分不是旅店本身問題，我睡到一半，半夜有人來開我的房間門，因為只有一個女生單獨住，所以我整個被嚇醒，但對方只有嘗試開一次就沒在開了，或許是走錯房間吧？

The building itself is old, but once you get inside this hotel that is located on 5th floor, you will feel entirely different. Very bright and modern decoration. Spacious rooms with free flow of snacks, mineral water, boxed drinks and coffee/tea! After 8pm, you can also ask for free cup noodle in case that hunger pangs. Very near to Taipei Station Airport express too!

Good price and location! 4 stars probably because I am used to higher standard and more expensive hotels, but really fine for a good price.

Centrally located near Taipei Main Station. Best value for the money- our hotel of choice when visiting Taipei!

唯一優點：地點近機場捷運

缺點有很多：
1）厠所板設計十分奇怪，很難坐
2）地毯很污糟的感覺
3）厠所入面的架是會裝滿水的，而且很多污跡
4）最重要的是超嘈！可以是説沒有隔音可言，每朝都是俾打掃聲，開關門聲，人聲嘈醒，還有是小朋友尖叫聲！！！

不會再入住！！！！

It was just a quick stay for a last over but the tools were clean and the atmosphere was fun for our kids

8月初入住。雖然是舊大樓改建，但大廳感覺明亮寬敞。浴室有毛玻璃對外窗採光，整體清潔度也很高。

可惜隔音不是很好，晚上從10點多到12點前還有幾個小孩在走廊跑來跑去，連地板都些微感覺得到震動和聲響（應該是赤腳跑），希望夜班人員可以勸導。
