The company in Taipei, Taiwan has been disbanded and can't provide any customer service, my device has broken down after just over a year of use.

2019.10官網買的錶，
2020.10潛水錶浸水，品質很有問題，
發mail後都不主動回覆，寄回已經2個月了，
打官網留的電話，
雖然號稱保固兩年，但已經等了2個多月沒有下文，
都要主動打電話詢問，
今天接電話的小姐態度很極差，
表明因為疫情出貨的問題他們只優先處理訂單的貨，（現在花錢買的人），只剩ㄧ支黑的看你要不要？
過去花錢買到品質不好浸水的人，就只能等他們沒有訂單才能換貨，
過程中都不會主動聯絡，
毫無售後服務可言，
而且潛水錶用將近一年就浸水很誇張

真是差勁的服務品質，網路留的官方電話卻無法提供任何服務？？？電話那方ㄡ小姐態度也是極差！！
不管是不是跟你們買錶，今天錶也是從你們公司出來的，這樣就不願意服務？

Awsome good customer service from deepblu / cosmiq dive computers. A week ago i sent in my cosmiq which had a minor problem. Today i got a brand new back with charge cable, and all. They also put in a very smart silicone card holder for my phone, cosmiq +is the best dive computer for the money - (if you don't need a transmitter). It can do nitrox, has free dive and connects with your phones deepblu app. It's also very easy to use. I would call it the smart phone of dive computers it's obvious why it was sold out for many months last year.

I sent my divecom for warantee claim since Dec 2017, and they kept delaying and gave me lousy excuses until now. It's March 2018,4 months after I sent my dive computer back to deepblu, and I am currently diving without a dive com.
