What a cool store! If you are a music geek, get in here! They have some of the coolest gear out on display for you to play with and try. My first time trying a physical modular synth (i have used vcvrack) and its even cooler than I imagined.
Also, I was gonna buy a pocket operator, there was only 1 left. They recommended i wait until they get more stock, because that particular one had bad reviews. So cool of them.
I bought the book "patch and tweek" instead.

特地上臉書問某款耳機現場是不是也是一樣價格，
臉書回覆說線上實體價格都一樣，
還告知商家自己會去現場購買也有得到回覆，
到現場去跟我說耳機沒貨，
我說我有特地詢問才過來的，
竟然回我：你沒有問有沒有貨啊

？？？？？？？

是喔， 沒貨還跟我說可以去現場買

Should not order online because the shop would never contact you when there is any delay of order. If you don’t ask, the order can be delayed forever. When you contact the shop, the person can only say: wait for another week (after 3 weeks of waiting) or you can cancel the order if you don’t want to wait. No intention to solve the customer’s problem at all. After a week, the shop still cannot deliver and still don’t contact the customer. The only thing is to tell you wait for another 5 days for refund. The charge was done for 1 second, but the refund was 40 days later in the condition of not filling the order.

女店員問題解決能力不足，沒有危機意識。

11/6 到貴店欲購買Shure MV7 黑色版本、Blue Compass 等商品，女店員說明黑色版已完售，要等下次進貨。我請她確認下次進貨日期以及數量，以及向代理商確認台灣庫存狀況。並且表達不想碰到久候還是沒有黑色的情形。女店員允諾會協助，最後再次確認是否有詢問到消息，女店員回應「因為已經快到下班時間，（當時是下午4點55分）所以明天再打去問. 」

待我返家自行查詢過後，發現代理商公司營業時間到晚上六點，打去詢問後，對方親切的回答與解決我所有問題，並且協助我查詢目前台灣可能庫存。也告知我因疫情影響，下一批到台灣的黑色MV7可能會到12月左右（全球熱銷）
若女店員當下就能詢問做到協助，或至少嘗試為顧客解決問題，不僅能為顧客節省寶貴等候時間，也無需讓顧客舟車勞返回門市退刷。
並且在顧客回電告知自己已經打去問代理商的時候，沒有任何服務補救及愧歉。

順帶一提，剛入店時有先向女店員詢問是否可以刷卡，但僅得到冷冷的回覆，比對我把我購物清單開出來請她抓貨後的殷勤服務。這種反差大的工作表現，著實有損貴公司辛苦經營之形象。

請老闆好好加強教育訓練，避免讓貴公司再次損失商機。

Ps. 貴公司網站上寫的有庫存，到了門市現場才發現根本沒貨，網站介面及瀏覽設計雖然舒服，但即時庫存數量不準確，購物體驗真的很糟。

店員專業有餘，但服務熱忱不足，感覺沒有想幫客戶解決問題的實驗精神，或許只是個舉手之勞的動作就可解決我很大的問題或麻煩也不願意，那和一般賣東西的店家無異，實在枉費取了個這麽好聽又有想像空間的店名，失望

去年買了一台MIDI，前陣子有一兩顆音彈不出來，聯絡店家後寄回檢查後，說內部有些損壞了，由於還在保固內，於是直接寄了一台全新的給我，今天收到，剛測試完沒有問題！
從頭到尾每一次的聯繫，店家的服務態度都非常好，很有耐心的幫忙解決問題，非常感謝你們的幫忙，之後要買新設備一定會再來！

是一個以網路經營為主的店面，到現場問店員商品的相關問題，店員也是用旁電腦查他們自己的官網，再跟我說網路上的資訊；不過他們的商品種類很多，氣氛輕鬆、沒有壓力，以逛器材來說是一間好店！

結帳時無說明有無保固
明明網站寫有保固，現場人員卻說沒有
店員用「這是小配件所以沒有保固」的方式帶過…但網站上明明寫有…

Good place for electronic music producer. Some instrument is much cheaper than my country (Thailand). Shopkeeper is really friendly and kind.

Incredible! The store itself is very modern and very comfortable. It's also full with audio products that come at a good price. Any bedroom producers or anyone who wants to get involved inti music production should visit here.

店員呆呆的
好幾次一問三不知
購買商品沒保固也沒有在結帳前告知
不知道是特價出清品還是為什麼
完全沒告知沒有收據發票以及保固的原因
剛好商品現場沒有器材可測試
詢問若回去發現不能使用或瑕疵要怎麼辦
店員只說 不會啦這種東西就這樣而已
購買完也沒有告知有無提袋或"這樣就可以了謝謝"之類的
就是把商品晾在櫃台讓客人乾瞪眼。
很喜歡這整間店的氛圍跟商品
但面對客人時
店員可以用更專業的方式
(或者剛好遇到的店員是新人？)

The staff were super friendly. It also has the best selection of midi controllers that I've seen in Taipei. They had no issue with me testing their gear to make sure it worked for my needs. Definitely worth checking out.
