小籠包 內餡多汁不燙口， 超喜歡的。

天母店跟101的服務員都極度的客氣親切!
我比較喜歡天母店的服務員! 每個服務員都超級漂亮超級可愛?

離開前 ， 單點雞湯要外帶 。
負責外帶區的大眼睛服務員小姐超級客氣超級細心， 因為騎摩托車去， 我請服務員給小提袋怕晃到， 當時外帶區要點單的客人很多， 這位服務員完全不會著急慌忙!
她特別又幫我黏了好幾個膠帶封口提袋， 黏完之後又幫忙檢查湯品是否固定不會晃到!
離開的時候 又特別叮嚀我小心慢慢騎車注意安全!

整個 超級貼心啊!

The only criticism of this place is that it is so much better than the Din Tai Fung franchises that we have in Sydney, it’s ruined the Australian experience for me! Super friendly service, amazing taste, so fresh and a compact offering of really good dishes. It’s always amazing to see the dumplings and wontons being prepared right in front of your eyes

Well organised. Family love this place as an occasional treat or to share with visiting friends/family.

素食料理吃起來和外面普通餐廳差不多，是好吃的但沒驚艷感。然後訂位的時候有問有當場有壽星有無生日優惠，店員說會幫我註記，結果吃完一週後現在突然想到當時用餐過程完全沒有表示XD，主要是自己在外面站著等到忘了又有點不耐煩，週年慶人又多，總結是一次很普通的用餐經驗。

住在附近常吃，但這家的鼎泰豐跟其他家比，湯包的皺摺部分常常是沒熟的…長期算起來每吃十籠約有8籠都這狀況
有時甚至吃到皺摺部分是生麵糰狀態的，原以為鼎泰豐湯包都這樣，後來在其他鼎泰豐吃都不會，才知道是這家皺摺部分都不熟…

Oh, my-my Ding Tai Fung…. This one of the greatest restaurants in Taipei in my opinion. The tasty and mouth-melting xiaolongbaos and dumplings with very nice spicy house special Noodles (Non-Spicy Noodles are Available). The chicken xiaolongbaos have an amazing pork soup inside which is sooo…. Soothing. The noodles have this tangy and spicy colorful taste. I would say, Ding Tai Fung, is the best restaurant in Taipei.

They are famous for a reason. Don't leave without trying the Xiao LongBao! Make sure to use MORE vinegar than soy in the mix: don't skip out on those instructions.

We loved the food and the service of Din Tai Fung. The waitresses were very friendly and accomodating. My mother broke the spoon for the soup and they did not charge us. My son was sleeping already when were given a table and they made sure he was comfortably sleeping by asking us if we want a towel to support his head.
It's worth coming back. And did I mention the food was great.

這間鼎泰豐人潮不像其他的店一樣，幾乎不太需要等待，很愛吃他們的醉雞跟小龍包，但小籠包建議點5顆，因為他們家的小龍包剛上時一口吃下非常好吃，但放冷了再吃會有種非常膩的感覺，且5顆份量較剛好，這樣才可再點其他的吃

位於天母sogo地下ㄧ樓的國際知名美食，無論哪家分店永遠都是大排長龍。招牌當然就是小籠包，其他排骨炒飯、紅油抄手及油豆腐細粉都值得一試，茹素者也有很多選擇，價錢雖然偏高，但口味及服務真的沒話說。

There was a long wait, but it was well worth it. Overall the service was efficient and the food was delicious. The serving sizes were a little small for us though.

吃了很多年，9/22終於吃到地雷，菜單推薦牛尾炸醬麵250一碗，對喜愛嚐鮮的我，當然不容錯過，尤其是最喜愛的鼎泰豐原推薦的，麵條口感還不錯，只是吃不到炸醬的香味，只有醬油的鹹味，真是浪費牛尾的好食材，好可惜，不知道看到留言是否會回覆?

Cons:
- Fairly long wait time to be seated
- Somewhat Pricey: two mains, two drinks and two portions of dumplings TW $820 together.

Pros:
- Once you are seated the service is incredibly fast.
-Waiting staff are very friendly - lots of hellos and smiles.
- The food is delicious.

Great spot for lunch, settled my dumpling craving very well.

Legendary XiaoLongBao (small dragon buns). Probably the best, tasty and consistent high quality dishes around.
