Although the building is old, the inside is kept clean.
There are rooms up to the third floor, but please note that there is no elevator.

廁所馬桶不通 櫃臺一個人也沒有，遇到一位外國人 他建議我到樓下7-11上廁所！我大江南北到處飛行演出，演出場次超過600場，飛行次數破千，住過的酒店超過500家，任何房間有問題 一定會有人員馬上解決 或者立即更換房間，這次在自己的地方（台灣台北）第一次碰到這樣的事，我也只能無奈乖乖的去7-11上廁所！！錢都繳清了，我是不是應該把這家東門旅店這樣的事 直接po上網（臉書、微信、微博、小紅書）？！

設備等等都很舊牆壁幾乎都在掉漆，進屋就發現地板有上一位房客留的毛髮, 也是第一次遇到沒有提供一次性牙刷, 連冰箱一瓶水也沒有。隔音效果非常糟，尤其住在街道旁, 外面一丁點聲音都清清楚楚, 完全沒辦法睡。早上七八點就莫名其妙有人按電鈴, 整理房務的人員像是在趕客人似的一下撞門一下發出非常大的聲響。睡不好不打緊早上還是被外頭房務員的打掃聲音驚嚇醒, 不像在打掃比較像在裝潢。而且也是第一次遇到櫃檯沒有24小時有服務人員的, 假設突發狀況真不知道要找誰。
唯一優點；離車站捷運很近，旁邊就超商方便。
老人家說的對：便宜沒好貨，我們知道錯了。

個人經歷最差的住宿體驗，非常糟糕。

當天抵達旅店後，剛打開大門就聞到一股難聞的味道，整個大廳瀰漫濃濃的煙味。check in的同時與櫃檯詢問房間內是否禁菸，櫃檯竟然回答「有啊，但他們真的要抽也沒辦法。」幸好後續進入房間後沒有再聞到煙味。

房間空間算寬敞，但房內清潔令人汗顏。先是洗手台內有一隻死掉的小強，因旅店位置鄰近市場，房內難免有小蟲出沒，但誇張的是浴室內的架上竟然還放著上一組客人使用過的牙刷、香皂與包裝袋等垃圾，相當噁心。此外，浴室內的燈有一盞還是壞的，衛浴時光線稍嫌不足。

最讓我覺得糟糕的一點，是旅店的隔音相當糟糕。除了走廊和樓梯間的腳步聲一清二楚外，半夜3.4點時其他房間的客人疑似發生爭執，從房間內吵到大廳，甚至一度聽到雙方要打起來，但因為櫃檯人員9點就下班了，完全沒有人可以處理，房間內也沒有可以通知管理員的電話號碼，只能抱著不安的心情待在房間內，無法入眠。若是發生鬥毆或是其他緊急事件，完全無法想像該如何求助。

總而言之，除了旅店位置便利，鄰近捷運站和公車站，交通四通八達以外，其他真的是非常糟糕的住宿體驗。

We were very disappointed with this hotel.you could clearly see that it has not been cleaned very well for a long time.the floors were dirty, full of dust and long hairs.there were several yellow stains and hairs on the bedsheets (we guess they have not been changed or cleaned well). Also we slept very badly because the sound insulation was very poor (you could hear everything from the streets outside and the corridors). There was no warm water in the shower so we had to shower with ice cold water.the towels also had yellow stains and big (!) holes in them! They looked very old.the walls were full of marks and the wallpaper was coming down.there was mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom.the corridors of the hotel were full of big messy boxes and many things were lying around.additionally the water dispenser was very very very dirty and disgusting and my friend got food poisoning from drinking the water.this hotel was by far the worst hotel experience we had in our lives and it was a very bad ending to our trip to Taiwan.we really did not enjoy our stay and even considered moving to another hotel for the night as everything was so disgusting and dirty.i am literally feeling sick just by thinking about the hotel room.if possible, do not stay here.i strongly recommend choosing another hotel as the stay here is truly not enjoyable.i've listed just the major things, there is honestly much more to complain about.very disappointing, never again.

The room was very dusty, and there was rubbish on the roof right outside the window. The owner was very welcoming and lovely, but the hotel really needs a thorough clean, top to bottom.

“You get what you pay for” is true to this place. However, we paid for its posted price NT2400+ 400 (tax), almost $3000, not the discounted price on some search engines for NT 2000 or lower…

Pros: great location. Their interior design looks good, and there’re water dispenser on each floor. Their reschedule or cancellation policy is flexible.

Cons: this room has a moldy wall that needs to be fixed and maintained! The bathroom wall is moldy also. The floor is not clean, especially filthy near the corners. Like some other reviews mentioned, there’s NO elevator and our room was on the 4th floor! If you are traveling with small kids, elderly, or huge suitcases, consider triple times before booking. The sound proofing is also not good, you can here your neighbors talk. The window does not close properly so we can here what’s going on from the street.

This hotel has lots of potential but needs to be maintained properly!

優點：
1. 距離東門站走路2分鐘。
2. 樓下有711、附近有市場、
3. 價格便宜、備品（沒有棉花棒、牙線棒）
缺點：
1. 沒電梯，如果有大件行李走樓梯會很吃力2. 櫃檯服務只到晚上11點。
3. 冷氣一直有異音。
️隔音非常差，門之間距離很短、房間與浴室窗戶緊鄰天井彼此的窗戶距離很近，
關了全部窗戶依然可以聽到附近訪客交談的聲音。
一直吵到半夜1點多還沒消停，
「口頭勸導也沒用。」

Best location and great feel-like-home stay experience (drinking hot/cold water and washer/dryer) in the center of everything!

這次是住在三樓，因為是走廊最後一間，所以隔音還行，但如果樓上有人用水，廁所水管會傳來很大的排水聲，另外洗手台是在廁所外面，以我是潑水洗臉的方式，很容易弄的滿地都是水。
距離捷運站近，樓下就有7-11跟市場，所以機能還算方便。
唯一的缺點是，我們當天四點多到，不論是打網站上的電話，還是旅館門口的手機號碼，都沒人接，按門鈴也沒人回應，所以我們遲遲無法進去辦理入住，是後來我們試著拉一下門把，才發現門口的門鎖是壞的，一拉就開，可以直接上樓。

Decent room with a good location. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Only downside is that it’s a little bit pricey for the type of room you get.

紅線捷運方便不用轉乘，價錢合理，飯店距離東門捷運站只有1分鐘左右的步行距離，交通非常便利，房內的床軟硬適中，走廊有飲水機很方便，附近有東門市場可以逛早市，樓下就有便利商店，位置真的令人非常滿意。宿舍房的插座很多，對攜帶很多3C產品的旅客非常便利。房間雖然比較小，但是整理的滿乾淨，這種價位滿適合預算有限的旅客離捷運很近，缺點就是隔音不太好，房間外的走路聲音，還有隔壁大聲一點講話會聽到，不過適合商務或小家庭簡單旅行，雖不豪華但剛好適合需求。重點是沒有電梯，長輩入住需考慮上下樓稍有不便。

位在小巷弄內，入口不明顯，但內部房間很乾淨，裝潢很清爽，房間不算大，1-2人住還ok，我住的是有對外窗的，星期四平日1,485/1人入住。有wifi，沒有附早餐。東門捷運站1口出口附近，交通很方便，樓下就是7-11。以CP值來說，這樣的價位跟品質很不錯。

環境，房間，浴廁整體乾淨，
備品也都自動補齊，更換毛巾，
位處永康商圈，離捷運非常近，
缺點：附近停車場稍貴，逃生路線不明。
優點：櫃台能儘可能提供客戶需求（借檯燈）。

One of my favorite accommodation in Taipei. I've been there for 3 times and still impressive. With a few meters away from MRT Dongmen exit 3 and located in the front of fresh market. The staffs are friendly and kind. The rooms are clean and affordable price. Thing you have to consider is there's no elevator in this hotel, so make sure that you are strong enough to walk along the stairs.
