I have back problems so i often need to sit and rest. I sat in a chair and was asked not to sit in the chair because its a prop. I mean, its a chair! Prop or not, its a darn chair. There were no other places to sit. So i took my family and left. Certainly not giving hard earned money to horrible customer service and way overpriced products.

書籍類種多，分布在二樓、三樓。三樓還有Cooking Studiao ，常有精彩的講座與分享會。現在還有銷售生鮮蔬果，搭配誠品知味與生活類書籍規畫得很完善。2018/9/21去遊逛，在生活書區剛好在做家庭主夫的主題，文案跟海報蠻有趣。五樓畫廊的展覽，三樓書區也有相關議題陳列

Lots of retail and food options. Prices can be on the slightly higher end than what you could pay elsewhere. Maps / navigating quickly in English to find what you want can be difficult.

A very famous department store offering goods from standard stuffs like fashionable clothes and accessories. Featuring the gigantic bookstore occupying the 3rd floor, one can spend a few hours in the store thanks to the restaurants and resting places

A tower with different storey and different department. Bookstore was on 3rd floor, with different kinds of books. Comfy seats were provided for book readings.

Very nice department store with unique stationary and clothing. I do enjoy shopping there for gifts. There are a variety of stores there attracting people in different age groups which makes it a very likable place. The reading area is nice and pleasant, so if you are looking for a place to spend time alone, this is the place for you.
