整層找不到垃圾桶，詢問手戴「指引」的服務人員，只顧忙划手機、講電話，一點也沒有想服務：「要自己去廁所丟，上層說垃圾桶不好看不要擺出來。」
讓人傻眼！專「指引」的服務人員，這樣的服務形象比垃圾桶放手扶梯旁便民還難看吧

Very nice department store, shopping and eating in one place, subway brown line and blue line in downstairs, so convenience.

而且停車場規劃蠻好的，有到B6

假日星巴克人太多，幾乎都沒位子

剛好遇到日本美食展，說真的東西不怎麼樣…
只有貴…然後攤位太多，動線實在有點差

整體來說是個相當有規劃的高級百貨公司

在復興館11樓的點水樓餐廳用餐，
向餐廳主管反應了某一道菜不理想，
主管只是口頭致歉，卻沒做任何處理，
比如說，詢問是否要求重做、、、
讓人覺得有些失望。

有較多精品店設櫃的百貨公司。

想要買一些名牌包、配件之類的旅客。
到這裡逛逛相當適合。

各式各樣的精品名牌應有盡有。
也因此，建議口袋深一點的人再過來逛街會比較適合。

太平洋崇光百貨股份有限公司，中文簡稱遠東SOGO百貨、遠東SOGO，英文簡稱Far Eastern SOGO，是臺灣一家連鎖百貨公司，與廣三SOGO百貨同為日本崇光百貨在臺灣的兩家特許經營業者。最初在1986年由太建集團與SOGO合資創立，2002年太建集團發生財務危機後轉由遠東集團承接。

地下街各類美食、各樓層潮牌百貨齊聚一堂任妳逛任妳嚐，可刷卡又累積紅利，逢周年或特殊節慶時還有滿額禮贈品。
來此若搭乘捷運則直接抵達館內，與鄰近另一棟SOGO亦可相通，時間許可的話兩館一次逛甚為便利。
值得一提的是超市偶而可買到比較罕見的進口高檔水果。還有摘星的米其林餐廳鼎泰豐也在館內。

遠百sogo11樓EN日式料理，日本魚套餐加一成服務費後715元。

遠百sogo的日式料理，前菜像揀菜碗~擺盤會像要祭祖一樣擺法，前菜全是冷的，生魚小得可憐，全部餐食只有味噌湯，主菜烤鯖魚，白飯是熱的。其餘都像是事前一餐完畢後，先煮好冰著等客人來似的。唯一可稱讚的是五穀飯很Q，把它吃光。

或許是要在捷運樓上因素，認為客人都是來趕車的，服務是很快，像在趕翻桌率（ 當日客人的流量並沒多到需要趕翻桌率的情形），前菜都是冷冰冰的，對空腹不好，不會再來了。

跟前晚在淡水捷運站旁的日式料理專門店比起來，他們的菜都是現做的，冬天吃起來感到溫暖又新鮮，看得到客人很悠閒的在飲酒。氛圍截然不同，這麼輕鬆的氣氛客人願意點酒，消費自然高，是否因為這是度假區呢！

What's not to like? We are talking about some of the best products from around the world are sold here. Everything from Bo Derek's line of shoes to Haagen das icecream (shakes) can be found here. Personally; my lovely wife, her parents, and I ate at the world renowned restaurant Dai Tai Fung; made famous by the late Amazing chef Anthony Bourdain. Of all the dishes we consumed and note all were great; the best of the best were the beef noodle soup & the chocolate dumplings. It is important to remember that you may have to wait as much as 70 minutes for a table but the wait is very much worth it.

High end shopping is what you could see here.if you're looking for Hermes, LV, Burberry etc you came to the right place.

Sogo復興館和忠孝館最大差異，我覺得是-
如果想犒賞自己一番的話，「復興館」的精品區/餐飲名店是不錯的選擇；
如果是上班/小資族，「忠孝館」提供很多經濟實惠的商品和美食街。
如果口袋夠深，「敦化館」絕對是貴婦級的最佳去處。
你想選擇哪一館呢？

Do not set your expectations to compare this with those in Japan or even Hong Kong. This branch here is in desperate need of revitalisation, on top of renovation. Seems to be catered for a small neighbourhood mall rather than one downtown. Especially disappointing is the food hall section. It’s basically a poorly run food court with a few grocery counters. Run of the mill clothings for youngsters are a lot more prominent. So if this is what you come for it’s ok.

Good shopping mall. Lot of branded shops. Easy to reach from Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT Station. Nice food court with good number of options.

Very comfortable department store, not overly crowded. Less brands and stores compared to the Zhongxiao branch, but has better layout.

Good restuarants both in the food court and on the top floors, also a very well designed Zen Garden on the 9th floor.

Wonderful service. Million times better than the iPhone authorized service shops. Service guys are professional and extremely friendly.

I think this is the most luxurious department store in Taiwan located in the centre of the town. It's far from Taipei Main Station for 2-3 stops, very convenient. The products here, of course, are imported from abroad, especially from the European countries. However, there're some products which are reasonable prices there to purchase.

用餐提醒：因為不接受預約，所以建議提早到場先拿號碼牌，再安排其他活動以免久候！

有通捷運入口，方便從忠孝復興站下車第1出口走出去就到了，B2是超市，咖啡店等等，B1是各式小吃，各式異國料理餐廳，鼎泰豐，礼品店，星巴克等店，1F是精品店，價格偏高消費，2下~9F是百貨，10一11F是各國料理餐廳，及貴賓室，有兌換外幣服務 (限外國遊客) 要帶護照。11/9~11/19是週年慶，全館都有折扣
