Stayed at the end of the year.
I think I was upgraded because it was a corner room on the top floor.
I was overjoyed at the corner room, which was completely glass-walled and extremely spacious, overlooking East Nanjing Road, but when I looked closely at the room, I found that the shelves and bedboard were covered in dust. There are food particles all over the glass cracks on my desk.
This was my first time in a hotel that was so dirty. We thought about getting a different room, but it was too much of a hassle, so we cleaned it with the wet wipes we had on hand. I went to the business lounge near my room, but the coffee machine was covered in dust, so I guess that's what hotels are like.
The location is very convenient
I would like to use it again if it was cleaned properly.

之前在台南住過分店，覺得體驗不錯，112/7/30上台北也選擇這間，入住後並不像評論所說的那樣，櫃台人員服務態度很好，第一間入住時浴室拉門異常，先是幫我們換好新房間，後來也馬上有看到師傅來維修，後來我們電視沒有聲音，櫃台也是立馬上來幫我們解決，隨CALL隨到! 浴室裡面也都有附上浴巾. 牙刷等等. 服務周到，下次有機會也會選擇這間~~~~

進入大門給人感覺高雅、接待人員親切，房間大小適中不會太小間。
缺點：早餐選則太少，東西沒有也不會馬上補、熱食沒有保溫吃起來冷冷的、甜點、羅宋起司吃起來很普通比一比般外面麵包店還難吃。

Very convenient location, 5 min walk to nearest MRT station. Breakfast facility available. Our room was good size with city view. Basic set up, not flashy but comfortable.

接代態度極差。櫃檯在15樓，樓下一樓沒有工作人員。因為上電梯需房卡感應。在樓上等了10分鐘。都沒有人，再打電話上去。結果回應說。樓下有立牌，為什麼其他房客有看到你就回看到。我堅持叫他們自己下來看。你們的立牌在那，他們人員檢查看了一下確實沒立牌。最後連一句對不起都沒有。只說他們口誤。難道口誤就沒錯嗎。難道我被誤會活該嗎。這個叫酒店。如夜市還不如。

接待大廳位於大樓15樓
開車 往西的方向 尚未經過華航 右手邊入內有免費停車場（在台北市很難得～for free
大樓外看起來頗氣派
一入大廳有專門引導的服務人員指引到電梯
房間設有辦公桌 位子挺寬敞 適合洽公
雖然辦公椅已些許殘破.
衛浴設備乾濕分離 水柱強而有力
隔音效果還不錯 衣櫥附許多衣架
電視牆前有活動鏡面
退房時間12點 服務員在將近退房時電話提醒
依台北一晚假日不到兩千元（不含早餐
意外超值
訂房網站評論有寫到一樓有白布放佛經的商業糾紛 但到現場看是沒有此問題

Very bad. I ask the front desk to arrange a taxi for me to go to the airport. I ask him several times to make sure it was the right airport because I was aware there was more than one airport and what happen? The taxi driver drove me to the wrong airport. Now I'm in another cab rushing to the other airport which is 1hr away.

公司內部作業有問題，跟業務交代一些問題都不會轉達給櫃檯，櫃檯也一直推說業務沒交代，那是客人的問題嗎？根本是飯店作業有問題！櫃檯服務態度也非常差，辦理入住也非常的慢！非常的不專業！只能用一個字“爛”來形容！

房間還蠻大，床很舒服！
浴室有半開放式，有點害羞！
環境蠻乾淨，隔音也不錯！
電視系統是一般有線電視台！
城市景觀很好！
不過一樓的糾紛讓人感覺有點奇怪！

Great hotel in Taipei. Check in was easy. The rooms were decorated well - but the bed was extremely hard. That may be the norm here or I am just used to a really soft bed. The hotel is close to a few night markets and right next to the train station

今天去洽公 (12: 30pm), 結果飯店櫃台沒人,
一轉身在門口左邊有一個大約一個人的小櫃台,
那裡站了一位小姐 (臉很臭),
不但口氣非常不好, 連講話也皺著眉頭!
面對著客人, 竟然有這樣的服務態度,
不知道貴公司是否該加強員工訓練!

The room is quite spacious and it has full glass view of the the Taipei city. The bed and the pillows are very comfortable. Also the room and the toilet are clean. At price of NTD2,170 a night is reasonable.

比較晚才入住，被一樓的抗議白布條跟佛經嚇到，七月遇到這狀況真的嚇得不輕! 飯店的浴室設計的很不好，洗完澡整個玄關都快淹水了……傻眼! 淋浴間沒有任何置物架，沒有放洗面乳等等物品的空間，這點希望能改善! 惟一優點的是房間夠大，床也蠻好睡! 真心希望能把一樓的狀況處理好，不然可惜了這飯店!

Buddhist music from the service room at the lobby is super loud; completely at odds with the lobby music. Bad UX management.

Small yet quite cosy hotel with pretty good professional services and staffs. Will come to stay again for sure.

我去當時，因有權益糾紛，在一樓處有掛白布條和放佛經的場面。
所以當時chick in 是要在15樓辦理。但搭電梯需要房卡. 可是一樓沒人接待、等了會遇到房客要上樓，我才成功上去. 有點漏漆。

早餐非常不優，但要價300元/人. 非常不建議在飯店用餐。且用餐空間非常小，若你在巔峰時段用餐，可能沒位子坐。

First of all, the room had the wrong bed type (2 double beds instead of a queen), then they switched us to another floor and it looked like a queen but it was just 2 beds pushed together.place looks dirty like a cheap hotel and looks like a night club rather than a hotel.

How do you operate business when there's a huge banner that says "owe money pay money" in your lobby? Arrived midnight with weird Buddhist song playing in the lobby.that is not a scene u wanna see everyday. Overall the stay is OK. Apart from that huge banner and quirky music playing so loudly at midnight
