Green World Station Hotel

I lost my wallet while traveling, and when I talked to the woman at the front desk, she made various calls and got my wallet back.

The room is clean, not too small, good service. Check-in and the front of the hotel may not be very pretty, but in the room it's good. The air conditioner is extremely cold. No matter how you adjust it, it's still cold. It's recommended to close it. It's a little far from Taipei main station. It's about 1 km from Ximending Market.

The location is good, there are convenience stores nearby, Yusan-dong beef noodle is really close, and there are massage shops nearby, so it's nice.
I wish they paid more attention to breakfast.
There is only one coin laundry machine, so it is too small compared to the size of the hotel.

I gave you snacks as a gift because you cleaned well every day.

Convenient and close to Taipei Main Station.
Some of the staff can speak Japanese, so you can spend your time with peace of mind.

Location is pretty unbeatable. Flanked by eateries and shops within 5min walk from hotel. Had probably the best beef noodles I ever had in a small alley restaurant. Had to queue over 20min to get a seat though. From taipei station mrt - hotel is also a 5-7min walk. Would definitely stay there again. P.s - only con is breakfast. Its very so-so but Yonghe doujiang is also 5min walk away, why waste the calories on the hotel breakfast. Keke

We stayed for four nights, the room was very clean, bed was good and the environment was quiet. Staffs are friendly and good customer service. The location of the hotel is convenient for its about 8 minutes walking distance from the Taipei train station.

必須很客觀的說，這樣的費用有這樣的服務不行。

我們住三人房，一晚五千多，櫃檯一位個子不高女士，日文說得很好，看到我們的訂房明細，一臉很疑惑，疑惑了五分鐘之久，讓今天風塵僕僕的我們很擔心是否訂房有問題，櫃檯除了皺眉頭、沒有其他解釋，直到他們自己弄清楚問題，也沒有一聲抱歉，就要了我們的證件，給鑰匙，冷冷地說明一些事項，就了事。

但看她對日本客人電話服務並沒有這麼隨便。

住幾個人就要幾張證件，兩個孩子也不例外，此生住宿從來沒遇過這麼高規格安檢。櫃檯也只是沒有溫度的說：我們就是比較嚴格抱歉。

接下來，爸爸突然來同住，需加一個人，要價再1000，所以一晚已經來到即將七千的價格，櫃檯卻表示，備品沒有包含被子。因為沒有多餘的被子。後來我們爭取到了，但整個對這樣的飯店服務品質感覺心裡不舒服。

第二天又是同樣這位女士接待，表示我房卡少還一張。其實，隔壁便當店在我遺失後，馬上幫我送來櫃檯了，他們顯然沒有交接清楚，我差點兒要賠200元。

櫃檯多一點溫暖，多一點笑容，多一點細心，多一點說明，這樣的收費我們都付得心甘樂意。真的會好很多。

其他冷氣太冷（永遠只有21度，但顯然低於21度）、浴缸淋浴同一缸，出入會濕滑等問題，其他旅客都有評論了，在此不多敘述。

早餐部分，我也是很傻眼啊. 以這樣的價位提供的內容不成正比，炸物和甜點最多，且明顯是隔夜的，並不新鮮，建議如果以水果取代大片這類加工食物會更好？

咖啡機也是有問題，試了幾次放棄，出不了咖啡，排隊等候一排，等到後的拿鐵一小杯，而且不熱，顯然咖啡機故障待修。這是小事。

洛基飯店我住過幾個，這一個是比較覺得需要改進的一家。加油，希望保持與其他家的水準相同，不要讓我對洛基失望啊啊啊啊啊

Stayed there for 6 different nights as i used this hotel as a base to travel to other nearby cities. Stayed in 3 diff rooms.
309 (or 307 i cant rmb) it is the worst. The carpets are all stained and disgusting. I check reviews and mpst complain abt this room, as far as one year ago. Shows that nothing has been done.
503 the wallpapers are with watermark and falling apart. Can hear noise from neighbour. Laminated flooring so that make the room extremely cold.
903 carpet was dark, cant see stain but feels dirty. Very quiet thou.
Overall observations:
1. Staff were very professional and helpful
2. Hotel has no upkeeping and stingy. Bedroom slippers are very thin, towels are fraying
3. Aircon is at 22degree (centralised control) and it is very cold. So we had to switch it off at night. I suspect the hotel did that so that ppl will switch it off and they can save money?

It is a very nice place to stay and the location is very convenience. The service is outstanding. I will definitely stay again next time. Thank you to everyone at Green World Taipei Station for your wonderful service especially Jennifer.

第一次是在2021/1月返台隔離住的
因此是第二次住這裡
先說這裡的優點
1. 餐點的準備算用心，但早餐.
2. 服務人員還算熱心
3. 窗戶隔音還不錯
有待加強：
1. 網路真的要加油
2. 電視沒有網路電視可看
3. 空調讓你感覺住在冰箱，沒有暖氣
4. 地毯不適合光腳，建議穿拖鞋，不然床單很快就黑了
另外這裡的浴缸偏小，尤其是對高大的人，根本無法使用
由於這裡是精華地帶，外送平台的費用都偏高

在這飯店隔離了15天。地毯就是滿污積，職員還解釋因為地毯顏色比較淺色。所以深色地毯就不需要清潔嗎？牆壁也是佈滿發霉痕跡，入住後發現自己要在這樣的房間住15天很不開心, 跟職員來回溝通才讓我換房間。新房間窗戶都是發霉，只好自己清潔。

房間燈光暗淡, 不適合做行政工作。可能就用這樣的燈光讓客人看不清飯店的問題吧

餐飲普通，通常早餐最爛也會是冷的，也曾經發現多送頭髮。自訂外送也試過等一個小時才送上房間，熱咖啡冷了但飯店解釋他們很忙並且房務員每次到樓層都要穿防疫裝備。晚餐會是最好，有不同選擇味道也不錯。
床鋪老舊，很難相信我訂的是 4 星 飯店，花了NT 58,000讓我知道往後都不會再訂這集團的飯店

服務人員都很Nice，謝謝你們的辛勞！
供餐也都很好吃
只是有點擔心在疫情讓我掛掉之前可能會先被冷死,

這裡又濕又冷網路又爛,
我會樂觀的稱這為洞穴修煉主題的防疫旅館, 推薦給洞穴愛好者與不怕冷的人?

差勁的隔離飯店，吃的爛，沒水果，房間臟，又破，服務差，網絡差，價格貴，不給衛生紙，地上有保險套，吃的爛，吃不飽，房間熱，不能調溫度，房間暗，燈也無法亮，最高算是二星旅館，房間小，房間臭，床有頭髮，床有螞蟻，床有灰塵，冷氣很臭，熱水不熱，牙膏不給，洗衣粉不給，潤髮乳不給，零食不給，泡麵不給，水果不給，換洗床單不給，枕頭套不給，毛巾很臭，臟

房間非常乾淨，浴室有電動馬桶跟浴缸我喜歡，還有自助式早餐吃到飽，持卡上下電梯安全可靠，櫃臺服務人員也很親切。
唯一可惜的是電視沒有第四台可以觀看
10/26晚上入住/10/27退房

The hotel is located near the Taipei Main Train Station. The Taoyuan Airport MRT station is connected to it and also the Taipei normal MRT lines. The hotel is clean, neat and comfortable and that is important when guests come back after a day out. The staff are courteous and helpful. If you book room with breakfast, they do change some items everyday.

Location is perfect.
Really close to main station.
Room was clean n staffs were kind.
I am going to stay again when my next visit.

Excellent location. Short walk to Taipei Main Station, Ximending, shops, restaurants, and even an interesting, although small museum.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good quality complimentary toiletries and in-room beverages included the famous and tasty pineapple cake.
Complimentary breakfast was good too with many choices, local and western.
Front desk staff, and restaurant staff were helpful and efficient.
Third stay and will definitely return.
