Guanghua Digital Plaza / 光華商場 (光華數位新天地)

This is the old building next to syntech. There's not much of crowd compared to the new one. Toilet facilities was preferred atthe new syntech building.

Gwanghwa looks like a very old electronics market and the surrounding shopping malls are worth seeing. However, since the price is almost similar to the price of Yongpali, there is no merit at all, so you won't really think about it. It's a good way to kill time when you don't have anything to see.

A shopping plaza filled with all things electronic from maintenance service/repair, electronic parts, peripheral equipment/parts, to complete computer and electronic equipment.

That's not what I expected. Searched for an electronics market, and while this is an electronics market, it is an upscale department store stlye market. Definitely lots of items but not the place to find electronics for hobbyists.
Update: I completely missed the second building that is part of this complex. The second building has more of what I was looking for; cables, cameras, CPUs, keyboards, mice, meters, cases, adapters, USB power plugs, etc. Five floors of miscellaneous electronics and other items.

Lots of latest electronics to see here, but prices are not the lowest, and if you do buy something remember to negotiate a bit

You can nearly every tech item here. Shops are very friendly and are willing to help you out. Highly recommend.

真的很難逛，第一動線根本不方便感覺像是西門町萬年那種老式商場，虧你們還是重建，第二每層根本沒有表示路標，要一家家看號碼結果白逛了一大圈，很多人是在網頁看好專門來買的浪費時間在找店家。第三根本機車停車位子不足，當初為何不蓋地下停車場。真的很難逛

You cannfind pretty much any electronic part youre looking for here. Syntrend next door for the more comercial electronics/home stuff.

很久沒有到光華商場電池醫生店去了, 10/31趁内人及我的電子錶共4只沒電, 要更換水銀電池, 月杪敬老卡又尚有200多點未用, 於是移步光華去者！進店一看老板&（娘）, 扳著老K臉！臉色極差, 幸虧两人都胖的極有福相, 尤其老板娘極粗獷的口氣：做什麼！著實嚇了一大跳, 、囁嚅的說明換手錶電池, 她只說等一下, 我僵掉了, 祗好自討沒趣的走出踱步的店東, 好像雖然祗有2、300塊的貨品, 不值一哂, 但好歹也可支撐一下店租吧, 況和氣生財最重要！改進一下吧! 笑一個！

Great place for testing out different kinds of electronics although sometimes it can be a bit hard finding the store you're looking for.

想購買電腦、手機、監視器……等，任何有關家用電子產品的零配件都可以在這裡完成，大且有名氣的店價格都是標的清清楚楚明明白白，所以想碰運氣的人可以試試沒聽過的店名 (不知道這樣講會不會害到店家) 。
另外有需要組裝電腦的人先弄懂主要配件的型號和自己想要的廠牌，比較不容易被店員的建議影響哦，如果要以現金購買商品，每層樓都有提款機，位置詢問店員就可以了。
一樓有賣吃的麵類、飯類、飲料都一應俱全，只是剛進門時那股油味稍微有些難以接受，吃不下或沒時間的人可以選擇同樣在一樓的便利商店，二樓裡面還有一攤神秘的二手書店哦。

Again coincidence with address. Walking up you'll pass by a tech school and students make a few bucks selling computer software programs. Large mall under no a bridge and nearby, Buddhist study building and stretching walking park.

6 level, full with electronics mall selling all things: electronic, including mobiles, computers, cameras, games & other gadgets. So many boothes with a wide variety of goods makes it impossible to see all. Unfriendly and not helpful service visits high pricing, with a stubborn reaction on bargaining, even when you show in internet, that's in other stores of Taipei its offered at lower pricing. Better buy online, it's cheaper. At least you can see what you are interested in.

Big 3C shopping area. From High End PC and Gaming stuff to 10$ Cellphone stands, photo equipment and filming stuff you can find everything. In between some really nice street food stores and restaurants. Includes 6 floor 3C shopping mall. Be aware of high prices.

I personally dislike shopping malls but this one sells everything you may want to buy.

About second hand electronics, they are quiet picky and don't buy many electronic objects.

Prices are not so low as for some computers I can find in Europe.

Anyway, you can find really anything you need for pc, phone, cameras and so on, even electronic components.

All types of electronics goods available, though I feel the place is a bit overpriced you can get the same gadgets at lower price in local street shop

已经改变的光华商场，到了星期天星期六假日，还是充满了人潮人海。这次来是因为上次有来过把自己车上的 papago 系统作升级动作，就在三楼就有服务据点。 官方网站上建议是每半年建议就免费做升级动作，看清楚是免费的哦！ 另外这个商场当然永远都是资讯男与工程男的最爱。 不仅仅可以广一下电脑软硬体，还有一些IT产品与电玩产品与电子产品，音响设备等等. 几乎进去逛逛看看，很少有男人不买些电子东西，荷包不失血或不花2～3个种头很少可以逛完的啊！

I am not IT expert, just go there take a look, the shop owners are very friendly and does not turn me away even they know I have no intention to buy.
