（2）服務人員：服務人員非常專業、非常親切也非常有素養。在這邊與他們互動都會忘記自己還沒吃晚餐這件事，覺得非常棒！

為了尋找一支好琵琶，誤打誤撞地找到了林舍文化，老師及接待人員都相當地有親和力，雖然疫情下的大家都戴著口罩，但仍能感受到人與人之間的親切和溫暖，老師和接待人員都能耐心地傾聽及適當適時給予建議，非常感謝
非常舒服的藝文空間，除了有豐富且專業的課程與活動之外，現場人員也十分溫柔耐心的講解，對於有不同需求的學員都能有不同的安排，店內的細節巧思也讓人感受到林舍的用心，非常推薦喜愛音樂和藝文活動的朋友到訪！！
Large choice of handmade and traditional instruments, I bought a very nice violin. The place is very nice for lessons: deco with flowers and cozy place.
Professors are very pedagogical and nice!

剛開始經過的時候時不時都會被這個明亮又有氣質的空間給吸引，進去諮詢課程時感受到的服務態度親切又熱心，諮詢的過程中也會看到其他老師跟學生友愛的互動及教導，上課環境舒適，店內都保持著各式各樣的鮮花以及小餅乾，有時候也有特殊的花草茶等等，室內空間不只適合教學也有提供多樣化的藝文活動或音樂會來這跟大家分享，對音樂或是藝文活動有興趣的朋友真的是非常推喔~

對於想要上課、練習或學習的大家會是個相當好的選擇！推薦給各位。

店家常會跟學員聊天，雖然店家會有商業性笑容，不過當客人提到不認同的教材和音樂天賦時，年輕女老闆會變臉生氣，口氣凶悍地反駁。
學生去音樂行上課時，變成還要應付商業性表面攀談的店家.
如果是純粹學習樂器，這附近還有其他選擇可以考慮。
回覆店家回應：店家是沒有限制書籍，只是態度很兇，當學員提出不同看法時店家明明不了解還否定。會瞬間很兇的態度，我不會覺得這叫親切誠懇，只會讓人想遠離、不想應付。
Lin's school is amazing. The first thing it impressed me is that most of the teachers and the management team speak English. They are very nice people and knowledgeable. With no doubt is a really good option for everyone wanting to learn traditional Chinese music.
It's a lovely and beautiful shop with friendly owners. I recommend it to everyone who likes Chinese instruments!
A traditional Chinese instrument shop and school, with excellent customer service and wonderful teachers. I learned erhu here for 3 months and they were very accomodating. I learned so much! I also bought my erhu here. It's a lovely instrument.
