Louisa Coffee 路易．莎咖啡(內湖行善直營店)

I come to the store everyday. Since they changed barista 2 months ago, coffee has either been too hot to drink or burnt. Today i burnt my tongue badly. Very disappointed. I suggest the store to train their barista better. After all you are supposed to be coffee connoisseurs!

來了一次就碰到女店員態度完全0。
走到櫃檯先看頭上的菜單想要點什麼，店員上來後完全沒招呼或問想點什麼，就站在我面前等我，這倒還好，畢竟我也還在想。
之後像女店員說想點一杯拿鐵，熱的。
她沒講話，就繼續點她的，沒說任何一句話或是連”好”都沒有，最後只說金額。
找完錢也沒說謝謝或說稍等一下，就是很厭世的臉。
我不知道她那天是身體不舒服還是有私人事情影響。如果是，我先道歉，那完全能理解。但是如果沒有，我真的很佩服Louisa員工的服務態度，因為最少一半其他的Louisa也是態度冷冰冰的。

準備要點餐時她轉頭開始跟另外兩位店員談事情（一男一女）過程有有說有笑
明知客人站在服務台要點餐了
也沒有先知會，就轉頭過去了
事後也當作沒有一回事
冷冷酷酷地跟客人說要點什麼
雖然不期待你們應該要有什麼熱情
看評論也知道貴店可貴的就是這種你要來就來不來拉倒的可敬精神
但我認為禮貌該有還是要有，放客人在旁邊2分鐘回過頭來也沒有說聲不好意思
在此呼籲該店經理麻煩針對此員工的行為好好糾正，這三個月內會再次前去消費
此風不可長，若消費期間內有看見實質改善，將修改本次評論，同時也呼籲其他同仁引以為戒，不要犯同樣的錯。

天母店員都一號表情 換言之就是 臉很臭 幾乎沒聽過 歡迎光臨 謝謝光臨之類的話 可能生意太好沒差你一位吧？）

內湖這家路易莎的咖啡很好喝 服務人員相對親切 空氣流通 沒有怪味道 很推薦大家來這個店 ！

Canceled in Uber after 20minutes from order time, with no good cause. Anyway they over charging for delivery, since the distance is close and other restaurants in the area doesn't charge additional delivery fees for customers using uber pass.

直營店作事有夠傲慢；系統14: 36下單預計14: 51取，15: 07我到了現場，跟收銀人員示意取餐電話號碼，才驚覺竟然還沒有動手做我的莊園拿鐵；線上你訂系統是玩具嗎？ 問收銀女跟沖煮咖啡女staff完全狀況外；且連一聲抱歉也沒説或表示失禮的意思，好劣好鳥；以後拒喝這家了 ！

每次去點貴店的飲料都是一樣的甜度冰塊
最近幾次都喝到品質相差非常懸殊

焙茶鮮奶茶不只一次沒有加糖
抹茶鮮奶，抹茶永遠都沒有攪散，底部結塊

今天點黑糖小農鮮奶也是一點黑糖味都沒有
跟喝鮮奶根本沒有什麼兩樣
一罐鮮奶都不用這麼貴

空間寬敞，有小包、大桌、沙發、小桌、面外的玻璃窗插座高腳椅，店內有雜誌、免費wifi，待在店內很舒適。

消費過兩次，飲料品質相對其它分店佳。

店員不特別活潑帶笑，但應對給人感覺是舒適有禮的。

Great coffee and atmosphere. I mostly just drink Americano style coffee, so I can't comment on the specialty drinks or baked goods, but the menu is huge and has lots of coffee options and a few tea ones as well. The coffee beans are high quality and roasted well and the brewing method seems to bring out all the flavors but not overdone to become bitter. I also appreciate that they use a strong amount of coffee and don't overly water it down.

This location has a lot of seating room from standard tables to a few comfy lounge couch options.

點餐到結帳一句話都沒講
遞發票帳單連基本服務詞也沒說～

8/30 約莫11點 早上櫃檯男性服務人員 高瘦綁馬尾 一副了無生氣（我不在乎 無所謂）
飲料好了也不叫號 放在那邊讓客人空等
問他飲料好了嗎 還說稍等一下 結果已經放在櫃檯一段時間
不想做可以回家休息 莫名奇妙

Quite spacious. This location is near office complex so most orders are for takeout. Honestly I feel that the brew quality were quite inconsistent and somehow I've never had a decent latte art here, thus -1 star for this branch

買完隔壁的山崎麵包,
順路來買路易莎咖啡,
跟隔壁麵包店情況一樣,
一早上班的店員臉都是很臭,
也沒什麼表情
點咖啡也不會主動介紹一下咖啡和餐點，，，

一早上班的打拼台灣人 也是辛苦加油了。

一個有趣的問題路易莎咖啡跟cama咖啡的差別在哪裡?

個人覺得，

Cama咖啡味道比較濃厚而且咖啡溫度比較適中，一拿到可以很快的時間就喝完。

而路易莎咖啡，尾韻比較濃厚，
溫度介於cama咖啡跟7-11咖啡之間，
如果外帶的話會蠻適合的，
回到公司或家裡，
咖啡的溫度剛好可以入口。

不喝奶精類 但不是每間店都有小農系列
在其他間點了很多次 （黑糖雪點奶茶升級鮮奶茶）
這間竟然說沒辦法這樣做 沒有人這樣的
不想做就直接說不想做 藉口那麼多
店員素質低

Quite comfortable and has many seats available although there are limited power outlets if you want to plug your laptop. It is not as crowded as in different store because it is in commercial or office complex, so many people buy for take-out.

去過其他家Louisa，印象都還ok，這家是第一次光顧，環境舒適，飲料也還ok，但是服務人員處理事情的態度，讓人覺得很不舒服。吧檯有好幾個人，就算他們不忙，當你需要協助時，他們也只會冷眼旁觀。如果你不想遭受服務人員高傲且缺乏同理心的服務，其實附近還有其他選擇。
