雖然文華東方已經不缺我一篇好評價，但還是很想透過這留言感謝文華的接待顧問Cynthia，熱情又溫暖的服務，讓整個婚禮的過程是圓滿到不行，對長輩的提問有問必答，新人的不安總是可以第一時間得到解決，每位來參與的客人只有讚不絕口的回饋，經歷過疫情期間的文華對客戶的服務有增無減，著實讓人感動與開心，謝謝文華，也謝謝Cynthia

朋友結婚沒住過沒辦法給房間星數
服務還可以 就一般飯店會做的事 但不夠細緻 例如收盤客人的餐具應該是放在小盤或器具上 不是直接放在桌上 10個人一桌的餐點 只上9份 說小孩子不算一個人 那有少算一個人的錢嗎？ 餐點很精緻也蠻好吃的 為什麼服務只給3顆星 因為要走的時候 可能別桌要打包 聽到一個領班用對講機說 在打包了 吵死了 這麼高級的餐廳 怎麼會犯這種禁忌？ 客人還沒有全部散場就在客人面前說其他客人或抱怨的話呢？

是近年來住過最好的酒店, 房間內設計頗有巧思 (喇叭竟然串連各處, 還可以自己調整音量大小)
在接待櫃檯竟然看到一位金鑰匙, 服務態度非常良好.
若有機會會再回訪~

The best in Taipei! Incredible rooms, staff, breakfast, service etc. No detail is left unaddressed. I would also like to specially recognize Rita & Kris for their incredible check-in's at breakfast! Rita went above and beyond bringing our son coloring and a big highlight of our time in Taiwan was seeing how excited he was to speak with her each morning!

果然是目前住宿和吃到飽的天花板，在服務人員和餐點各方面都專業完勝，就連整體的氣質氛圍都能營造的讓人賓至如歸，有尊榮禮遇感，
實實在在的體現了錢沒有不見，只是換了個方式來展現 。

Nice hotel. Wonderful service. I only wish they have charging stations for electric vehicles as a show of support for our environment.

2016.12.24入住過聖誕，訂房前告知友人生日，酒店貼心準備生日蛋糕，蛋糕好吃，從此之後會去文華餅房買甜點吃，這裡蛋糕價位其實不會比百貨公司專櫃蛋糕貴，但好吃排第一。
房間備品為diptyque ，味道好聞。
飯店充滿濃濃的聖誕味，彷彿置身在國外。

我們是去cafe用餐，第一次去，餐點口味很棒，料理非常精緻與用心，港點區樣式不多，但是很好吃。熟食區鱸魚我沒吃，鮭魚好吃，肉類，那個羊肩，做薄荷口味，好吃，肉又處理的不會老，熟食區的吃法要拌一些鍋底的配料才棒，不要只夾肉。牛排就不推了，有點柴。與一般吃到飽以量取勝不同，飯店級的Cafe吃很多了，目前個人感覺它最讚，廚房會隨時補菜與美化擺盤，這個很讚。服務人員也很好，收換餐具速度很快，離席時還會主動幫忙折圍巾。吃太飽了今天。

Stayed 2 nights with my partner and friends, really great service and hotel room is amazing - super big, clean and luxurious. Hotel staff are really friendly and are multilingual. In particular, Robby Takmura from concerige team is super helpful. We have a lot o luggages, he helped us arranged taxi, loading and providing us with information on Taipei airport MRT service such as frequency and cost. Would definitely come back again!

Worst service in town. We were not able to check in a 4: 30pm on the 11th of May, and we were told to wait but the front desk staff has completely forgot about us.can’t believe that its Mandarin.

Excellent hotel. Stayed at the club lounge over 5 days in May. Impeccable service and house keeping. Definitely will stay here again when in Taipei. Special thanks to Ms Lena at club lounge for her kind help

Elegant hotel with nice location and services. Really enjoyed the time spent in its beautiful swimming pool at night time. Also highly recommend people go to its "Mo Bar and try creative cocktails there. It has cocktails inspired by Taiwanese traditional food, for instance: Sesame peanut rice dumpling, Pineapple bitter ground chicken.

餐廳環境超棒，服務生都非常體貼而且專業，細心照顧每個客戶的需求，餐點也是十分精緻，雖然稱不上非常美味，但是已經在水準之上。燈光美好、氣氛溫馨，座位也很舒適。義大利廳的假日早午餐也很棒。服務生看見我在拍照，還主動過來說要幫我們拍。桌邊服務也很貼心，咖啡非常好喝。總之是很愉快的用餐經驗，不論是家庭聚餐，求婚，約會，紀念日，都是好選擇！

This is my 5th time at this spa, and the reason that I came here often enough is because 1. Biologique Recherche Products 2. Their selling technique is that you get 10 services, will receive 2 for “free”. Of course the “free” services are accounted in the service charges already and hence they gave you two. I am extremely unimpressed with their customer service for misinforming me, the customer, that you are entitled to pay 10 times separately then receive the 2 free services. By the 5th time that I came to the spa, they told me that in actuality, I have to pay 10 services up front in order to receive the two free services. Upon confronting them, instead of making accommodations, they asked me to pin point the specific sales associate/spa coordinator by their body physics to identify who “misinformed” me. Literally, they asked me to say whether the person to inform me was “fat, skinny, tall or short”. It’s needless to say that I will not recommend anyone to experience this kind of treatment, attitude and lack of professionalism.
