A small music hall which is capable with approximately 100 seats, and it has its own cafeteria. We visit here for our kid's piano recital every year.

Marteaux Cafe and Musical Perfoming Arts Theater. This place is one of those gems that you often find just walking around exploring many Taiwanese neighborhoods. Completely renovated 6 months ago. If you are into gourmet coffee (150nt & up) and live Classical or avant-garde music concerts, then this is a place for you. It's also a really cool place just to hang out and chat. Wifi is available. Food and beer is also offered. Check their Facebook page for concert listings. Concert prices range from 400nt to 500nt per person, which may include a drink.

The multi-talented owner is an accomplished musician who has played internationally, a ChiGung percussion teacher, a leather bag designer, and a music professor at NCTU. Cafe hours are normally 12pm to 10pm most days. The multi-media concert spaces (2 of them) are available for daytime meeting/lecture rental (1500nt/hr for the small one). Dinner & movie theater arrangement possible. There is also a sound studio for making professional recordings.
