Mayer Inn

Location is good but there are too many rooms and not enough staff. Fridge doesn't work even after telling front desk. Our room didn't get cleaned and made up despite hanging the sign up on the door. Whole place is a bit old and run down

This hotel is located in a building between a shopping mall and another big hotel. The nearest exit to the train station is exit Z2, bonus is there is a lift! The lifts in the building may be a little slow as it serves the whole building. Hotel lobby has microwave, water dispenser (cold, warm, hot water) and vending machine.

I booked the room with two double beds. When you enter the room, there is a small luggage rack on the side and a step to enter the room. This is definitely not wheelchair or child friendly. The toilet near the entrance is adequately sized. The toilet has a bidet but it can’t be power on so I didn’t get to use it at all. At the end of the room is the small fridge, safe, small clothes rack and a small table. There is just enough space for 3 luggage’s open at the same time. The clothes rack is too small for a 4 person room, will be better if there are more hooks around the room.

Note that the sound proofing is not great. If your neighbours are loud, you may not be able to get a good sleep. The doors also close quite hard, I can hear them opening and closing often.

There is a laundry room located on the 3rd floor, 3 washing machines and 2 dryers. Bonus is that this is complimentary.

Overall it’s a good choice considering the location and price paid.

The hotel is expensive, lobby is smelly and small, cigarette smell is everywhere. The room is cold, aircon temperatures cannot be adjusted. Washing machine is horrible, worst is the lift is very slow and crowded.

This hotel does not worth for this price, we have found another stay near by with half price. This hotel definitely has plenty of areas need to be improved.

I think the location is very convenient.
Cleaning was also done well.
However, although the rooms are clean, the building is old.
The room was small and the price was high.

The place is in a great location. Very close to the mall, and train station. The staff are very nice and they let us check in early.

The service of the reception is brilliant.

They were very friendly and let me check in earlier so I could have a rest after a long flight.

Only reason we booked this is the location. Lots of negative reviews but overall experience is average. There really is a boom sound (from the gym on the upper flr) so its something you can note of.

Lots of rooms so its a long hallway. Night shift desk staff is nice, we checked in around 3am. Elevator always queue since it caters the whole building (up to 40+ floors) but its okay, 4 elevators are available for the hotel.

As cold girlies - there is a centralized aircon so even when we turned off the AC in our room, it was still so cold. Very cold. Hope there was a way to adjust it, we didnt ask reception tho (we just hid under our blankets at night)

They have housekeeping everyday (changed towels, refilled bottled water and toothbrushes, organized beds) but only one pillow is provided per person (and so soft your head sinks) hopefully they can change it and make it 2pcs per person.

Bidet too strong in the two rooms we booked and ours was not heated seating.

地點絕佳，就在新光三越站前店旁的大樓裡，搭乘高鐵、台鐵、捷運、公車等大眾運輸工具都很方便！

可惜因為大樓樓層多，等電梯要等蠻久的。房間隔音不太好（但我本身是比較好入睡的，所以不至於影響睡眠），進到房間後的手機網路訊號會明顯變差，是有點小困擾。

Had to stay here for 1 night walking distance to Taipei Rail station. Very run down. Dark old dirty floor hallway.

Towels provided were face towels. Laundry room was not good enough. Did 1 laundry run for 2 hours with the dryer being not able to control the temperature. 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. With roughly say 20 or more rooms on one floor? Ridiculous.

I say again. Hotels are rated against its price offering and this does not follow the value of the price they charge.

爛到不行
收費高 ，在訂房網站說有需要車位，到櫃檯前甚至私訊客服確認合作停車場，到櫃檯也填車號給他，啊結果又沒設定，害我們繳了720 停車費，停車資訊這種東西不用跟客戶告知嗎？直接擺爛？
真的很爛，住宿品質差，都是木頭隔間，隔音差，超難住又貴，將近6000這種服務，住宿，真的不建議住這。

For foreigners,
This hotel is not recommended.
This is the most worst experience that I have never had.
The price is so expensive and that does not match the quality.
The service is also awful. They would not tell you about their parking policy when you check in.
Even I have confirmed with them for many times.

一早還在休息，就接到櫃檯打來說有人反應要我們小聲一點，還在睡夢中根本沒出聲還被干擾睡眠。在房間聽得到音樂浴室玻璃也在震動，只是沒反應就被懷疑是噪音來源…櫃檯人員事後才說是樓上健身房，我們表達不滿才說不好意思，有種敷衍了事的感覺

早上八點多接到櫃檯電話要請我們小聲一點，但當時全部人都在睡覺，完全沒去檢查確認就直接咬定是我們，我們其實也有聽到超吵音樂震動聲，只是沒有去反應而已，結果就被誤會是噪音來源。一早被櫃檯電話吵醒還要被誤會，根本氣到睡不著，更扯的是最後才說噪音來源是樓上健身房，身為在職員工難道會不知道噪音來源嗎？

這是目前在北車住過最雷的一間
訂房資訊寫房間有17坪
實際入住卻只有10坪左右
行李箱都快打不開的空間好意思
除了地點好以外真的沒有值得嘉許的
尤其是電梯真的超難等
設計很奇怪 每次到五樓都人滿
錯過了好幾次
房間浴室小的沒話說 胖一點的人可能就卡住了
然後浴室的水壓超級小…
房間的枕頭躺下去就塌掉 整晚睡到差點落枕
唯一值得嘉許的大概櫃檯人員態度很好吧
總之…這是目前住過最雷的
寧願多走幾步路去麥當勞附近

明明是假日，櫃檯人員卻只有一人，導致櫃檯大廳滿人且路線不通。

真的是1星都沒有

真心建議你們跟訂房網站協調好，因為品牌的聲譽就是這樣流失的，可能過一段時間ㄒㄩㄝ完客人，改名字又是一家新飯店。

櫃檯完全把責任推給訂房網站問題，沒有一絲一毫要處理解決，櫃檯兩位男生態度都很差勁，尤其中一位長的比較有福氣的，態度更是其惡劣。

一顆星都不想給，網路訂房
訂單上入住時間、退房時間都寫得清清楚楚 (入住：當天17: 00 ; 退房：隔天中午12: 00)
櫃檯卻一口咬定待超過12小時要加約2000元
拿網路訂單給櫃檯看，櫃檯卻要求旅客自己打給客服
客服人員再次跟櫃檯溝通，櫃檯卻堅持那是網路訂房的問題
從頭到尾「請」、「謝謝」都是旅客在說
好像旅客是奴才，櫃檯才是主子
不住還要付違約金，從來沒住過這麼惡劣的住宿
一點誠意都沒有！

住的是無窗房型，一開始因為格局所以有點擔心逃生安全。主動詢問時櫃檯人員還走出來解說，很謝謝他的耐心指引。
房間內部很新，以地點及價位而言cp值算不錯，而且一定會再來，也會願意推薦跟朋友。
住宿時有遇到蓮蓬頭的問題，也有因為旭住而需要其他的服務，飯店也很快的安排，服務真的很好️

太糟糕！其實一顆星都不想給！一打開房門就看見一隻大蟑螂在房內活蹦亂跳⋯於是去櫃檯告知原因並且詢問能否換房間，櫃檯人員聽到房間有蟑螂之後也只會回應”天啊～天啊”⋯一句抱歉都沒有⋯⋯換的新房間地毯到處都是污漬，浴室水壓很小而且不穩，隔音也超差，最誇張的是”吹風機竟然有溶解的現象”（附圖）⋯非常令人傻眼
去年住過一次印象就不好，這次體驗感覺更差⋯再也不會光臨了！

住房跟退房都很慢，每一組客人處理的時間有點久，房間隔音雖然沒有聽到說話聲，但不曉得哪裡的房間開關門都會發出很大的聲響，還以為自己房間門被打開，然後常常聽到走廊上傳來line的通知聲，不過很乾淨，床也算舒服
