Meander Taipei Hostel

One of the best hostels I have been in. Clean and new, great common area, good coin laundry.do it!

Great staff and facilities. The common room makes for lovely nights. Great for solo travellers or those looking for friends, everyone is there for a good time and company to explore this great country. Many travellers I met here, I also met up with in other parts of the country. Great starting and end point for your travels.

Great hostel in a busy, bustling area of Taipei. Exceptionally clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Wifi is relatively fast and the common area is a great space to relax. Would definitely stay here again

This hostel was a very pleasant stay. Clean, helpful, cheap, and quiet. Don’t except a loud, chaotic backpackers; this place seems more suitable to people who prefer a more calm, relaxing hostel experience. My only advice would be - despite the free breakfast, don’t rely on it too much - there are plenty of delicious places to eat for peanuts nearby.

Great place to stay. The staff is amazing and since our arrival we were helped and given great advice in a super friendly way. The place has everything, including a kitchen, games a roof top area and they offer loads of free tours around the city. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are super comfy and the showers are excellent. Only a 10min walk from Ximen station, so getting around is super easy.

I was only here with a friend, but this hostel is very nice! The staff was courteous, the lounge music was great, and the lounge facilities are perfect for a traveler looking to relax from the city or just meet new friends

Fantastic hostel. Everything you want. Comfy beds, enough showers and toilets. Bidet is a major plus. Would absolutely stay here again. Blankets are a little too thick for my taste, but otherwise no complains at all. All very pleasant. Big roomy common area, very cool co-op bookshelf, umbrellas, free traveler leftovers, etc. Helpful staff. Fun fun fun

Plenty of opportunity to socialise (or keep to yourself, if you prefer). Great facilities - wasn't left wanting

It kills me that I'm just now getting around to writing a review! This is literally the most comfortable and luxurious hostel I have stayed at anywhere in the world! I met 10+ amazing people a day and went on a different adventure with them everyday hosted by Meander! You've gotta try the Wintermelon tea! I'll be back guys!

Service is good as usual. Staffs are friendly & accommodating. The room is beautifully renovated sadly it's not very guest friendly. There are no hangers for hanging your clothes or towel in the room I'm in. Overall design is good but I would choos practicality over design anytime.

Many English speaking people live there. Been there twice. The room is ok and close to places to eat

The BEST hostel ever! Lots of events are organized, definitely do the FREE walking tour! Great location with lots of good food to try, oh! Ask for the Meander map with all the food recommendation! The most important thing is the friendliest staff ever you can find from all the hostels around the world! Thank you Bonnie and Claire for giving me and my friends lots of help!
