The Accommodation is great and very near to Ximinding which is perfect to grab foods and do shopping

We booked over the new year for 3 nights. The price was exorbitant. Paying usd200 per room per night for 3 nights - without window. The floor is infested with ringworm.it has a certain kind of awful smell. We will never stay here again.

I strongly hope the owner of the hotel to replace the carpet that is super dirty.

The room is just right for two people. We mistakenly booked it for three. The room is dirty sk make sure you're wearing slippers all the time. The room floors and bathroom can use some more cleaning. Location is good. It's near the night market.

Staff there is friendly but the rooms condition is quite bad. My friend and i stayed in 10floor room 105 and room 109.105 hot bath water need to take quite long time to have. The toilet flushing system got problem unable to flush properly. Room 109 the room card not functioning properly staff have to give us spare key to access. Hope they can rectify the room problem

Location very convenient easily accessible to Xiamen station and Taipei main station. Hotel also provided unlimited complimentary water and drinks. Staff here were pleasant and ready to help. Overall a great experience!

For anyone looking for reviews and see pictures of common area where you can sit and grab snacks, that would be another branch not far from this branch. For this branch, there is no front desk available on weekday so I have to go to another branch to pickup my keycard and got to see the difference between these 2 branches.

For this branch, there is no table in the common area/lobby to sit there is only the water dispenser and kettle available. Without having front desk during weekdays this means you have to contact the other branch if you needed anything.

My room was small and old, the wallpapers were torn in some area and my toilet door lock is also broken. The walls were thin. For the price that we have paid, there are far more better options than this. Don't let the pictures fool you.

Aside from not having front desk on weekdays, there is no cleaning service as well! Due to corona they said. If you plan to stay here for many nights and want to change towels, I recommended you to stay during weekends because you can ask the front desk for a new one but usually you don't get new towels and no cleaning the room during your stay.

The only plus about this place is the location because it is near Ximending and the staff at the other branch was nice and friendly.

Would not recommend this place at all.

totally insane, never told the hotel cannot check in, and need to go to another hotel to arrange check in.
No one answer door, need to wait other visitor go out and open the door.
No staff, no light, no house keeping.
Like a haunted house. Smelly and Horrible.

Why it doesn't have a clear guildline to take the key card in another place first? We go to the hotel and no one there, door is locked, and then we need to call for assistant, after that they tell us have to walk to another place to take the key card, and then go back to the placed room. So inconvenient.

以價錢與位置來說是非常非常棒的住宿選擇噢！不只浴室乾淨整潔、房內也沒有霉味，還有提供替換的小肥皂、紙拖鞋，唯一美中不足就是不能穿著黑色棉質上衣入睡，醒來之後衣服外側的綿絮與皮屑會讓人震驚到定格…

兩張單人床合併的雙人床夠大，床很軟，剛入住很熱，空調不好開，貼心的店員還上來幫忙開，浴室有免治馬桶跟浴缸，舒服，離西門町徒步街很近，也可以早入住晚退宿兩小時，不使用一次性衛生用品可以減免100元，假日一晚1600，覺得很可以

價錢便宜且地點方便的商旅。房間比較小但也挺舒適，考慮到價位相對親民，CP值很高。
房間算簡潔乾淨，沒啥瑕疵可以挑。
官網訂房還有送早餐券和早入住/晚退房，以後會再考慮入住。

先說說優點：
1. 浴室水夠熱夠強，固定式浴缸還算好躺可惜短了點就是。
2. 床墊也算好躺的。
3. 整潔個人是覺得還ok 可以接受。
4. 遇到的櫃檯人員都蠻客氣有禮的，很加分。

至於缺點其實還不少. 以下盡量濃縮：
1. 一進房發現插座偏少且都集中在小書桌那，還算可以理解畢竟可想而知商旅坪數都大不到哪裡去，但床頭沒半個插座真的很不便民其實蠻扣分的。
2. 主燈的開關也詭異地安置在床頭中間而且偏低（？？），找不到還跑去問櫃檯原來是被枕頭擋住了. ‍️躺著看電視身體稍移動或睡相不好可能隨時頭或肩就去碰到惹. 呵呵。
3. 空調中央空調的樣子，房內不管怎麼調整溫度都還是顯示在14、15度感覺根本無法自行調整，越待越冷冷到受不了只好索性乾脆直接關掉電源才覺得比較好些，但其實還是偏冷，打赤膊睡覺可能會著涼，可能鼓勵您多耍廢多使用它溫暖的被窩。
4. 隔音非常非常非常不ok，室內的聲響比窗外街道傳來的還要大，雖然浴室的水力值得讚賞卻也可能正因爲如此熱水器非常地大聲，隔音誇張到鄰房只要洗澡吹頭、開關窗、聊天、聽音樂、電視、碰撞牆壁等等的聲音都非常非常非常清楚，沒有豪小您，凌晨5點多小弟我還醒著您就知道有多驚喜了，還好內人容易熟睡沒受到太大影響（不知該羨慕還是. ？），淺眠者入住請再三三思就是。

總結：
1. 可能小弟我運氣太好，不知是否是隔壁鄰房住了一家人還是三五好友開了好幾間房，凌晨2點多左右開始房外走道上開關門似乎使力了點聲音大到我房內地板還會感覺震動還有在走道上音量稍大不說，鄰房回到房內上面提到的狀況樣樣也不少，其中一位女子還咳嗽不止，傳音效果已經不差了，還知道要適時開窗. ，但這下音量也更大了，開始擔心明天會不會新聞出來一起加入自主隔離的行列‍️（怕 ）（我很窮了不要搞我）
2. 這也是我在外住宿第一次遇到火警警報（原來超級大聲），而且是凌晨4點左右，打給櫃檯了解一下情況，原來好像是說什麼熱水器水蒸氣誤觸警報之類的‍️，總之很不平靜的一個傻眼夜晚呀。
3. 扣掉政府補助後房價非常划算，幾百塊而已，若沒補助1000多老實說也不算貴但我也很老實說隔音方面我真的會吐血，我應該會說only one

Cp質不高，假日休息580房間只有一瓶水，浴室只有毛巾沒有浴巾，只有兩副牙刷沒有附浴帽梳子刮鬍刀要還要加錢，跟其他旅館比有點遜色，但床還蠻好躺的睡覺來說蠻適合放鬆的，乾淨程度的話中等吧沒有到非常乾淨，鏡子有點髒汙桌子也有傷痕，兩顆星是給床的加分

在西門，第一️首選的住宿和休息儷夏，今天去休息2hour房間只有兩條小毛巾，和櫃檯告知，說現在只有住宿才有大毛巾， 不知道‍️上面的主管腦袋有洞，訂這個鳥規定。

省成本也不是這樣的， 你頂多兩條大毛巾，捨去小毛巾嘛。 傻B

其實我是該飯店的常客，
有時一個月住個2天，多的話到8天，
4個館我都住過，
就是因為CP值不錯又服務好，
我也常帶家人跟朋友來住，
但是七月開始，
mini bar跟現磨咖啡都說機器故障取消了供應，
改放即溶咖啡包，跟房間內的2瓶飲料跟兩小包餅乾，
我覺得成本考量倒也無可厚非，
但是這次住宿，連住兩天，
第二天竟然沒提供房內該有的咖啡跟餅乾，
跟櫃檯反應兩次都說續住不供應，
真的感受很差，雖然只是一點點小東西，
但真是令人不愉快，
這是感受問題，
該飯店是在鼓勵客人不要續住嗎？
還是懲罰續住的客人?
第二天的房價比第一天還貴……
不知道是櫃台人員個人行為還是該飯店營運方針改變……?
希望能保持之前的優良服務……
除此之外，還是個不錯的飯店，
我也給過該飯店不少好評跟推薦，
但這次的服務令我真的感受欠佳，
很抱歉給了1星評論……
當然之前也有很多位服務很好的人員……

冷氣不涼、又沒熱水、沒大毛巾、沒梳洗用品、沒零食、一瓶礦泉水！
難得想加鐘繼續睡，要先出來付錢才能繼續睡！
直接換衣不加鐘！走人
然後詢問沒有大毛巾時

3. 回答整個很不周到！

本來不想評價太高，以免我以後訂不到房怎麼辦，但做人要誠實，還是不能昧著良心。CP值超高，週邊吃吃喝喝逛街好方便，有窗的房間，喜歡那種天天看到藍天的舒適感。櫃檯和所有飯店的工作人員服務都很好，親切和善，電視設定有問題會自動關機，不囉嗦直接換新電視，大推。

房間在10樓，一打開10樓大門，就有煙味而且電話詢問住宿，櫃檯未告知，如果使用官網訂房會有優惠，使用官網地方比電話訂房便宜100多元，且電話訂房沒有含早餐，官網訂房才有，官網訂房可以提前兩小時入住或是延後兩小時退房，櫃檯都沒有告知，感覺很差，附比較貴的費用，一樣都是透過你們公司訂購結果價格不一致. 優惠不一樣，而且使用訂房網站價格更便宜
