Play Design Hotel 玩味旅舍

Nice enough.not as nice as reviews make it seem.not really curated as cool as the website would make you think. Rooms are a little strange. Very clean.

服務相當好，房間、浴室都設計地很好也考量周到。絕對會再回來！A+, would recommend. Hiding in residential areas Play Design Hotel offers nice designed rooms featuring Taiwanese-design furniture and products, with a comfortable shower and views of Taipei’s greenery. One of the best experience I’ve had in hotels in Taipei.

I will give 4.5 if the system allows. The bed is comfortable, but if you are travelling longer or having much luggage, you'd find the place has little space to put your stuff — however, overall clean, friendly host, near to breakfast place, nothing much to complain.

這裡只有五間房間，每個房間都有各自不同的主題，沒有高級飯店過於奢華而不實的擺設，只有滿滿的融合質樸、簡約、現代設計與科技巧思，給人耳目一新，卻又同時感到舒適、放鬆的感受。

旅舍位於大稻埕、寧夏夜市與中山區的中間，不管去哪裡都是稍微走個10分鐘就能抵達的路程，十分方便。

裡面還附有工作人員親自踏訪周遭環境後，精心製作的地圖導覽，千萬別錯過這些推薦的景點、在地美食及設計店家。

Had extremely good and fun time in Play Design Hotel. Different rooms different styles~ all Taiwan design around the room. Convenient location and proper price

We stayed at the hotel with our infant son. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. And the rooms are uniquely designed with 100% madeintaiwan products. Our room even comes with washer/dryer, which is a huge plus for family travelers like us. The hotel is located in a quiet alley close to the famous Ningxia night market and Dadaocheng, a unique /historical urban-revival district in Taipei full of wonderful design shops/local eats. I highly recommend Play Design Hotel if you visit Taipei.

This is not so much a hotel as you would normally expect. It's more like an apartment but without the cooking facility and there is no in-house dining. This hotel focuses on local experience. Lots of old shops and restaurants around the area for you to visit. The night market is just around the corner. Very friendly staff and they also have plenty of suggestions on where to eat. Local designed goods in the room for the guest to use which you can also buy if you are interested.

在玩味旅舍住了五个晚上 (505 Maker's Room) 不是一般的旅舍 每间房间都有自己独特的设计和风格。
一到旅舍check in 当天Beta和Xaki都很有耐心地为我们介绍房里的每个细节，设备也俱全冰箱洗衣机烘干机只要是你想到的都有提供 这点很体贴。 还跟我们介绍了附近很多好玩好吃的 多亏他们我们都吃到道地好吃的没有地雷哈哈。

走路的距离就可以到新光三越松山捷运站 而且宁夏夜市就在5-10分钟步行距离 而且知道是我的生日还特地为我准备了惊喜放在冰箱（是非常好吃的草莓塔 谢谢：）

总之一切都让我觉得很温馨在台北也玩得很开心 有机会一定会再回来的

The idea is to experience design. All the furniture and amenities in the room were carefully selected to bring out the best of Taiwan designs. The staff took the time to explain each and every item in the room.

We had the tea room. It's interesting to know the many different flavours of local tea using one of the three available cups (made by local designers) in the room. You can write your thoughts about the tea on a piece of paper along with other people who stayed there before you.

Oh yea, the bed is very comfy!

This is one of the most intriguing hotel I have stayed. One could only imagine how to live alongside those nicely curated interior designs in each room. You can even pick your own furniture and décor if you would like to. I have stayed in the Lab room and loved every single detail they put in. The check in process was fun because the receptionist would spend about 30 minutes going through every designer's note within my room. Then if time permits (no promises though), we get to see the rest of the rooms. Everything you see in the hotel is up for sale unless otherwise stated. We had fun and would definitely recommend this hotel to those who'd love to add a little funkier style in your itinerary.

因為想看一張桌子，結果看到了一百個好美好喜歡的傢俱跟家飾，更棒的是遇到溫暖熱情，每個東西都能介紹好久的店主人，超開心的！今天主人說，我們希望這邊是「一個可以居住的展覽空間」，我想就是這個地方最棒的註解了。

論體驗環境 ，這絕對是我住過上百家裡面最好的其中一家，偏屬工業風格 ，每一間房間都能帶給旅客驚喜 ，巧妙的設計及旅舍人員的細心介紹房間內的作品 ，讓人回味無窮 ，房間外獨特的藝術作品展示空間 ，夜晚端著一杯咖啡欣賞是一件讓人放鬆的好地方 ，

就我個人而言房間設施體驗上非常美好 ，但就住宿上如果是半夜容易被聲音吵醒的人 ，建議要帶上耳塞或耳罩 ，房間外的隔音效果有限 ，尤其是靠馬路邊的房間 。
